[MacBook Air M2, macOS 15.5, Zoom Version: 6.5.7 (60598)] Screen Share window is angled (slanted like a book opened) and pixelated to the participants. You can see it slightly in the attached screenshot, where the preview of the window looks like a page from a book at a slant/angle instead of flat as it used to be.I don't understand this behavior for the windows to be shared. In previous Zoom versions, the preview screen for "Screen Share" was accurate, with all windows looking flat and normal as when looking at a sheet of paper straight on, not in a sort of slant or angle like it does now. Is anyone else experiencing this? Any solutions or reasons why? I've tried with and without an external monitor, and the result is the same. Any help/advice will be appreciated.

I was hosting a webinar.  I had closed captioning enabled for accessibility purposes for the delegates.  I always mute my microphone when showing videos.  I was talking to a colleague while a video played and noticed that my words were being incorporated in the closed captions in addition to the words from the video!  HELP!  This is not OK.  If a presenter is muted, I cannot imagine how closed captioning is picking up my language.  It is very distracting for attendees and also a  privacy issue.  I absolutely double checked that I was muted and I was.  How do I get closed captioning to not record what I am saying when I am muted.  The captured closed captioning errors are also in the recording.

I was getting to the 40 minute point in a  paid for Zoom meeting that I had accessed via a browser link in Edge. During the meeting I had accessed another browser link successfully.  The screen started flashing on and off though audio was maintained.  Clicking on my touch pad only seemed to make things worse.  When I stopped clicking, I was able to hear audio and proceed with just that.  My system was fine once I was out of Zoom.  After I researched on here,  I made sure my computer sleep settings were extended,  updated Windows and Edge, then re-tested Zoom on this website..  I  downloaded Chrome as a back-up, in case it was Edge (have deleted cached files in settings on Edge)  and I've turned off video acceleration in both. It occurs to me as I write this that 40 minutes is the point at which a free Zoom meeting has to stop.  Would what I experienced be what you would expect to happen in that scenari

I just had to reset my mac book, now the zoom says my internet connection is not working. I have removed any firewalls and proxy. but sill not working? 

Hello everyone! I have a problem with the AI of Google it didn't make minutes of the meeting correctly. I have Tekcroft email, so can anyone tell why this happens

For the past four meetings, my iPhone 14 camera has been auto zooming out anytime I move.  I have tried zooming in again but then it zooms out again. I've been emailing support back and forth and they told me to delete the app and reinstall.  Didn't help. They asked me to set the iPhone 14 camera on auto-lock.  Didn't help. They asked me to turn on "gestures" under meeting settings.  I don't have that feature under my meeting settings. I turned off "Follow Focus" under Zoom, Accessibility in my phone settings.  Didn't help. Is anyone else having this issue???   Has anyone solved this problem?  Is it an iPhone issue or a Zoom app issue??  

I would like to send a follow-up survey to all who participated a week after the meeting ended. Is this possible? I can't seem to find any information concerning this question.

Does zoom video sdk with ui toolkit has auto recording feature if I buy universal credit plan? Like is there any dashboard setting, where I can turn on auto recording? Also, is live transcription feature included in universal credit plan or I have to buy separately?

Hi,I have hosted an event where I had a number of registered participants, who I approved were unable to join the meeting.  Every time they tried to use the ID and enter the password they were redirected to register.I have tried this myself and ran into the same issue.  What would be the cause of this?  It is disappointing as we could have had a larger turnout.

I have trouble using zoom on my Ipad pro, the volume of zoom is low and ipad volume control has no effect on it. Also when a meeting is On on zoom, the whole ipad lost volume, no more sound on youtube, video in my photo album, others app, all go silent. Using the same account on computer are totally fine

I keep getting inane pop-ups that tell me about zoom features. They are annoying and distracting. How do I stop them?

I am having trouble with scheduling meetings. I use the drop-down box to enter the date, time, and attendee, but when I go to the next page I get a message that asks if I want to Import Event. There is nowhere to go from there. My attendees are not getting the invite.

zoom: 6.4.12 (56699)macos: 15.5 I start zoom desktop app sends me to my browser to the SSO page of one of the companies I contract for. I want to stop that behavior. I do not want to be handed the login SSO page. Help please. Cheers  

Used to be able to write on another members screen, especially as the host.  Now this has been removed and the user has to give specific permission (according to AI).  This has degraded the experience significantly for me, as I do a lot of training and am viewing the members screens and making comments. What made zoom so special and unique is now gone. 

We are wanting to create a meeting where we have 3 "vendors" promoting their services. We will invite attendees and then have the "vendor" present for 15 minutes and then leave the meeting. Then the next vendor will present and so on. The vendors will not be able to stay on after they present. What is the best way to do this via zoom.

Hi everyone. I'm reaching out because I really need your help with what seems to be a mildly common issue with missing zoom recordings. I gave my dissertation defense this past Friday, July 18th using a generated meeting ID with automatic recording enabled but before we began, we did a short test run before exiting zoom. When we exited, I guess the test recording saved in a folder in the default path destination assigned by Zoom locally to my computer. We rejoined 15 min later on the same meeting ID to start my hybrid dissertation defense meeting. A new folder was created in the default path destination locally on my computer. Upon rejoining, zoom automatically began recording and I gave my 2-hour defense (yay!) but after allowing the zoom to complete the conversion process of the recording after ending the meeting, the designated folder for my recording was empty. The folder contains no video or audio file, no "double_click_to_convert_01.zoom" or "double_click_to_convert_02.zoom" file

 We hv pro account and our meeting is disconnecting every half n hr, since last few days.there is no support at all, can anyone suggest what could be the issue ?

HI all, I end up manually selecting the vanishing pen about 5 times a day (I draw a lot during meetings). Would be nice if the app remembers the users last used pen style (like it does with the colour), or have a place in settings to configure a default pen.

When I am hosting a meeting and when I am participating in various meetings, I try to screen share in Zoom, it automatically goes to a black screen and says screen share is paused.I don't know how to unpause it. I checked in my account and I everything is toggled correctly. I have also, uninstalled Zoom and re-installed. Nothing seems to be working. Any suggestions?

I was using zoom without any issues but one fine day it stopped working in my PC.But same time its working in my mobileI reinstalled zoom still not working. Not working means - I used to get links for meetings (earlier it was working) after clicking the links a live lesson window will appear and if I press join button, a new widow will appear and within a fraction of second it disappears. Even if i try to create a new meeting same thing happens please solve the issue 

When I log in to my profile on the web (zoom.us), I can see my profile picture. I have also followed this article https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0065840, but it doesn't display when I join a meeting. It used to display, but then stopped working. Do you have any suggestions on what else to try?

I was invited by people from Shincheonji who claimed to be christians (later found that it was a cult) via zoom - to be parto fo zoom meetings, that in the zoom meetings we weren't allowed to chat with others via zoom, because the option to chat between each other was completely gone - all done by hacking the zoom app by their IT team. To chat between each other was disabled by them, intentionally so that no one might speak to each other and reveal who they are - A CULT. How come ZOOM team is not helping in this process in putting strong tools that no IT team might crack it. Those chats are important on each meeting, just because if someone will research that the so called "church" is actually a cult, might actually worn others to get out of there on time. People who have been deceived in such way gave their entire lives to the cult, some even being suicidal at the end.  So why is it that ZOOM allowed it?
