I updated my Zoom app on my PC and lost my video picture of me - not anyone else. My camera is recognized and shows connection. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and restarted my PC 3x. Black screen of me. Any ideas?
I would like to develop a chat room where users can chat, when they agree to have a meeting together at one specific time then the system will schedules and issues and posts a Zoom URL for them to join the meeting. Here are my questions:1. Is this possible? (I mean this part " the system will schedules and issues and posts a Zoom URL for them to join the meeting")2. If it is possible, what kind of Zoom account plan do I need to prepare? I assume it needs to issue more than 10 URLs simultaneously.3. Could you tell me if there is a specific Zoom API that the system should call when issuing these URLs?
As a host, I want to test a Zoom meeting to learn host functionality. I don't want others on while I'm learning. My account won't allow the webinar option. How can I do this?
Hi there,We have a video that plays our waiting room until the meeting starts, however we've been asked to turn on captions for this video to make it more accessible. I haven't been successful in figuring out how to turn this on/uploading the captions, and I'm wondering if it's possible. Can we turn on captions for preview videos in a customized waiting room? We are having an issue where none of our Zoom meeting recordings are syncing to our CRM, HubSpot, anymore. On 3/28/24, our Zoom recordings stopped syncing to HubSpot. After speaking with support, they said we needed to turn on the Zoom Email Authentication setting, but we've never had this setting turned on before (because this would provide a poor user experience), so that can't be why the recordings stopped syncing. Additionally, we started using the Zoom Workspace Google integration on 3/15, which we've tested and confirmed allows us to circumvent the authentication settings. However, this now competes with the ChiliPiper Zoom link that's created through our ChiliPiper scheduler (this is pictured below in a test meeting I created. The top link is through Zoom Workspace, and the bottom link is through ChiliPiper). In this test meeting, the recording did sync when the meeting was held through the Zoom Workspace link (top link), but not when it was held through
After creating a meeting invite in Google calendar to include a Zoom meeting, I save/send the meeting notice. Then I access the meeting within Zoom to add an alternative host. When I select save, a new meeting invite pops up (which looks like an Outlook invite) and says that the meeting notice has not yet been sent. The meeting already appears on the google calendar, however, are the changes to the alternate host saved if I do not accept the other invite from Outlook? I have been accepting it, but then I have two meeting invites on my calendar. Is there a way to resolve the duplicate invites but confirm that the alternate host in is place?
I'm hosting a repeating meeting and would like to send an invitation that creates a calendar link for all of the days when the meeting will occur. I receive this from others, but I am not sure where to do this for my own meetings. Thanks.
We have created a new user with a new email and we did not receive any confirmation to activate that user.
Hi Community, I really hope you can help. I'm having issues sending invite emails to 2 users addresses. To clarify, I'm not talking about meeting invites, I'm talking about invites for licensing a user account. We have Mimecast for filtering and 365 for delivery and the emails for the affected users aren't hitting either platform. Email delivery to the addresses outside of Zoom works fine. I can send invites to all 'pending users' (there are currently 3) and one of them gets through every time. I have whitelisted the Zoom domain and all the IPs in the KB on both services. I have had this issue on multiple invites but usually spamming the send button seems to have worked, but not for these 2 addresses. Any advise would be greatly appreciated! Many thank, Greg.
I was in a meeting the other day and one of the participants had a black background she didn't know how/why it happened. It just appears every time she hops on to Zoom, and it is cool DeeBee99
Not sure if anyone can help? I am new to Zoom on the basic plan.I did an interview as a host today using my android phone. I can not find any recording of the interview.Is it possible to sign up to the pro plan and recover the interview even though it was held as a basic plan customer?
Hello, Is there a way to turn on a notification that when a specific phrase comes through in the transcripts? I can see that I have the option to search for that phrase, but I don't want to manually have to remember to check. Another option is to grab the VTT file but that's not a useful file format for me. I need a TXT file to make it easier to automate that step. So if the above isn't an option, is there a way to adjust my transcripts to be TXT files instead?
"@link to members" I did the new admin upgrade now my remote control button is missing. Seems like this has been an issue based on what I'm finding. I have the paid Pro version and was able to use before the upgrade. Please help!!!

Liebe Community, der Laptop, auf dem eine lokale Aufzeichnung graviert wurde ist im Komma. Im Account Speicher wurde versucht die Aufzeichnung herunterzuladen. Mit der stör Antwort, dass die Aufzeichnung nur auf dem Laptop herunterzuladen ist, auf dem die Aufzeichnung getätigt wurde. Kennt jemand eine Alternative-Lösung zu dieser Herausforderung? Die Aufnahme ist sehr wertvoll. Danke für die Unterstützung.
while doing music program on zoom from a macbook having difficulty playing karoake through a mixer. the music is being suppressed and people from other side are unable to hear.
I run the update, it installs, but does not seem to work. Tried restarting my system, using another browser, it just won't work anymore. Keeps saying: Update required, you app version needs to be 5.15.5 or higher to join this meeting, please update to continue. Nothing I do on my end works.
Wir nutzen seit Corona in einem Standort Zoom, um unsere Kurse zu übertragen. Da klappt das auch wunderbar.Gleiches soll jetzt in anderen Standorten umgesetzt werden. Im Testballon ist es jedoch so, dass das fertig gemischte Audiosignal (Musik und Sprache) so bearbeitet wird, dass man nur die gesprochene Sprache hört und die Musik gänzlich ausgeblendet wird. Die Audioeinstellungen sind schon auf Originalton gestellt und die Geräuschunterdrückung abgeschaltet.Wenn ich mir das ankommende Signal über ein anderes Programm aufnehme ist das sauber und mit Musik.Da es in dem anderen Standort funktioniert bin ehrlich gesagt ratlos.

Hi there. I created a zoom to meet with my director today, but when she came on the call, it showed our owners name. She said that everytime she creates a zoom, it shows her name, but when anyone else creates a zoom and invites her that it shows the owners name. Any idea why this is happening or how to fix it? Thanks!

Hi My zoom isn’t detecting my speaker or microphone once in a meeting. I have uninstalled, reinstalled zoom. Checked and tested everything with no luck it’s driving me mad ! any ideas ? I’m using a Acer laptop never had issues before. thanks
Last night we had a divorce support meeting. usually we have 30+ people in our meetings. This has never happened (doing this for over 3 years) but there were a few people that joined that were mocking the other people as they shared their situation. We booted them and they joined with a new name. It took a while for the host to figure out who it was again before they were booted again. I've looked through all of the settings but haven't found a way to block people permanently. I did change the settings that if we are recording it will save out each person's audio so we can go back and find the people that were making the noises or mocking others. Any other suggestions?
My google slides won't show full screen to participants in zoom meeting but I see it full screen for me. How do I fix this.
