We are running Logi Rally Bar with Tap, Zoom room account profile appearance is set to "Dark" but during the Teams call the background in the screen with participants is white. Is there a way to change this? Kind regards, N

I have a TV connected to my Logitech Rally with Tap running Zoom Rooms.  Is there a way to put the TV screen to sleep when idle and wake the system from tapping on the Tap?  I'm concern of screen burn-in issues.

Hello Zoom Community,   I am looking for a solution to automatically play a video playlist in a Zoom Room every Friday at 7 PM. I have administrative privileges in the Zoom Room, and I'm wondering if it's possible to achieve this using the built-in scheduler.   If the built-in scheduler does not support this functionality, would it be feasible to use a Linux script along with RTMP streaming to accomplish the same task?    Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!   Thank you!

Upcoming meetings more than one day out are not displaying on Neat pads in our Zoom rooms, and are therefore not joinable, from the Neat pad. Nor are they displaying on web controllers for those rooms.Option to "view upcoming meetings" as suggested in some posts, is not available.

Would be very welcome. When can this become available? 

Hi all,  I started to nice that a 20% of my Zoom rooms are not displaying their upcoming meetings on the controller and the Room application itself. I was wondering if there is anyone else that has seen this issue and perhaps knows things I can try to fix it. My users are having to manually input the meeting room ID in order to join meetings. I'm setting up a new Zoom Room with a Neat Bar Pro and Neat Pad controller.Everything is working as expected except the Neat Sense environmental monitoring. It's supposed to report the Temperature, Humidity, VOC, and CO2 in the room. It's showing the Temperature onscreen and it's showing the Temperature and Humidity on the Settings page of the controller.However, nothing shows up on the Zoom Dashboard under "Air Conditions" for this room.I have another Zoom Room with a Neat Board in it. I'm setting up a new Zoom Room with a Neat Bar Pro and Neat Pad controller.The Neat Board and the Neat Bar Pro are both running 5.12.6 (2097) and both the Neat Pad controllers are running 5.12.6 (1612).Neither Zoom support nor Neat support have an answer. I'm wondering if Neat Sense is just not fully functional on the Neat Bar Pro or if I have a defective unit.Does anyone have one that is showing the "Air Conditions"?

When I join a conference using the headphone speakers, the sound from other participants is distorted, crackling, and I don't know how to describe it… it sounds choppy. I tried wireless headphones, and everything works fine with them, no such problem. But with the wired ones, it's a different story. I want to clarify that the headphones are in perfect condition and new, all USB ports are functional, drivers have been updated, and I’ve tried other wired headphones as well.How I "managed to fix" this problem: I uninstalled the Realtek driver (sound from the laptop speakers and the laptop's microphone) and updated the drivers with the headphones plugged in. My resolution is normal 1080p in Landscape view and the bottom toolbar is truncated, so I cannot see it. If I rotate my monitor to 1080p Portrait I can see the bottom toolbar. The zoom client cannot be made shorter than 1040 pixels in height.  Hi all, I'm not sure if this is the correct place to ask this question.  But I've been asked to evaluate Zoom Rooms for my office and I was following these instructions:  https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360000163266 . I don't believe they are correct -- it seems to me that a Zoom Rooms account is required to test this. I've downloaded the Windows software on a PC and the Android controller.  I'm at the stage where I need to pair them up and a 6-letter code appears on the Windows machine, but the phone says the code is invalid.  If I try to log in, it says my account hasn't been registered for it...which is true.  So, I think I'm either doing something wrong or there are more to the instructions...or maybe trial access has since been disabled?In order to test it, could someone let me know:Do I need to log in on either or both and whether it has to be logged in with the same account?If a paid account is needed on either th

We've had a Zoom room on a PC setup for some time, and every few weeks it will freeze up at the exact same time (2:51 AM) running the "audio echo test".  This freezes the whole PC, so the only solution is to hard power down the system, then back on. Is there a fix for this?  What could possibly cause this to happen? Thanks in advance

When a Portable Companion Zoom Room is paired with a Dual Screen Zoom Room, where and how can the Default Display Settings be set for the Companion Zoom Room screen?Meaning, that within the above configuration, when a Screen Share is active in a Zoom Meeting, how can I get the paired Portable Companion Zoom Room screen to display a Gallery View by default?Is it an additional screen of the Host Zoom Room? If so, then which one? Through my testing, I have found that when pairing a Portable Companion Zoom Room, the Display Settings that are set within the Zoom Room settings of the Portable Companion Zoom Room are overridden once the Portable Companion Zoom Room is paired with a host Zoom Room.

I can get Zoom room usage from hosting meetings from Zoom Portal > ADMIN > Account Management > Reports > Active Hosts > Search From and To dates. This will Generate a detailed report of all the meeting my Zoom room Hosted.  I am trying to figure out how much usage my Zoom room is being used for Joined Meeting.Configuration:Zoom Pro AccountPoly Studio X52Android

When we set up Zoom Rooms with an automatic stop time, we get pop-up notifications indicating 10, 5, 1 minutes left in the meeting. Is there a way to turn off those notifications?  We find them distracting.

I have created a Digital Signage Only "campus" (location?), with buildings, and rooms and digital-signage-only devices assigned to those rooms. (All normal zoom rooms and conference devices are in a different campus.) All the Room Settings/Digital Signage had content library items applied to them temporarily, which I want to remove/override, replace with content from Content Library scheduled at the Campus level. Set once, publish everywhere. I've done this, but when I remove what I think is room-specific content, the Campus-defined content doesn't trickle down. Just default background plays. Is there a trick to this?  Have to Publish (but does that maintain Digital Signage content Schedule setting?)

I need to enable passwordless login on a Windows 10 PC o that I can use zoom rooms. I have found KB0065706 and am trying to follow the steps in it, but the "Users must enter a user name and password to use this computer" option is not visable So I'm going to settings - accounts - sign-in options. There is no "Require Windows Hello sign-in for Microsoft accounts"Am I missing something?

try to setup the calendar integration with exchange 2013,following the step from the link .https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/203847339-Setting-Up-Zoom-Rooms-with-Exchange-2013-2016but keep showing error "cannot connect to exchange server"，all connection was tested with Microsoft remote connectivity analyzer and successful connect, don't know what the problem is. any suggestion?

If only zoom support had better technical support I wouldn't be posting over here but I hope I find the resolve of my ongoing issue here.   We have zoom meeting rooms licenses for 3 meeting rooms on premise. We are using Logitec rally plus + logitec tap ip + Zoom meeting pro.   Currently all room has been assigned Zoom Calendar Service from admin settings.   I am looking for two things, if I use zoom desktop client OR Microsoft outlook linking zoom account OR zoom web, I should be able to select which Zoom Room I need to have that meeting and same time my logitec TAP IP should show the upcoming events, unfortunately currently its not the case. We have around 25 Rally Bars + Mini's around Europe, and we are running the latest CollabOS/firmware.They are all configured with a Zoom Room licence, and many users use the Teams Direct Guest connect feature. Since we bought the units we've had on and off issues when connecting to Teams meetings, like the microphone not working or the video freezing on one frame or generally terrible quality.Firmware updates don't seem to help much and it feels as it's got worse since the last update. I've logged tickets with Logitech and just don't seem to get anywhere with them. They ask the usual (factory reset etc. etc.) but nothing really improves it.A reconnect will sometimes get the microphone working or the video might then work for a bit, then might freeze and stay frozen.Zoom meetings work perfectly.Is anyone else having these same issues? Maybe there are settings we can make to improve this or network changes?Thank youTony  

Hi, Is there an easier way to schedule digital content by day if I need to alternate it by week for a long period of time?For example, my company deploys e-signage on our TVs and we have bi-weekly reminders to submit timecards for employees/managers. Right now I only see a way to add content list from one start date to another, but not the ability to schedule only specific dates. Would I just have to keep adding content list for every other week?

Ok, I have gone through all updates, restarted, exited, regenerated, and reinstalled. In the Zoom Rooms global settings, I have activated the customize screen. I did this to show Teams, GMeet, and Webex when you click join on the tablet. On some of the tablets, it shows all 3. On some of the tablets, it only indicates Teams and GMeet.  Yes, I have power cycled, made sure versions are up to date, made sure the versions are the same on both the computer and the tablet, exited out, repaired, and regenerated. Same wifi; I cannot find a difference other than some are not displaying all 3 icons. At this point I'm hoping that I'm just missing something stupid, otherwise, I can find 0 explanation.  Anyone?

Hello,I am having an issue accessing the "get workplace's reservations". The error is as follows:{'code': 4711, 'message': 'Invalid access token, does not contain scopes:[workspace:read:list_reservations, workspace:read:list_reservation:admin].'}I have verified that I have 'workspace:read:list_reservation:admin' added to the scope of my app. Have been able to access other endpoints with no problem except for this one endpoint. Also using server-to-server oauth. It is also as an account-level app. Have tried valid and invalid workspace ids with the same error message. I have verified that I am using a get command for the call.  Looking for any help on what maybe causing this or other places I can look. Thanks.
