For two days now (since ZOOM site crashed for almost an hour 11/20/24) audio isn't working. Everything is connected the same as prior to the issue and all updates have been done. Both participants have restarted their computers and assure that audio is not muted on either end. On my end, I can see and hear the participant but they cannot hear me. I've tried to connect the audio via ZOOM and that doesn't work either. It won't connect. We've resorted to calling the participant's phone and using their audio but ZOOM on a computer for visual due to needing the larger screen for presentations. Does anyone have a fix for this or know what we might still be doing wrong? Thanks in advance.PC desktopWeb/Online ZOOM Meetings Format

Dears, we have Zoom Rooms applicaiton running on the Poly TC10 linked with G7500 codec.  and we are trying to get the Mic mute feedback from the Zoom Room with API control from Extron Controller driver . But  in the trace window we can see that Connect failed ,.   i mean Extron controller is not connecting to Zoom Room via API .  can you help us to solve the issue and let  us know if Zoom room native GUI and API control is possible simultaneously. 

Hi Team,We are looking to use Wired/Wireless Screen sharing feature for our Kiosk however this feature is not available for Kiosk Zoom Rooms.Main purpose of this is for our Kiosk which we are using for IT helpdesk support.Since there is limitation of wired/wireless screen sharing it makes it difficult for support agent to assist end users.It would be helpful forZoom room kiosks have this feature since this is already available on zoom rooms.

Hello,  I have a new Zoom Room and I cant figure out how to adjust the time on the Crestron Zoom Room Touch Pad.  can someone point me in the right direction.  here is my setup for this room  

I am a paid user for zoom and I cannot find record button on android phone and Macbook.  If I use other's account, I can see the record button. Anybody know what happened to my account?

Just recently purchased a new Zoom Rooms setup (Yealink A10 with CTP18 controller) but after pairing them and upgrading firmware on both, I went to sign into Zoom but before I can put in my activation code to assign a license, it's given the error of 'You need to upgrade Zoom Rooms system to use Zoom service.' However, it doesn't give me the ability to do so anywhere in the zoom settings screen and therefore is unusable at the moment. Because it's not assigned to our Zoom account yet, I can't do it remotely either. Firmware for both is on the latest versions. Zoom version is showing as 5.15.1.

Hello, We have a large conference room that we're trying to set up with a Logitech Rallybar and Tap to drive two displays. One 86" in landscape, but next to it a 43" in portrait mode. The idea was that the primary display would show content and the 43" would show virtual participants (speaker or gallery). I can't find any settings within Zoom Rooms to enable this so I'm wondering if it's driven more by the Logitech components or possible at all.  Thank you

I've been asked to set up a space where people can wirelessly share content to a local display. No cameras, no microphones, no controller. Just a hidden PC running the Zoom Rooms software. We have plenty of full Zoom Rooms.There are plenty of 3rd party hardware solutions for this situation, but I was wondering if this could be done with a minimalist Zoom Room.You would just start the Zoom app on your laptop, select share, and enter the sharing key on the room display.

We've implemented, integrated, and tested Zoom Apps SDK on Zoom Rooms both Windows and MacOS. https://www.npmjs.com/package/@zoom/appssdk ```const config = await zoomAppsSdk.config({ capabilities: ["getZoomRoomContext"], });``` However, what we found is the config method works fine only on Windows and MacOS Zoom Rooms that version is older or equal to the 6.0.6 (May 28, 2024) release version. After the 6.0.0, we tried to open the Apps on Zoom Rooms but the function would throw an error `Error: config took longer than 10000ms to respond`, even though we've increased the timeout ms, it still errors the same. I think some interface changes don't match with the JS SDK anymore internally from Zoom Rooms later than 6.0.6 or even the latest version, which is only replicable on the MacOS side.

I've searched a lot, but didn't find anything, so does someone know if I can see the peak of how many people were on my Zoom meeting?

Hi, We have been developing Zoom Rooms application for a big while and we faced the issue that MacOS can't turn on the developer tool by using command `defaults write ZoomChat webview.context.menu true` as it is mentioned on the site https://devforum.zoom.us/t/enabling-developer-tools-on-a-mac/91235 Windows works fine (edit zoom.us.ini). Do you have any ideas how to fix it? We would like to toggle the developer tool on the Zoom Rooms app

Hello,I am finding some of the guides difficult to find out some information. I have a Zoom Rooms system, running on a Crestron flex base.The client would like to add zoom whiteboarding functionality to the system, they are able to add whatever functionality is required in the back-end but are looking for advise on hardware. Can this be accomplished simply by adding a second touch-display to the existing Crestron zoom rooms system - OR does this functionality require a separate zoom client (zoom rooms for touch) on the second display. Many thanks in advance!

Hi - I have recently purchased a zoom room for my shared office space that has 5 different tenants. In this space we set up a zoom room and purchased a room scheduler. Is there a way to be able to have all 5 different tenants see the room availability through their calendar invitations. IE: tenant 1 books room from 1pm to 2pmtenant 2 tries to book a meeting and sees that room is blocked from 1pm to 2 pm but free the rest of day... etc

Hi all, We have a meeting room that uses a TesiraForte X 800 DSP for audio, and Logitech RoomMate including Tap IP for utilizing Zoom Rooms. All of these devices run on the latest firmware.  Fault: One day from nowhere, we're not able to adjust the volume, you still have the fader on the TapIP working and you can move volume up/down, but the actual volume stays the same. it's either 100% or 0%.We've raised this issue with Biamp and Logitech which can't figure out why's this happening. I saw that the TesiraForte x 800 is not on the Zoom Room list. Anyone else experiencing something similar?

Extron ZRTP Pro 1025t Controller app:  6.1.12 (3035)Windows 10, 64bit Zoom Room app:     6.1.11 (4556) We do not allow recording by default. The option to allow a client to record via the participant settings on the Zoom Controller is what we decided was best for our rooms. About two weeks ago, participants who are given permissions now only have the option to record to the cloud. Usually we will set them as a co-hosts and they can choose to record to the cloud or locally. All things appear to be the same except for the "Record locally to computer" option is now missing.The settings to allow participants to record locally is enabled on the Zoom Room admin web settings and the same for the participant's app settings. If a participant hosts their own call by themselves, the option to record locally is there. So this appears to only be an issue within the Zoom Room hosted calls. 

Hi,I can hear everything in normal Zoom meetings. If we separate in breakoutsessions I cannot hear anything or speak. I have a chromebook and micro and tone is all on. Does anyone know what the problem could be?

Having an issue where using Teams on the zoom rooms disconnects while trying to join meetings. This does not happen to everyone. When my manager creates a team meeting or i do, we can connect to Teams in the zoom room. However when others create a meeting and try to have the Zoom Room join via teams it starts to join then disconnects immediately. We have several zoom rooms running different products. I have tried this in several of our rooms. Our devices are all up to date.

We have a number of Logitech Rooms paired together with the Zooms Rooms kit all running 6.2.1 upon starting a new meeting we are run into this prompt on the tablet and screen. The message "Some of your zoom rooms devices need to be upgraded to join this meeting. Please contact IT for assistance" appears in your Zoom Room when trying to join a meeting. We have already checked we are on the latest and IT have downgraded to 6.1.1 and this has not made a difference.  Help and suggestions things to try ?

Hello,This week, the Zoom VDI Workspace stopped working in our Citrix environment.We received the following notification:"Your App Version needs to be 5.15.10 VDI plugin or higher to sign in. Please contact your IT team to update your app."We have been using Zoom version 6.0.11 and also tested versions 6.1.12 and 6.1.10, but we’re still seeing the same error.We updated the Zoom VDI plugin on our thin clients from version 5.16.10 to 5.17.11, which, according to Zoom's website, should be compatible with these versions.However, we are still receiving the error message stating that "App Version needs to be 5.15.10 VDI plugin or higher."Any ideas on why this might be happening? I’m also wondering if there’s a way to contact Zoom's TechnicalTeam directly, as we currently cannot use the Zoom VDI app in our Citrix setup.Thank you in advance.Chris 

Hello, I'm writing a JSON file for room controls and can't seem to find any documentation around sending commands via USB-to-Serial adapter. I did, however, see that this capability was added in a past update so it should be possible.I know that my USB adapter is using COM3 but was not 100% on how to reference it in the JSON file. I am getting a Json File Configuration error. I was hoping if someone could let me know if I am on the right track here and offer any suggestions. Here is what I have for the adapters section:"adapters": [{"model": "Serial_Port","port": "COM3","settings":{"baud_rate": "9600","data_bits": "8","parity": "PARITY_NONE","stop_bits": "1","flow_control": "FLOW_NONE" }, (if you would rather I post the entire JSON file I can I was just focusing on the adapter for this post)Thanks!

Após a atualização de [não] privacidade do zoom feita na semana passada, as telas compartilhadas da minha professora  ficaram pretas, só aparecem alguns itens, como algumas letras de slides, algum ícone. A única coisa que funciona, é a tela da professora, com ela explicando e um fundo atrás dela com uma imagem de paissagem.Uso Firefox, no linux ubuntu, uso ublock origin, não quero usar programa porque gosto de privacidade.
