Hello Zoom Community, I was wondering if there is a way to make it so the sequential order of a call queue changes daily (example Monday would be user1, user2, user3 and Tuesday may be users user4, user5, user6) .Right now I am manually going to our call queue settings and changing the order every morning but I would prefer if I could set some type of daily schedule for these calls if possible.Thank you,
I would like to see an Scheduling SMS option for Zoom. I work with follow ups and some time I need to schedule an SMS for next day (business hours) to my clients and don't have this option. This would be a great feature improvement for the Mobile App and Desktop App. Does anyone feels the same or have the solution for this?
We have a Zoom basic plan with pay as you go option selected. We have done the setup including the 10DLC for SMSThe incoming calls can be viewed in the "Phone" tab of the log and are directed to the auto receptionist. We are unable to see any incoming text messages in the "SMS" tab of the log. Theres one direct company number with an extension. We havent setup any other users as we do not require any for our current operation. Dont know what is the missing step in the setup. Hope someone can help with this! TIA.
Just getting started with ZP.I have had 2 of these phoens go bad on me. Meaning i cannot factory reset them as i've had to RMA them. The first I thought was a fluke. The second not so much. Have a Reception phone setup as a shared line group. The phone is part of this line Group. When I had it setup it was working properly. Came back from Easter Holiday and red x through the line appearance. In the phone on ZP Admin it says "Factory reset needed for provisioningThis device supports zero touch provisioning. After the factory reset is triggered, the process will take a few minutes, please wait until it is finished. If it fails, try Assisted Provisioning." The first phone said this then i added a new phone new mac, etc and it sayss the same thing. Firmware on my working phone is 8.1.0.12774FIrware on broken phone is 8.00.13670 Any thoughts? Thanks,Paul.
The person who called me or whom I called can hear my audio but I am unable audio from my end.
Getting popup that Poor Network Connection. Audio quality may be affected when getting an incoming call on Zoom Phone.
Hello, How can we download zoom phone call transcript download?I get an error message "Admin has disabled this transcription" Can you please let me know how can I enable the setting? Thanks
DearsAny one who can explain the dial plan for outbound routing from Zoom, as I notice in case of BYOC you can configure BYOC number you can define external contact (and both only accepting E164 format) you can not configure extension or wild card and choose to be routed to outside using SBC, so how the outbound will work if I am integrating my existing PBX with the Zoom using SBC how I can configure a wild card to make a simple dial pattern that can be matched from Zoom to route calls to all extensions in PBX ??? hope my idea is clear, and hope and get and answers
I changed the CID to our main # in user settings but also have to change it in user settings\keys and positions. The first changes it for apps and the second changes it for their desk phone. Really should be one place.

I don't want incoming calls ringing on my phone or computer. How do I set this up? I currently have no business hours set and closed business hours settings say to send to voicemail if I'm on another call. However, I want it always to go to voicemail.
Hi,I have trouble rapidly navigating to make a call when one of my contacts has multiple phone numbers associated with them (e.g. cell, home, work). I suggest you add a favorites tab -- like on an iPhone where I can store frequently called numbers. Yes, they sometimes appear in history, but not always. A favorites tab would solve that problem.
I have a webhook-only app created for capturing "When a call recording is complete". I want this to apply at the call queue level - meaning any time a call recording is completed in a call queue. However, it appears to only be applied at the user level. For example I created it on my account, and therefore any time a call recording is complete for my user it works, but if a call recording is completed for anyone else it does not. I don't want to have to create an app for each user because that will require me to grand them all developer permission and login to create it.. right?
Hi everyone, I hope the subject says it all - I would like to know if "Main Company Number" consumes 1 phone number license or may be it doesn't because it's the "Main Company Number" and not a user assigned phone number so possibly we get a free bee? To illustrate which license exactly that is - see screenshot; we don't have that many phone number licenses hence my question whether we need to consider one specifically for "Main Company Number" Thank you for your guidance!
Does anyone know if the ability exists today to auto select the callerID based on called location for users with multiple CallerIDs? Example i have US, Australia, New Zealand phone numbers and place a call to each, can Zoom change my ID automatically without me having to select it from the drop down each time?
Over the past few months we have had several clients complain that when they call us they hear one ring tone and then it clicks over to a subtle white noise with no further ring tone. After some testing we discovered that we are still receiving the call on our end even though the caller can't hear anything. We are using Zoom Pro with Polycom desk phones as well as the apps on our phones and laptops. Any ideas what is going on?
Is there a way when making a zoom outbound call, to display our company name. Therefore, the individual can see the incoming call is from our company. if so, how do I set this up?
Am I safe to assume when configuring my auto receptionist, if I choose to not have it go direct to IVR I need to set the custom hours of when the phone should ring internally and point the route call to an individual so that the line will ring?
Hello, I signed up for Zoom phone last night and the app is able to make phone calls and receive, however, when i click SMS and want to start a new message it says .. You don't have a direct number. You cannot start a new conversation. Any help ? Thanks
Hi all, I am hoping for a solution here. I have a staff member who only uses Zoom Phone via the mobile app. He is not part of our main call flow, so he does not receive the incoming calls from the main auto-attendant / number. Only we can transfer calls to him, or customers can contact him via his external number. When he's on a call, when another call comes in, it disrupts his current call which is frustrating. Is there a way we can setup the Zoom profile for him to send incoming calls to voice mail when he's busy? I know the desktop app changes your status to busy, but mobile does not have this functionality? Are there any options for only mobile users? I presume there would be, please advise. Kind regards,Adam
I have a State-mandated requirement that users be able to exit an "On Hold" state at any time but I can't find a reference to that anywhere. Did I miss it or does it not exist?
I'm trying to prevent call queue members from receiving queue calls when they are already in a (Zoom) call or meeting. I have the queue set to route to the user who has been idle the longest. Calls are being routed to users who are in (Zoom) meetings, are in (Zoom system) calls, or have placed outbound calls. Users can manually "Opt-out" for every non-queue activity, then "Opt-In" once the activity is complete, but that is inefficient and results in poor system performance. Users regularly forget to "Opt-In" after their current activity ends, and unless they manually seek their queue status, have no indication they are not active in the queue. How can I ensure that queue calls are routed to AVAILABLE users?
I'm leaving my current consulting gig after many years and this account is linked to that company so won't be on here after tomorrow. We'll see if any future work involves Zoom Phone, if so I'll be back at that point! Been helpful being on this forum! Hopefully my comments have been helpful to others as well... cheersEdgar
I am setting up Zoom Phone and SMS. I've gone through all the setup steps for SMS, campaigns, etc. And now I still can't text to or from my recently ported number. Is there a propagation time on any of this? The number came back as ported yesterday and I noticed this morning that my campaign I applied for yesterday is now active. Or am I missing something else?
