On of my users just got this error message upon trying to send an SMS via the Zoom desktop app (same happens on phone) I can find no reference to what the daily cap on SMS messages might be, but from my usage logs this person shouldn't come anywhere close to a cap. They are talking with some of our contractors about filling jobs, not some sort of automated marketing campaign or anything. The only references I can find are API rate limits but even then, I don't think they'd hit that ceiling. I have created a ticket, but is there some setting or report I'm missing? Thanks!
I'm looking for a deskphone that takes the least amount of deskspace, is Zoom compatible (not necessarily Zoom certified), uses wifi and has bluetooth. Any suggestions? Preferably something under $100. TIA
one of our agent now able to call 64 7 series number. i,e 64 7 862 2044 from his zoom phone. When the dialer call outs if there’s a space like this in the area code (64 7) it ends up saying “the number you are calling does not have service”, or something like that and then disconnects. Its not uncommon either.
I paid my invoice and my phone is still not working. I've emailed my account manager Angelo and he's giving me zero solutions. What am I supposed to do?
I am trying to stage an AR for a user where that can be in control of their recordings and IVR options. Also granting them the ability to change it to a straight forward from the IVR function. The only problem is I cannot find a way to disable the ability of that user to delete or add a phone number to the AR. We don't want to let the user change phone numbers. Is there anyway to restrict the AR Admin role to not allow number management? Call queues seem to have that ability with the 'Manage Basic Information' selection on a CQ Admin role.
I feel like I am about to lose my mind! I am with a very small nonprofit, just two employees. We were with Grasshopper for the past 5 years and I loved it, but the boss wants to save money. So we ported the number and purchased one license and a metered plan. I just need to figure out how to receive calls on the mobile app and absolutely cannot figure it out. I feel like every video is targeted at larger organizations with multiple lines. I have spent the past three days searching forums and YouTube videos and I cannot seem to find out how to get the phone number to ring! I can at least make outgoing calls and receive voicemail, but I cannot receive incoming calls yet. Please help if you can!
We currently have main auto receptionists and IVR routing our calls. We would like to live answer calls? Live answer meaning go to a intake coordinator to answer phone calls. Does anyone know how to set this up? Thank you.
Any Good Training Materials on Zoom Phone or Zoom Contact Center? admin, architecture etc... Thanksfrom other website Thanks
While calling we are facing a voice note that "Sorry your requested service is not available in your calling plan|" Although we have purchased US Canada Unlimited
Hello, I just purchased my Phone plan, restarted the application but I don't see the SMS option when I select the ph
Hello! I previously had the ability to respond to SMS messages on my mobile and desktop app. Now I can receive message but receive this error message when I attempt to respond. "Registration required. Your message cannot be sent as you do not have a valid 10 DLC Brand or Campaign created. Please contact your administrator to resolve this issue." When I reached out to them they said that it should be working and they didn't have a solution. Has anyone else figured out how to resolve this issue?
I am using Zoom's premium service, which includes unlimited calling and SMS within the USA and Canada. While the calling functionality works perfectly, I have encountered difficulties with sending SMS messages. Every time I attempt to send a message, I receive an error notification, preventing the message from being sent. As this feature is crucial for my business communication needs, I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue promptly. Please help me and provide guidance on how to rectify the problem so that I can continue utilizing the full capabilities of the premium Zoom service. I pay USD 17 every month.
Zoom phone is setup for voicemail, but no voicemails are happening. Its disconnecting, saying you couldn't be connected after ringing. This is happening on all phones on our account. In other words when anyone calls our Zoom numbers, they cannot leave a voicemail. This is across our entire account. I've shared my personal settings below.
Help need full name of HACC?
We recently upgraded from an obsolete ESI phone system to Zoom phone. The Zoom folks recommended we purchase an Audiocodes mp112 ATA device to make the paging system talk to Zoom. I followed the instructions to provision the ATA device and it shows up as being online in Zoom. Normally, when you call into the paging system, it auto-answers so you can send out your message through the paging amp/overhead speakers. Currently, the extension assigned to the ATA just rings and goes to voicemail. Anyone work on something similar?
Hi all,Following @Vinnie's feedback here.I was wondering if someone found a guidebook regarding the basics of ATA's in a ZP (Zoom Phone) environment. As a green newbie to ATA's, I have been hitting roadblocks with this.We have a few MP114 that have been working perfectly with our previous IP-PBX. It's a pretty basic setup: three door panels connected to one MP114.I got the ATA to connect to ZP (showing as online), but I have no idea how to continue from here. What's even more embarrassing is that I have no idea if I should continue from the ATA's web interface, or can we handle everything from ZP.I can continue to ask embarrassing questions, such as: do we need to configure anything on the analog device itself (a door panel). I hope the answer to this last question is "no", as we have such panels spread across the country and it'll be a pain to configure them all one by one.Lastly, is this connected in any way to CAP (Common Area Phone)? I mean, do we need to configure each s
I recently purchased the unlimited Phone but I can't make calls. It says that the "Service is not available on your calling Plan"I'm from the Philippines calling to Australia Can someone help me?
Hello Everyone In Zoom Auto Receptionists it's is possible to have sub ivr Example if the user press 1 (Registration)under Registration we want to have 2 optionNew Registration (1)Exisiting /Follow up registration (2)Go back to main Menu (3) Is this possible ?
I was wondering if I can add a greeting or what we call internally a “whisper message” on call queues for our internal intake team to hear before a caller connects to them? I see I can add a greeting prompt for the caller to hear but we are looking for the opposite. I pose this question because the marketing team is trying to differentiate sources coming in for certain cases. My suggestion was to mark each call queue name with abbreviation for case type. Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions?
We have users in a company site that is in India and we have another site in the US.I have created a call queue that is supposed to ring multiple users - the call queue is assigned to the US site. However, I am UNABLE to add users from India into that call queue. If I create multiple US sites, then I can have users from each site in the call queue.I can create a call queue in the India site and there's no issue. However, I cannot add international users into a US call queue.Does anyone have any advice on this ?
How do you change your user name it says reset yet it keeps kicking me back and it won't change.
We just transitioned ~150 phone numbers over to Zoom phone. Some of these numbers are toll-free, some local, some 800, etc. We have 3 numbers setup as a call queue. However, we have no way to see the incoming call history for any of these 3 phone numbers assigned to the call queue. None of the users assigned to the queue have any call history in their zoom app when customers call the numbers assigned to this call queue. For example, the 3 phone numbers (888) 662-7760, (716) 260-1756, (888)662-7751are all assigned to a call queue "Example call queue" with users Cindy, Stacy, Sam in the queue. When customers call any of the above 3 phone numbers, Cindy, Stacy and Sam all receive the calls, however there is no record of the caller in their zoom app call history. Furthermore, from the admin console, there's no call record to be found for those numbers either. What are we doing wrong? Is there a way to see call history for call queues with caller
Hi, I have a user who's direct calling on his extension is not working. From what I Can find all other users' are working fine. It's only his. I compared his profile to another user's and cannot find any differences at all. for example let say his company number is +41 245 154 000 and his extension is 314. Essentially if you phone +41 245 154 314 it needs to ring with him. The extension is configured correctly and when you phone the number it rings but doesn't seem to ring with anyone. I checked the related posts but didn't see anything like this. Thanks.
Looking for info on the difference between these two items? I want to have a customer call and "dial 1" for one department and "dial 2) for another dept. It seems like with an auto responder, I can set up my own custom message and have customers dial the three digit extensions that I have set up. It seems like the IVR will do the same however just require me to just press "1" or "2" and then pick an option where that lets you route the call. I am assuming that I would have the ability to set up "sub" menus where I can say something like "for all other calls, press 3" and then that routes to a different IVR? with more options? I am just a little confused with the difference between these items and the hierarchy Is there any benefit to one vs the other? Other then pressing only a single digit vs three digits to get to an extension? Any info is greatly appreciated!
When typing in numbers to dial a call, is there a way to have Zoom Phone format the numbers in your local setting? For example, I'm in the US, and would like to see the numbers format xxx-xxx-xxxx. This makes it easier to see if you typo the phone number. Vs trying to find the typo when looking at xxxxxxxxxx.
