I keep getting this image when I try to start Zoom Workplace. Just started to have this happen.Post does not allow an image to put here? Keeps saying "Virtual background is still loading" & black screen
The video on my Lenovo FHD webcam will show only a black screen when I attempt to use it with Zoom. The camera is otherwise functional, and it will do audio on Zoom. I am using a MacBook Air running Mac OS 15.5.
Hello! Lately, my Zoom meetings are automatically deleted as soon as they are scheduled.I don't know if it's some update but it's very annoying. I get an email telling me that they are in the trash and I have to resume them again. Can you help me?
I have a dual display setup—one 4K monitor and another 1080x1920. When I turn on the camera, CPU usage goes above 60%, which also slows down screen sharing. When I turn off the camera, CPU usage returns to normal and screen sharing works fine. Is there any way to handle this?
Hello.I do online piano lessons. My zoom does not do stereo. I have "original sound for musicians" selectedAnd also "stereo audio" I have 2 microphones hooked up through a focusrite audio interface. When I unhook one of the mics and do a "test microphone" I hear the play back coming back from BOTH speakers. My audio interface is working fine. When I use a normal audio recording software such as pro-tools, left and right microphones are honored. Can someone help me troubleshoot? Thank you 🙂Noam
Hi there,I'm after some advice. I recently recorded myself giving 1-hour lecture whilst sharing PowerPoint slide decks with my video in the top right-hand corner of the screen. When I visited the recording, I can see that it captured my video in the top hand corner but is missing my slide deck - the screen just says "playing picture in picture".Can anyone advise whether I have lost the content and may need to re-record?ThanksBrooke
Hi, we are hoping for some guidance. We are setting up zoom meetings, and adjusting the settings so everyone it muted as they come into the meeting. however attendees continuously unmute themselves and start talking over the presenter. Is there a way to make it so an attendee can not unmute unless the admin unmutes them?
Can I obtain the meeting log that shows who shared their screen during the session?
HI!I just imported over 200 customers into my "Personal Contacts" in Zoom but now I can't find a way to invite them all to a re-occuring meeting. Can anyone help me please??? GOD Bless you!AB
When I connect an external monitor, the camera does NOT rotate in landscape mode (in the external monitor using DEX). I can turn the device and it might lock for a few moments, however when I interact with the app it reverts back to 90 degrees I've tried all the possible settings in the Galaxy Tab S8 and the Zoom meeting app (Version 6.4.11.30526), without success. It works great on Google Meet without issue. Can you help?
Reviewing your documentation on webhooks at the link below.https://developers.zoom.us/docs/api/webhooks/#verify-webhook-eventsOur WAF cannot support a dynamic style signature verification as requested per the docs (copy and pasted below)."To verify that Zoom sent a webhook request, use the webhook secret token and the webhook request body to create a signature to compare with the x-zm-signature header value sent by Zoom."Is there a way to set a static value we could check against?Thank you
I'm on mac 15.6. Zoom workplace: 6.5.9I seem to no longer be able to add a zoom meeting to my Calendar on my mac. I used to be able to do this last week. How do I fix this? This is so incredibly aggravating. Why is zoom wasting my time like this trying to figure out their broke software? Where is the quality control?
Hi, Two bugs I've noticed that are not fixed in the latest version of the Zoom client, which I updated a few minutes ago, when used with Kubuntu 25.04. First, if I'm in a Zoom meeting, and I resize ANOTHER window, such as Firefox, the resizing process never seems to end, the window size jitters back and forth, and the window becomes unusable. Only way out of the situation is to kill the process for the other window. Doesn't ever happen when zoom is NOT running. Trivially repeatable, no special steps, just run vanilla Kubuntu 25.04. Only workaround is to avoid resizing any windows during a meeting. Have not tried testing with other distributions. I had found some tweaks that could be applied to KDE to "fix" the problem by forcibly adjusting the behavior of Zoom's windows, but they don't seem to actually work. Second, minor nit pick, the Linux client doesn't seem to remember that I prefer Gallery View, so I have to switch it every time. Thanks, Sarah
Is this possible? This new update is horrible for my productivity. The drop down for dates and times versus tabbing through them and typing is not what I want, and it no longer connects to my iCal like it used to, making me have to manually add every single meeting to my calendar. Can I just go back to the last version? Or is there a setting to revert these changes? Driving me crazy.
When I open Zoom app in a Samsung tablet, I select login using my google account, it redirects to a web browser to show login screen. The button to log back to the app is not working (doing nothing after clicking on it)
Hi,I am wondering if it is possible to create a bilingual meeting registration form, i.e, having English and Spanish in the same invitation such Name/Nombre?
HelloI normally join Zoom meetings by clicking on the link and everything works well but I wanted to try to join using the Zoom app instead to see the advantagesHowever, this leads to the app asking me for the meeting passcode but there isn't one Can anyone help please and please note that I'm not an advanced Zoom user nor the host Thanks
Hi, is there a way to lower the resolution of Zoom other than turning off HD? I'm using a laptop and the app. I can't afford to use 1 GB or more of data for every meeting. Is there a way to lower the resolution? Thanks
I attend and am often host of a regularly scheduled 12 step meeting on Zoom. If I host I have to login using the host code as I am not the owner of the account on which the meeting takes place. Lately a message pops up along the lines of the meeting is being recorded by AI. Obviously in a 12 step meeting anonymity is essential . We do not want this feature and do not even want it to pop up and ask to record. Under "Host Tools" and the "Allow all participants to:" I have unchecked " Record to computer", "Request to record to computer" and " Request host to start cloud recording ". I have also turned off AI Companion. The meeting is scheduled to start at 6:30am and about that time a thing called (something like) "Cross Coalition AI . . . " meeting recorder pops up as if it is another participant and I as host remove it. All of this is very unsettling for our participants and we really need help getting this resolved. Thanks in advance for your help.
The App has refused to let me share my screen via the dual screen despite changing it goes back immediatly. system mewets all requirements
I have a zoom meeting link that has been active for decade. Recently, I would like to edit the meeting detail, such as setting alternate host, etc. But I don't have any handle to control the meeting detail because I have lost the meeting handle long ago (what I mean is, this meeting name does not appear when I log into my zoom account.)Is there anyway to edit the detail of this meeting?
Has anyone ever encountered the Zoom capturing your screen while not logged into Zoom? On my Mac, I noticed a purple screen icon pop up in the menu bar at the top. When I left clicked, it said "zoom.us is capturing your screen." There was no way to exit I then logged into the Zoom app to check the settings, but I could not find anything relevant. I logged out of Zoom and the icon was still there. When I checked tried to Force Quit, Zoom was not found in the list for me to terminate. I ultimately shut down my computer, and when I turned it back on, the icon was gone.
I’ve recently joined the Zoom forums and am seeking assistance with configuring the SetSuppressBackgroundNoiseLevel setting on Windows Zoom desktop clients via registry keys. Specifically, I’d like to apply this setting as part of a post-installation configuration, ideally using registry keys. However, it’s important that users still retain the ability to modify this setting themselves later through the Zoom client interface.Could you please advise on:I’ve recently implemented the SetSuppressBackgroundNoiseLevel registry setting on Windows Zoom desktop clients using the guidance from [article KB0064484], which indicates:Registry path: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Zoom\Zoom Meetings\GeneralValue name: SetSuppressBackgroundNoiseLevelAcceptable values:0 = Auto1 = Low2 = Medium3 = HighZoom Support+1However, after applying this post-installation via registry, users are not able to adjust the setting themselves within the Zoom client.
This is for a paid account, and I have already enabled the HD video quality in the account settings. When I run a meeting on the desktop app, I can confirm that it streams at 720p. However, when I create and join a meeting using the Meeting SDK, the video output is only 640x360.
