My profile pic doesn't show up when I turn my camera off when I am on Zoom meetings for others.
Hi there My friend is using a Macbook Air Intel Core i3. She doesn't have a physical green screen. If she chooses "I have a green screen", the virtual background will show up on her face. If she unclicks "I have a green screen", she won't be able to add any virtual background. Can someone help???
I use the cameras on an iPad and a laptop in the meeting. Control of the meeting is on the iPad. I want to switch control to the laptop. How do I do this?
I had one license and erroneously scheduled two different meetings at the same day and time. I learned i need two licenses, so i now have my second license. How to i reassign one of those two meetings to the second license so i can have both meetings going at the same time without any problems. They will be two separate meetings going at same time
I have a pro account. People are going into the waiting room when I have the feature turned off and a passcode embeded in my URL. This has worked for a long time and suddenly stopped working several months ago and every time I go in to research this it still never works. Very frustrating.
Zoom is Recording on call start when setting is turned off in settings.
As I am new to Zoom recordings and the sharing or uploading of previous recordings I need help. My question is...how do you import and play for all particpants a previous recording that I saved to icloud during a new meeting?
I have a zoom pro plan and I am using it signed in on the web but I am struggling to add participants registration to a meeting.The registration check box is there only if I don't make it a recurring meeting. As soon as I select recurring meeting the registration check box disappears. And even when there is a registration chcekbox, when I select it, no other tabs appear, so I cannot see options to select questions etc. That whole seciton (including tabes for email and branding are missing). Any ideas?
I have a client who is having issues with Poly Devices showing online in Zoom Portal. Devices are physically on but show offline in the Zoom Portal. This would happen after a reboot. This is not helpful as the client doesn't know the true state of the device status. Any insight on this situation would be great. I have not ran into this situation before. Poly X devices running zoom platform. They have multiple sites and x series devices all having the same issue. The client would like to resume back to zoom weekly reboots of equipment. This is the current solution the client has found to be a bandaid "Current solution is turn off weekly reboot in Zoom Portal and also require local POC to click “back” on controller which relaunches Zoom. We require a solution where we can turn weekly reboots back on and also not require local physical contact with unit to show devices online in Zoom portal. " After initial reboot, the devices looks like it's in 'Poly' mode and clicking the 'back' button

I'm using the sample code provided in the meetingsdk-web-sample repository on GitHub:meetingsdk-web-sample I've followed the instructions and updated the clientID and clientSecret credentials within the CDN directory code with those obtained from my Zoom Server-to-Server OAuth App. However, when attempting to join a meeting, I encounter a popup error stating:Joining Meeting Timeout or Browser restrictionSignature is invalid.I would greatly appreciate your support in resolving this integration issue. I have a PRO account and have 2 emails linked to it. For about 4 weeks (after 3+ yrs without issues), my meetings are stopping after 40 min. I submitted a tix, but they have been NO help. Anyone else experience this or able to resolve this?
Is it possible for a participant in the meeting to use a pointer whilst we are screen sharing. The host would not be using the pointer at the time
I don't have a Zoom subscription, just the free option, and have an upcoming interview via Zoom. If the interview facilitator has a paid account, do I also need a paid account to attend an hour long interview? Or is it only the meeting organiser who needs a paid subscription?

I have already sent out the invite to a lot of people and I require mohave interpretation for this meeting. I have set up the interpretation option but I am not able to see in my personal meeting room. How ever its available when I schedule a meeting without my personal meeting room. Please help. Hello, I hope you're well.I have weekly zoom meetings on my laptop with someone who has a pro account (I'm invited to the meeting by them), while I have a free account. Usually I record the sessions (by asking for permission from host) and the download of the recording file to my laptop starts automatically after the end of the session. However, last time I used zoom on my phone, and by accident I participated in the meeting using my work account. I recorded the meeting but the video was not downloaded on my phone, but went to my friend's cloud instead.I wanted to ask:1. Was this because I used my phone, or because I used my work account (which wasn't originally invited in the meeting)?2. Is the meeting saved anywhere else on the cloud that is associated with my work account? (I want to make sure that my employer doesn't have access to that recording)3. Is there a way to still record and download the file on my phone?Thank you in advance.
Hello, Apologies if this has been asked before, but I am unable to find the solution anywhere. I have a scheduled Zoom meeting on every Saturday. However, sometimes that meeting does not happen due to last moment changes. My Zoom history still shows the meeting to have happened, since it was scheduled. Since the happening of these meetings affects the finances of my company, I need to keep track of them. My question is - Is there any way to segregate the meetings that didn't happen, so that I can only keep track of the meetings that did happen? Thanks in advance for your help.
During the recordings, sometimes my face gets into the way of the words I am screen sharing, so while I am presenting I move that small square so I can see those words. I did think it was recording the movements, but while I went over the recordings, I noticed it didn’t record the movements, and the presentation has me covering over words in the screen share . Is there a way to record them movements? Thank you all for any advice.
Yesterday night, I recorded a zoom meeting. The meeting was initiated by a pro account. That account made one person the admin, who then made me the admin. Now I recorded a snippet of the clip, it got recorded on my system. The next time I pressed on recording. It recorded a long video. I then ended the call. After that automatic conversion process should have started. Only that it didn't start. And I couldn't find the recording on my system. Nor could we trace it on the cloud of the admin.
When I changed the display name from half-width alphanumeric characters to full-width characters during a meeting, no sound came out from the speakers. Also, if you change the display name using half-width alphanumeric characters, audio will be output. Is it a problem with the Japanese input environment?
I have a scheduled, reoccurring zoom meeting that people have registered for. It is set to reoccur once a week on Thursdays. Due to a situation we are having we need to add an extra day on Wednesday this week to this meeting that people have already registered for. How can I do that?
On the Webinar settings, under Authentication. Do I have to select "Require attendees to authenticate to join" if I want to have the attendee's email address included in the attendee report when I select under Options "include email address in attendee report? Thank you.
