Hello, Client A is already in the space and Client B is moving in soon. I have been supporting Client A who has 3 Zoom Rooms with Logitech Rallybars. They are looking to sublease half of the office to Client B.  Client A would like to share the Zoom Rooms with Client B Both organizations use Google Workspace.  Is there a way to allow both organizations to book out the conference room's?  How can you share Zoom Rooms in a shared space?

hi all, I'm trying to test calendar integration I have a test email, which I want to assign to a test poly x30 I have a tc8 which is for control and a tc10 connected,  so it be able to book the unit via calendar and workspace to show on the tc10, is there a document on this, or if any one got any advice  paddy

I have a large number of Zoom rooms, several of which have a scheduling display outside (Neat Pad or similar). A couple of these are lecture theatres and we'd like something larger which will show the upcoming meetings within the room (at the moment, administrative staff stick bits of paper on to doors which looks messy and is very 1997). We have a large screen on the wall that's powered by a standard PC. I've tried installing Zoom Rooms on this, to set it up as a scheduling display, but this option isn't available. Is this something which is solely available on the tablet version ~ is there any workaround that others have used? Cheers -

Hi All, I have an interesting issue here.We have a NUC PC running windows and on there we've got Zoom Rooms running. Connected to this we have a Logitech MeetUp camera. The camera is being recognised in Windows so that's all fine. When we start a Zoom call, all is fine and the camera works. However! When a Google Meet call is started the camera doesn't work. What I've checked? Till now I've only checked with a new cable as the one used wasn't looking all that great. I'm not sure what else to check. Does anyone have an idea what I could try?

I have pro version account. Host key option is blocked message says it is blocked by admin??? and that it is available only for versions 5.7.0 or newer???? I have a weekly meeting and want to allow others to host the meeting using the host key. Can I do this with my level of account? Is so then how? the host key option is blocked?

Is there any way to hide Zoom Room names in meetings?

Hello,I'm using Zoom Rooms to capture video calls from virtual guests via NDI for my video productions. I really like the feature, easy for clients and myself.To improve quality and stability, I'm considering moving this setup to the cloud.When I tried to install Zoom Rooms on Windows Server 2022 on EC2, the software didn't launch properly, although the regular Zoom Meeting client worked perfectly. Zoom Rooms worked on Mac OS in the cloud, but running Mac OS in the AWS cloud is quite expensive.Is there anything I can do, or if Zoom doesn't support Windows Server OS for Zoom Rooms, is it possible to add support in the future?Thank you so much.

Hello!  New here.When in a meeting Zoom Room Display and Camera set to Auto Framing seems blurry on the screen while in a meeting and sharing content from laptop in the Zoom room.Any suggestions most appreciated.  

Trying to understand if the auto-created user for a zoom room (e.g. rooms_a9dhnfkJTc2h-uSHa....) needs a Zoom One Business license in addition to it's zoom room license. We auto assign  ZOB licenses our users on sign in vs provisioning or controlling folks for Basic vs ZOB, so I suspect these ZR users may not need it and we're just throwing away $20/mo. Thanks

the wireless proximity sharing does not work with Poly system, it asks for a sharing key or a meeting ID each timeThe feature fails for the whole organization and we did not do any network changes lately, it just stopped working since last Tuesday.

so recently i noticed that when i try to connect to a teams meeting from one of my zoom rooms on a poly x50. will not connect it gets stuck on connecting and never goes any further.  my work around has been to use the sip address for the teams meeting. on a tc8 touch pad 1. hit the down arrow under new meeting 2. select sip/h3233.enter sip address for the teams meeting or the H323 addressthis connects right away. all my devices are running (5.17.5(2521) for the tc8) & 5.17.7(5) for the poly studio x50 poly software is 4.1.3-394009  

Frankly, Cisco hardware experience remains best in class for several use cases and they enabled the option to run Microsoft Teams application on the Cisco hardware room series. We have some users interested in this experience but would like to demo the option. We cannot find any download for the zoom room appellation. Use cases  are the Cisco Board, Deskpro, Room Kit EQ, Room Bar Pro, Room Kit Plus and Room Kit Pro would be most implemented if it is possible.1. When will it be possible? 2. What is holding up the option to install the Zoom Room application so that the Cisco hardware can operate as a native zoom room?

Hi, I have a Logitech tap scheduler that somehow won't sync properly with Google calendar. It can book meetings, and write them to the calendar, but does not seem to be able to pull the data from the calendar to show upcoming meetings or allow check-in. I've already tried factory reset, creating a new zoom room, and reauthorizing the calendars in zoom. Nothing seems to work. 

Hello,  I would like our technicians to do daily room tests for our physical Zoom Rooms, You can use https://zoom.us/test from a normal computer, but from a Zoom room you can't use this service as you can't enter "test" as the meeting id. There is no option on the touch panel to run a test call..  How do you do this? 

I have good number of Poly x50s/30s in my environment. all these systems have specific h323 addresses assigned to them.  In native Poly mode I can have incoming calls via the assigned addresses. in Zoom Mode I cannot call into these devices using the assigned addresses. is there something I am missing in the settings? do they need to be provisioned for this to still work?  also, when switched to Zoom as the provider the device loses some features. is this something that will be available in the near future? mostly the remote monitoring feature at least would be great to have.  

Good dayI am busy collecting data from our UC Engines. The rooms that are Zoom enabled, use UC-ENGINE-SD-Intel NUC NUC8i5BEK, and Crestron TSW-1060 touch panels as the in-room control panel. They are both on the same network and hardwired as well. I need to sign into the back end to retrieve the data, but I am unable to log back into the account the room uses. So usually, I reboot the engine. Where a Microsoft Teams Room in room control panel will pair and sync automatically, the control panel in the Zoom room needs to be paired again. Is there a way to make this pair automatically or remotely? As one should go to the Zoom link displayed on screen to acquire a code.Or, is there a way to log back into the account which the room uses? Any advice will be much appreciated.

Zoom recording through Meeting rooms - Recording symbol was there - How can I access the recording? Conference room was the host in that case.

Hi, I don't know why, but my video on zoom became vertical, that is, I see others in a normal screening, but my screening image rotated 90º and people see me in that way. How can I come back to normal video screening?Can anyone help me?Thank you
