I don't know how I got Zoom Rooms and don't really need them. Every time I log into my iMac, Zoom Rooms is asking me to pair it with something an app or something like that. Again, I don't need them.  How do I get this off of my iMac? I do not want to have to delete my account and start all over again. Is there an easy way to delete this and stop it from letting me go about my business without waiting until the code appears?  Thanks for any help you can give me. 

Hi, as presenter I used to be able to go in and out of breakout rooms real quickly. This has slowed down to up to 30 seconds, which is annoying and slows down the pace of my lesson. How can this be fixed? Thanks!

1. How is CRC license consumed? Do we need a CRC license per room device? Or is this assigned to the user who will be hosting the meeting?2. We have a Cisco Room Kit registered to Webex Control Hub; We purchased a CRC license and enabled calendaring on the Zoom Portal and assigned this as a resource. is the Legacy Connector still required?

We use Zoom rooms to share content with the screen hanging in meeting rooms and there is no HDMI cable to connect laptops to the meeting room screen, only share via Zoom. Sometimes I want to show a video to the meeting room and my problem is that the audio always plays both on my laptop and on the screen in the room, with a slight delay. As I'm actually in the room I don't need the audio playing on my laptop, it is enough to play the audio only on the meeting room screen via Zoom. How can I share a video into Zoom or play a YouTube video on my laptop with sharing the audio into the Zoom meeting but without playing the sound on my local laptop? I'm using an M1 Mac.  

Hi!  I have completed 32 surveys, each bearing number 1 to 32.  It is important that this order be maintained, that is the survey number 1 has to be the first in the list, etc.  Later on, I have made a change on survey no 32, which has been moved at the top of the list.   Is the a way that it returns to its place, at the end of the list. Thank You

A company wishes to use Zoom Rooms but has some unique, important security considerations. Today, the company has a PC in each conference room. Their process is for someone to logon to the PC and share content from their profile. This has both security and operational issues. However, they are reluctant to adopt Zoom Rooms or Teams Rooms because both the invite list as well as the shared content must be kept 100% secure. Today, this is achieved by having a meeting organizer logon to the conference room PC and they logout after. Next conference room attendee has no ability to see the attendee list or shared content from prior meetings. Does Zoom Rooms have any capability to protect this content, limiting it to only the meeting organizer and\or attendees but no one else?

I cannot find out how to change the time zone for a zoom room setup. There doesn't appear to be any way to set a time zone other than in a user profile which has no impact on the zoom room setup. From what I can see the NUC device displays the correct local time before it flips into Zoom controller mode - all meetings made with the calendar appear in the 'zoom time' which is out by 6 hours. Any advice on how to change time zones on a zoom room setup appreciated.

I've set up my Zoom Room but the calendar for the Microsoft 365 resource account is not syncing.On the Zoom site when I go to manage the Zoom Room > Basic > Calendar > it defaults to No Calendar Service. Curious if it's possible to send the Interpretation window to its own display or a multiview in a Zoom Room.

In the documentation for Native Room Controls, Response Filters are mentioned, but there's not enough information to implement them and no examples. "It is also simple to add your own for Response Filters. Within the rules section, you can also use the Trigger Events discussed below to drive your own automation with outside inputs." How about some examples? How is user_customized_event1 generated? What is the format of the response_filter section?

When attempting to Share content from a Zoom client, be it laptop or mobile, to a Personal Zoom Room, the action fails and the following error message is shown: This Zoom for Home device does not allow others to pair. (screenshot attached)This Personal Zoom Room was created within a Zoom Rooms portal and paired via the pairing process at zoom.us/pair. The Zoom client software on both devices is updated to the latest version.The Zoom Rooms software is:  5.17.5The Pro Device setting within the Zoom Rooms settings is turned ONThe hardware is a Neat Bar NFB1.20 If anyone has seen this issue, please reach out. Otherwise, I will open a ticket.

Hello everyone! I am having a problem with the option "Lock Settings" on a Zoom Room. I need to disable the passcode to access System Settings, Reboot and Sign Out options. I already disabled the "Lock Settings" option, but when the system is restarted, the option enables itself back again. Is there a way to completely disable the necessity to use the Room Passcode to access these options?

I would like to suggest a new feature for Zoom Rooms. It would be great to have an option to automatically mute or turn off the audio when someone joins a call from their laptop in the same Zoom Room that is already connected to the call. This feature would prevent feedback noise that often occurs in large rooms, such as boardrooms. Many attendees are not tech-savvy and may need to join the call from their laptop, which often causes feedback noise because they forget to mute their microphone and speaker. Therefore, this feature would be very helpful in avoiding such issues.

I have noticed on multiple occasions one of our signage devices getting hung up when displaying content. The clock still works on the top banner, but I just see a black screen with the spinning wheel not spinning. The device still shows online in the web portal and rebooting seems to fix the issue. Any ideas? I am currently running Zoom Rooms as a Digital Signage Only device on a Mele PGC02.

We are decommissioning our Zoom Rooms, and therefore want to remove the device that we have in our admin portal but I cannot see a way to do this. Can anyone help with this?

Камера Cisco room bar,компьютер на базе процессора core i 7,jоперативная память 32 gb,видеокарта 6 gb,скорость интернета 1 gb/s,утсановлено последнее обновление zoom и microsoft windows.  

Hi Team, We have been experiencing an issue with a Zoom Room where the TV screen displays an alert message "Person X is connecting to audio and can't hear you yet" when someone tries to join the meeting from their laptop. Even after the person from their laptop connects to audio, the alert on the screen still appears. The only way to get rid of this message is to leave the meeting from the Zoom controller and then connect again. 

Hi, we have loaned a ThinkSmart mini PC with a Zoom Room controller from Lenovo. However it does not come with a trial Zoom Room License. May I know if we could request for a trial Zoom Room License for 30 days?Thanks.

Hi!We are running a Yealink A20 Meeting bar with an iPad as controller. The controller is using the latest 5.17 Zoom App from the App Store, the bar ist using a very old 5.13.10.2631 app version. The bar is running the latest firmware from YL, identifying as an "Android 10" device in the Zoom device list. There is no update option in the Zoom device list nor in the bars webinterface.As the app is very old, it stopped working and atm we got a quite expensive brick with a camera.... Anyone got any ideas on this?

I had to downgrade to  5.16.10 (3425) due to URL's displaying as access denied.  The previews are fine on the Management Web Console.  5.16.10 allows the URL's to display again.Anyone notice URL issues?

Hello,We would like to display the daily schedule for all of our Zoom Rooms in the office lobby. The idea is that visitors can see the information when they arrive at the building. Is there a way to display this on one 75" screen? We already have a network connected pc connected to the screen. 

Hello, we have several Neat Boards showing digital signage at my site but I have been asked to stop its playback on two Neat Boards. I have followed the instructions to stop it however the Neat Boards are still showing the content. I have also deleted the content on  NeatBoards 

We have an AJA U-Tap USB device for video on a Mac Mini (Intel).After updating to Zoom Rooms 5.16, the video input from the U-Tap is constantly glitchy when starting a meeting.The U-Tap input looks fine in other applications.After downgrading the Zoom Room to 5.15.7 the U-Tap works as expected.

I'm trying to add another google calendar to my list of integrated calendars for our Zoom Rooms.  Google won't let me add a calendar service other than my own.  I don't remember having this much trouble when we first set up the Rooms.  Has something changed?
