Hello all,Does anyone know if I can set up a Fax Mailbox in Zoom Voice and forward that to an email address? I set up an Auto Attendant with my fax number and set it to forward to an email address. Just looking to see if that is all I need?

We currently use an answering service to take calls whenever our main reception is unable to answer. At the moment, we are having the issue where internal calls to reception that don't get answered are then being forwarded to this answering service, which is then charging us for these calls. Is there any way to setup different overflow handling for internal vs external calls, so that say any internal calls go to voicemail or disconnect when not answered, and external calls can overflow to the answering service?

I want to cancel my Zoom phone because it doesn't work but to do this I have to go through sales, apparently. I've tried the online form but no-one has come back to me after 2 weeks. Does anyone work in the Zoom sales department or do you just pick and choose who they respond to? I don't get error codes, I just get calls getting skipped on when I try to answer. Problems exist on various devices. Mine is a samsung galaxy s23. I susbscribe to Zoom One. I've tried contacting support but all they do is tell me to run tests. Regardless of the tests, the phone system just doesn't work and as getting someone to contact is unproductive I'm going to move to another provider so I need to talk to someone about cancelling.

I want to set up an account when using the free ZOOM. I want to set up two-factor authentication, but why isn't the SMS option available?

Is there a way for the phone number/extension to appear in the Alert queue when there is a missed call?

Hi Everyone, I created a shared line group on my account. I want to add members to the account but whenever I try to add the members, this error shows up "Extension 809 requires a Zoom Phone Metered, Unlimited, or Pro plan." Although the user has a pro license and a Zoom phone license, any suggestions on what I might be doing wrong?

Hello, Is Abandoned Rate based on 24 hours or just business hours? 

Hi We have Zoom Phone with unlimited UK & Ire calling.  One of my team is trying to call a South African number - which we expected to be at a charged rate. However, Zoom will not connect the call at all, saying that our service plan does not support it. How can I enable a form of international calling - which we understand will be charged above our monthly fee - so that these calls can be placed?

I want to block outgoing calls from certain extensions/common area phones? but i want them to be able to call internal extensions only? Anybody know how?  

i paid for zoom phone but i didnt get any number and i dont have an option to call .

I am so frustrated!  I paid for zoom phone and have a phone number assigned as the main company number.  I do not need additional users or numbers or licenses but for the life of me I cannot figure out how to just use the company number!  Please help!

HR is asking if there is a way employees can call in and hear a message saying, "Press 1 if you work in production, Press 2 if you work in Customer Service, etc." and then route those message to the manager of those departments as voice mails?

I recently had to replace a ceiling mic at a customer site because of water damage.  In doing so, the firmware had to be updated in the Shure P300 DSP as well as the mic.  The system works fine, but the Room Not Available message shows on the start up screen. It refers to the P300 not being available as an audio device, yet it clearly shows up as the audio I/O device in the devices menu.  Anyone know how to make this message go away?

I have problem with zoom app. I am user of macOS (14.3.1 (23D60)) and zoom is always serves callto protocol even if I have set up that my default app for calls is another application (corectly set up in faceTime app). Is there any way how can I definitive disable Zoom as a app for callto? Edit some plis file or thing like that?Zoom: Version: 5.17.5 (29101)macOS : Sonoma (14.3.1 (23D60))

I am using the Zoom phone app on my Mac and would like to be able to play an audio file, e.g. .wav, while on a call and have the caller hear it.Seems like a simple idea but I can't find any way to do it.If I just play the file I hear it in my headset but it's not sent to the other person. Is this possible?I do I need to do something like play the audio through a speaker and hold my headset next to it? 😛

Aloha, We are new to the ZOOM phone system beginning last month. In the last week, we have noticed that calls are dropping when the we answer close to, or on the "last ring". This was not happening before we changed our settings to a shorter ring time. Mahalo.

Is there a way to bulk update music on hold for users?

Hi All,Currently, we have four phone lines, and we've recently acquired 10 Zoom Phone Pro licenses to transition to Zoom Phone. Our plan is to port only two numbers from the existing four lines—one for incoming and another for outgoing calls. I would appreciate it if you could provide information on the maximum number of concurrent calls we can make and how the phone lines will be utilized for both incoming and outgoing calls.

Hello !I want to attend a zoom meeting in my navigator, even if my computer has no microphone.I only want to LISTEN to a meeting. I used to listen to meetings before on this web navigator on this same computer without any microphone.But now :Zoom shuts down the audio every 30 seconds to notice me : "your navigator doesn't allow you using your microphone" ! Then I can only "join audio by computer" and wait for the next interruption every 30 seconds. I have tried all the settings but I have no other choice than select one only microphone even though no microphone exists on my computer. But Zoom continues on trying to access it.I'm unable to follow any meeting with so many interruptions. Does someone have a solution please ? Please note again that :1) I want to use the home computer and not my phone (my choice because of a bigger screen)2) I don't want to install the zoom app and want to run zoom in a navigator (my choice because of the computer's owner)3) there i

When I first set up Zoom Phone, I entered the wrong company address.This has been fixed as the main site. I'd like to fix this but I can't find where to do so. Also, when setting address for emergency call, only some countries could be selected(I wanted to choose Korea as it).Can't I change the newly added multi-site to the main site?

Is anyone successfully using click to call within the desktop version of Outlook to dial contacts with Zoom phone?  I have the Zoom Outlook Plugin v5.17.0 installed.   That added the "Schedule a Meeting" buttons but right clicking on a contact and selecting Call still does nothing. It seems to work everywhere else:  Clicking a properly formatted hyperlink works within a browser.   Highlighting a number anywhere and pressing the global keyboard shortcut.  

Here is the scenario.  I remote from DC. My main office is in Atlanta.  I am logged into zoom on both.  Why?  I am glad you asked, I use Microsoft RDP on a mac and unfortunately when doing a zoom meeting there is not VDI for Mac's to work with Microsoft RDP so in order to get the video and audio quality, I have to take the meetings on my zoom and not inside the RDP.  With that being said, I am CONSTANTLY bombarded all day long with emails saying I need to update my emergency location or I get the red location symbol.  I am not the only one as I have other users who are experiencing the same.  No matter how many times I or they update it, a day or two later it's requesting to update again.  I am an admin and we have sites.  I don't want to disable on the whole site but I also don't want to keep getting these messages.  Is there a work around for this?  Thanks in advance.
