Allowing users to book workspace on behalf on another user

Hi,

We would like to give some users permissions to book for others in our organisation. I can't seem to find the setting for this. Is this possible?

Thanks for your help.

Looks like delegates can only be added by each user instead of being able to do this from an admin level.
