Question

How to retrieve video record from cloud when record was done on mobile

Did a cloud record using mobile and now have no idea how to retrieve the recording? Please advise. Thanks in advance.

I have purchase the product.

      In a nutshell, you need to sign in to Zoom web portal in order for you to view the recordings.
