My zoom device has two screens, a big one and a small one.I need to swap their current display, but I don't know how to do it.Picture caption  BTW，I can't solve the problem by changing the video output line, because the small screen is an all-in-one machine and the big screen is a TV.I want to be able to set the main screen as the big screen and the small screen as the second screen. Thank you for your help!

Hello Community, Has anyone ran into this new issue where a Zoom Room is required a Critical Upgrade, and CANNOT start a meeting without the Upgrade? This also sets the Controller to display only Home and Setting options, and indicates that the room needs to be upgraded. My issue is why are we not being alerted about this instance? Clearly the Zoom Room is unusable at this point, but no Alerts are generated because the Zoom Room is still logged in and online (I assume that's why). -------------------------------Is anyone else experiencing this and have a work around or resolution?------------------------------- What I did to resolve this: All of my devices are on ZDM and have an upgrade schedule for Saturday at 20:00 - 22:00. It appears 2 of my 13 Zoom Rooms became Disconnected from ZDM and running 5.13.x version, so possibly that's why they weren't upgraded? I am not sure why the disconnect from ZDM happened, but I had to manually install the newest Zoom Room Versi

Does anyone know if it's possible to increase the refresh rate of the sharing key in Zoom rooms?  We are testing out Zoom rooms currently. Something we run into is users wanting to share their screens to the large tv's we have in conference rooms even when they don't have an active Zoom meeting.  The screen share does work outside of a set meeting, though it seems that the refresh rate for the sharing key is 10-15 min and will close out a screen share if it is being used.  Does anyone know if there is a way to increase the refresh rate of the sharing key, maybe from 15 min to a half hour?

Is there any way of getting a warning that an unmanaged iPad needs a software update before it fails in a meeting because it's too far behind? Is there any way for an unmanaged iPad to update the Zoom Room app automatically? I've got "Automatically install app updates" checked in settings, but they never do.

We're used to AirPlaying directly to our TV, so when we saw that the Zoom Room had Share Screen and AirPlay without changing TV sources we were very happy. However, it's considerably lower resolution, AirPlay to ZR is slightly better but there is a delay and it's quite blurry. Is there a way to increase the resolution? Clearly out network can handle it when AirPlaying directly to our TV which is on the same Wi-Fi network. 

We have a client with Neat bar Pro System in his office. The Neat bar Pro is configured to be a Zoom Room endpoint and its control surface is a Neat Pad. The client logs in to the ZR using his corporate account credentials. So the system is a personal Zoom Room. The problem that he is reporting is that the only meeting invites he see on the Zoom Display are his three recurring meetings. However, on his control panel, the Neat Pad, he can see, and scroll through, his other scheduled Zoom meetings on the Neat Pad.  I must note that the recurring meetings (the three he sees on the ZR display) show up at the top of the list of Zoom meetings on his ZR controller (the Neat Pad). So the issue is he can never see the other meeting because those three recurring meeting are the only ones shown on the ZR display. Is there a way to either hide the recurring meetings. Or maybe allow the scrolling on the controller to be mirrored on the ZR display, so that our client is not only

We are testing Direct guest Join with our Zoom Rooms. We are running into alot of issues when joining MS Teams meetings. Audio works fine but video is very choppy and freezes - External guest cannot see the conference room.  we tried firewall rules but still no luck we are using X series and G7500's  Anyone using Direct Guest Join successfully? what are the secrets to getting this to work ?

Hi Community, I have a new Yealink CP965 that is connected to a Yealink UVC50 camera using Zoom Rooms and this is a controller.  We have the camera mounted upside down due to the physical layout (not my decision). The old phone they had was able to flip the camera but I cannot find any method on this model. There is a mirror function but that is left to right. Any help is appreciated. Thank you,

We have a pilot room with everything new. Computer is running W11 and everything is up to date. Power settings are maxed out. Zoom Room app crashes every night around midnight. Any ideas what could be causing this?  Once we reboot everything starts up just fine.

I just got a question. Usually when you set up a meeting or event from zoom conference room. you will see it posted on the TV and on the ipad, but it only shows 1 day. I wonder if there is away we can change the setting and it will show the whole month.  

Hi Team, We came across an issue where we can't update the Zoom Room Controller version to the latest Crestron TS 1070. Currently there is only update firmware if we go to Crestron TS1070 web page and there is no option to update Zoom version.

Hi, We have set up the Zoom Rooms with 3 displays. (1) 98" TV, (2) 75" touch display and (3) 10" touch display for the controller. When a user starts content sharing, it will show on the 75" touch display. 98" TV keep showing the gallery view. But we would like to make the 98" TV default for showing the content share. 75" touch display shows the gallery view but able to switch by the controller option "View". Is it possible? Thank you. 

Hi, I am looking to understand how Zoom Room on Poly Android devices can control the room display without a network connection to the display.  I think there should be a "sleep" mode.  It appears it is now called "idle time out".  What time interval settings are available?  What is present on the display HDMI output during idle.  I have looked through the Poly admin guide for this and the information is sparse and it does not address Zoom mode specifically vs another mode like Teams.  In my experience display control is a function of the partner mode not Poly, like when Zoom took away CEC control 😑.I have read through the article below but again, the specifics are missing and it is not clear what is happening on the HDMI output and the article does not speak to whether these options are available on windows vs android. https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0064233 Thank you.

I think this is more of a feature request than anything but is there a way to create a SIP/H.323 Favorite in "Contacts" and have it automatically display the keypad for touch tones once it connects? We've currently created one for our Poly Zoom Rooms to dial an external SIP URI.  This connects fine. However given that we are now in an IVR and need to enter an ID it's not immediately apparent how to do that..  You have to tap Participants>Tap the SIP participant>then "Show Keypad".  This seems overly complicated given that, when you dial the same SIP URI manually from "New Meeting>Call SIP/H.323", you are immediately presented with a "Keypad" button. Our Poly X50 is running 4.1.2-388101 and the Zoom app 5.17.5 on both the TC8 and X50/30.  Any help is appreciated.

We have 4 Zoom Rooms that are currently on different private networks. Can these Zoom Rooms all be on the same private network? What are some of the unintended consequences of making this change? Thank you

how do I make myself appear larger on a zoom call

Is Immersive view available in Zoom rooms?  I can not find that option.  Immersive view is enabled on the account via the web portal and we are running app version 5.9.x.

Hi Community,First time posting here. We have recently migrated to Office 365 from Exchange on-premises and urgently looking to change our integration of Zoom rooms from current 'Exchange' On-Premises setup to Office 365 (Room Mailboxes are still on-premises hence it's still working. However, we're deprecating Exchange server next week hence this is shift is urgent for us. I looked at the documentation but could not find anything specific to this change.  My questions are:Current integration is with Exchange Server 2016. How this can be seamlessly changed to Office 365? Is it even possible?Do we need to create the room mailboxes in 365 first and then configure a new connector to integrate them? Or can we migrate the existing room mailboxes straight up and change the integration connector towards 365? Really appreciate any inputs/suggestions on this as we're desperate to sort this one out. Thank you so much! 

We recently had an internet issue and one of our conference zoom rooms which uses a Dell windows laptop to run the zoom app stopped working with an error (some DLL error), and then forced me to sign out (after laptop reboot).  I'm trying to figure out the steps to re-add it to our company account so that our calendar gets integrated to the app and shows upcoming zoom meetings.  Is this done via the Zoom settings ?  or does it need to be set up somewhere (like a portal). Thanks in advance !

Hi Team, In our project we have integrated the zoom meetings but also we need the voice commands in meeting.For this feature do we need to enable (voice commands setting is enabled in zoom rooms>meeting tab) anything other than mentioned here. Is it (voice commands) available only on zoom rooms? Is it required separate  license for zoom rooms? Is it work in windows pc? Please guide us.

Dear, in our company we have license that include 50pcs "Enterprise Named Host" and 3pcs "Conference Room Connector". How to find where we spent those 3 "Conference Room Connector" license and assign it to some other device? Because in Zoom room field said - "There are no devices". What should I do to assign license to a new device for Zoom meeting. I have zoom rooms, and in that room I have several meetings scheduled through Google calendar, but when I want to see the recordings, they all have the same name, of course with different times, is it possible that they have the name of the meeting scheduled in the calendar to make it easier to locate them?

Ok, We are currently runnning Cisco SX80's and Room Kits on our campus. There is a "Help Button" setup on the touch panel that fires a Macro, the Macro sends an Xapi.command to Slack as a "postMessage" in a specific Slack channel. It alerts the classroom facilitators that help is needed in the room. This Macro is written in Java.  I know that the Zoom Room uses JSON as its Room Control language and I would have to rewrite the Java code to JSON.  I'm not a Programmer or Coder. My question is; Is there a way, or would it even be possible to setup a button press under the "Room Controls"  that would automatically send the same type of alert directly to Slack, or would I need to use some sort of middleman or automation to trigger that? I figure if it can send out IP commands to turn TVs and Projectors on and off, that it could handle this. Any help or ideas are appreciated. Trying to figure this out before I have to come up with some alternate solution   

Hello All. Has anyone successfully configured the Zoom Room phone integration, which can be used to join your zoom room with an on premise PBX for phone service, to Webex Calling (or any other cloud based phone service)? If so, I could use some help understanding how you configured the settings.
