I’m trying to figure out why suddenly last week, out of the blue and randomly colorful balloons and one time confetti filled my screen. This has been very off-putting because it’s happening in the middle of my business meetings with clients. I have checked all settings and haven’t changed any that could seem relevant. I need to disable this function but don’t see how to especially since I don’t understand what’s causing it. Any advice?
Hello, When I sign in, it goes to a completely different meeting number Wverything in profile seems ok
Hi Everyone, This doesn't happen every time, but it has happened 3 or 4 times where I start a meeting as the Host and the couple comes in and we are in different 'rooms'. I have only sent them one link for our scheduled meeting so they can join me.I called the couple by phone, and they said it showed that I was involved in another meeting.... WHAT???? I am in their meeting. So I exited the meeting and then went to their link (the one I emailed them) and entered the meeting that way. This has happened in the past but not for a year or more. Is this a program glitch? I talked to a friend who uses zoom for her business as well and she has had the same experience. I feel baffled by this.
I hold regular Zoom meetings and record them. I've checked the settings and the recordings are set to Full HD (1080P). I have a very good wired internet connection but on occasion have noticed the recording drops back in quality to 720P and was wondering if this happens because one of the other participants has a poor internet connection? Thanks in advance for any feedback
When I share the screen, the screen I shared is always overexposure, which is abnormal and hard to see, once I move my mouse or slide down the page I am sharing. But if I don't slide up/down the page I am sharing (don't move the mouse) for three to ten seconds, the screen I shared became normal. I don't know why and it seems no one had similar questions.Looking forward to any potential solutions. Thanks in advance!
I created a zoom meeting using the Windows desktop app. I copied the meeting link and posted into a LinkedIn post. I opened the meeting from the desktop app. People joining the meeting opened the link from the link posted on Linkedin. No one joined the meeting I opened from windows. One person went to the web and entered the meeting id & password. Question: if the link is the same, I should be able to open from windows and have people join from the web or directly from the linkedin link. Is that right? If yes, it didn't happen. Please provide some insight.
Someone recorded an interview for me to edit, but only the person being interviewed showed on the screen. The host never showed up and he's the one that scheduled the meeting and recorded on his end. Any ideas how to fix this?
I'm assisting a user who is creating an audio test for participants with hearing disabilities. We have a set of audio tracks that have the audio split in separate channels, Left and Right. When they are played on a computer, they play properly: with certain sounds going to one ear, and other sounds going to the other ear. When this sound is shared over Zoom, the split audio is audible in both ears. Now, the unintended audio is softer/lower than the intended audio, but it should not be audible at all and it is. I've ensured both the host and participants have sharing/audio at sound+stereo (high fidelity) and I set auto processing to Off (Windows-Raw), but there is no change. I've tried all the different audio profiles, but no change. Audio intended to go to the left ear is still audible in the right ear, and vise versa. Thank you for any help.
I have a user in my organization who reported that their PMI passcode is changing on its own. This can not happen for the user because she shares her PMI link with an encoded passcode on a 3rd party app to have clients meet with her but lately, the clients have been having trouble since the passcode changes and she has to update the link shared on the 3rd party app. She has tried to manually set the passcode to 000000 but after a couple of weeks, it changes to a random passcode.
I can’t record the gallery view, and also I can´t choose the way I record the meetings because its only aprobed for the administrations role. I have recently change my pro zoom account into a community and till this time I cannot choose the options for recording in the cloud. Has anybody also this problem?
We have a system that needs to keep our internal platform, Zoom, and Google-Calendar all in sync. To do so we have built a Zoom webhook handler that subscribes to Zoom webhook events, and an app that publishes the events:- meeting.created- meeting.updated- meeting.deleted- meeting.ended All of our users have the Zoom addon for Google workspace installed and configured. Creating meetings via Zoom Scheduler & Google calendar are working mostly as expected. The only issue is that when a meeting is created via Google calendar, the Zoom webhook event doesn't have the meeting invitees (maybe google isn't sending the participants to Zoom?). The problem: Changes to events in Google Calendar are not triggering a meeting.updated or a meeting.deleted event in the Zoom webhook. I don't have much documentation to troubleshoot to know if this is a feature they even support. For example, if you change the time of the meeting, change participants, or delete the meeting in Goog

I am a delegate for two people's zoom accounts and I schedule meetings in outlook for them using their zoom account all the time. This week I started receiving the error, "You are not the host," when scheduling a meeting for one of them and it prevented me from scheduling the meeting. I also received the message when changing a meeting I scheduled for them a month ago. I had my boss readd me as a delegate but that didn't solve the issue. My IT colleagues are at a loss so I would greatly appreciate some assistance.
I am using Zoom for online classes. I share my whiteboard with my class (all participants in my Zoon meeting). I do not want them to edit the whiteboard. I can see that individually I can change the settings of each user's whiteboard rights but I need a global setting for all meeting participants. Can I make all of them as viewers of the whiteboard with one single command or setting?
I'm unable to livestream from Zoom meeting to FB Live private group. Livestreaming of meetings under "In Meeting (Advanced) is enabled. I'm only able to post Zoom Meeting on my own timeline. "Who can see" shows Public, Friends and Only Me. "Group is not listed." What changed?
Nothing works for me to speak during a meeting. I’m on the desktop app version 6.0.2 (33403) on an M2 Mac running Sonoma 14.4.1. I haven’t changed anything lately, it just stopped working. My computer audio settings are fine and the mic works outside of zoom. Also doulble checked privacy settings and audio settings in Zoom. Everything is correct. I even tried to call in using the phone option and people still couldn’t hear me. Switched to an ipad for the same meeting and everything worked fine so it isn’t some sort of meeting specific restriction. Is this a known bug?
We are running citrix 2203 cu3 vda's, with the latest zoom for vdi installed on the vda's. As well as the endpoint having the latest universal plugin installed. Virtual channels are all allowed. We are publishing via storefront our web browsers edge, chrome, etc. When testing the meetings using the zoom thick app via (published browser), we can get audio, speakers to function fine, however the camera displays a black screen. The camera appears to be recognized just cannot see any video. When testing using the web only zoom test via (published browser) the audio, speakers, and camera all pass thru with no issues. We did find that the zoom thick app works fine in a published desktop. Has anyone experienced this if so what was your resolution?
Hello, I have upgraded the meeting capacity of my account and I am concerned that this might affect meetings I have already scheduled. The capacity has been increased from 100 to 500. Please could someone tell me if the new capacity will be applied to meetings scheduled prior to the upgrade or will I need to create new meetings? Thank you very much.

OS: Windows 10 22H2, (Up-to-Date)Microsoft Edge Version: 124.0.2478.80Zoom Workplace Version: 6.0.4 (38135) When I open Zoom Test meeting in Microsoft Edge, there is no Video. However, when I open Zoom Test meeting in Chrome, I have video. This occurs when using local Zoom Workplace App or opening a meeting via Web Browser. I've tried resetting Edge back to defaults with same result. Reinstalling Zoom Workplace. Win. 10 App Permissions is On and Zoom is listed under "Allow desktop apps to access your camera". Issue started around last week in April, 2024. Any suggestions would be appreciated.Thank you!Chip
Hi there,Self-voice no longer triggers when using the latest Zoom update on Desktop. I've troubleshooted this myself already by testing the following:- Self voice is triggered as expected on Google Meet- Self voice is triggered as expected while using v5.17 of the iOS mobile app- Self voice is NOT triggered when using the desktop app (latest version) I have tried restarting my headphones, computer, changing the settings on my headphones, etc... but it seems like there is a bug with the Zoom desktop app where it my headphones are no longer registering it as a meeting (which is what triggers self-voice to turn on). Unfortunately I cannot manually turn on self-voice. 😞
HiI've been using zoom to successfully stream into my FB groups for as long as I can remember. I now have a new FB group, and no matter what I do, following all the guidelines set out by fb and zoom, the new group is just not showing up. Does anyone have any ideas on what I can do to solve this please? Many thanksLeigh
Hello, yesterday I had recorded our meeting and for some reason when I go to download the meeting to share with others, the file is too large, how do I delete some of the video so that I can share. Thanks
My account indicates participants are allowed to join before the host; however, I have to allow participants to enter. I am also the admin so the global account settings allow ppl to enter. Why are members having to be permitted to enter?
This component and the included content is only visible to Zoom Employees.
