Hello! Part 1:I want my attendees to register for my meetings that are being held on a recurring link without being able to see all the dates of the future meetings. Currently, I can turn this on but then they can choose from any of the 30+ occurrences for this meeting in the future. I want them to only be able to register for the upcoming meeting and see nothing else going in the future. I was told this was possible, but does anyone know of any way to do this? Part 2:I've also heard Zoom can send reminder emails to attendees about an upcoming meeting. How? I don't see that option. Is this for a certain plan?
My computer recently crashed and was reset to factory default... I still have my zoom account, but I know it's not updated, and there is no link in my profile to "check for updates"How can I update my current version to the latest version?
I recorded a meeting on 4-23-24, so I thought. I didn't realize that plan features had changed such that I don't have that on my basic plan. I know now. Is there a way to retrieve that one meeting?
We have a weekly reoccurring meeting. We would like to invite guests to this meeting but would prefer they not have the same meeting id and password as our regular members. Is there a way to do this? Could we set them up in a meeting room and bring them all into the main meeting?
In older versions of zoom, I could easily open and close thumbnails of the current speaker that appeared on the bottom right of a shared screen presentation by clicking a control on the thumbnail (an x or an up arrow, IIR).But the current version (5.17.11) has no controls and thumbnails now cover part of the bottom left part of the screen when viewed in landscape. I was only able to find instructions for desktop that require hovering over the thumbnail which is impossible on an iPad.
HELP!!There is no longer the option for me to give my meeting attendees remote control access. I have checked all my account settings to make sure that I have allowed for this function, but during my meeting, there is no button/option that comes up to give remote control access. Does anyone have any advice? Thank you in advance!!
I have two email addresses, one business and one personal. I am trying to schedule a meeting using my personal email address but it when I send the invitation it shows the business address I can't use. What can I do to switch the addresses?
While in zoom meetings...1) I am Host, and I want to share my presentation. Atendee/ Invitee cannot see it in her screen. 2) When atendee/ invitee wants to share her presentation, an error message pops out, reading "it is not possible to share screens. Try again later. "Error code: 0". What do I do, just so atendee/ invite can see my presentation and she can share hers?
A client that uses Zoom regularly keeps trying to send me invites to Zoom meetings but these invites are not coming through to my Gmail address at all. I have checked Spam and Promotions tabs and have done a global search in Gmail for the no-reply@zoom.us address -- with no luck. The client is not receiving any error messages on their end and I have been unable to find anything here in the Community or in Zoom Support or across all of Google to help solve this problem. Any help will be greatly appreciated because this situation is getting VERY frustrating for me and for the client. Thank you!
I updated zoom today using the Ubuntu 16.04+ 64bit (5.12.2.4816) .deb package. I get /opt/zoom/zoom: error while loading shared libraries: libcef.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory I'm running Ubuntu 22.04.1 LTSHow do I get this resolved as there is a libcef.so in the /opt/zoom/cef directoryI tried the chatbot system who then put me to support and support said no support for my account speak to my admin, however, he's very non-technical so I've no idea if the message will even reach zoom support.
I am currently hosting a meeting and recording. I am noticing on the upper left of my Zoom window, next to the green shield and recording status symbols, there are the letters "IT" that intermittently flip between white and orange. Does anybody know what that means? I wanted to upload a screenshot of this but I can't upload images.
I added a profile photo but now need to delete it for a conference and can't seem to figure out how. I can change the photo, but not delete it. HELP PLEASE!
I use Zoom meetings for many educational purposes. I would dearly LOVE a noise when someone sends me a chat. My chats get lost under all the other items and activities.
I created polls to use on meeting.It worked well before the meeting but during the meeting, it didn't work with this message. ->"You are logged in from another device. Your polling session is inactivated." (the message was in Korean, so I translated. It is not accurate in English). After the meeting, I tried again the meeting and the polling system works well.What is the problem?While I conducting meeting, nobody logged with my account. I attached file that captured image the message. Thank you.
Can someone help troubleshoot to guide us on how to enable the "join" button to appear when prospects register at https://bit.ly/nltm-rsvp and a recurring meeting series is in progress? Pre-registrants for another nonprofit with similar Zoom settings and an alias see the "join" button when their meetings are in progress. The only difference may be to remove the passcode in both the account and meeting settines, which we thought we did given we secure using waiting room because attendees find it hard to remember different links and passcodes as well as may not know or want to log into a Zoom account to bypass authentication. There are too many settings in Zoom to troubleshoot and test. Hence, we'd appreciate guidance to resolve this problem efficiently.
How do I turn off the "alt+c" shortcut from my system? I need this to type in my language and apparently it's used by Zoom to turn one of its features on.
I have an organizational Zoom account with my company. I'm the manager of my department and have an employee out on medical leave. I had to run his meeting this morning and need the participants list for documentation. Is there any way, as co-host, that I can get it?
Hi, Hope you are doing good. I am facing an issue about breakout rooms. I have 10 employees everyone have a personal breakout room but when I start new meeting the breakout rooms become deleted and after some research I schadule a new meeting with recuring and add rooms here but they hide my PMI and provide another one. Please I request you provide me the valid solutoin to save breakout rooms for PMI for every meeting.Thanks and Regards,Rumi School of Innovative Sciences

I was ready to enter an important medical appointment via Zoom with my elderly sister in another state... we have recurring meetings set up for these appointments to make it easy for her, but they are GONE from Zoom client. I cannot find them anywhere and had to start a new meeting and send her a new meeting link and she is very confused and I am not sure she will be able to get on at all. This appointment may be a bust because of this and I have no idea what I am going to do about all these other meetings I have coming up today with recurring meeting links. UGH! Where did they go?
2024-05-03 08:56 AMWith the new upgrade to Zoom Workplace, Is there a way to always DEFAULT to always syncing newly scheduled meetings with my icalendar, (like I have for years in Zoom!) rather than have to click "More" everytime I schedule a meeting, and then "Export" every single new zoom mtg to my "external" icalendar. This new required step -- versus auto syncing 2-way with icalander -- is a big hassle. thx!!
We have a website that is linked to Acuity Scheduler where we have multiple practitioners each with their own calendar and each having their own client session bookings. For each of these client sessions, the practitioners must have a Zoom room link available to share that is different and private from all other clients and the other practitioners. Acuity allows only one Zoom account to be linked to an Acuity account so looking for solutions. I've been looking at using the Zoom Sub-User feature, but it would require we purchase licenses for each Sub-User so they can host longer than 40-minute meetings. This would be an extra cost when they're already paying for a Zoom account as most of the practitioners have their own existing Zoom accounts already. Also, I've been looking at Linking to an Organization but the more I read, it sounds like the existing Zoom accounts that get linked will no longer be recognized as separate accounts, which the practitioners will still need f
Hi, Currently, I set up my zoom meeting registration through Calendly. I would like to know if I can be able to pull up the emails who attended the meeting from the Zoom event report?
