Hello, I am trying to download audio files from my Zoom meeting. I had checked off the record particpate's audio files separately but in the end, the cloud recording only gave me a singular video with both merged. I need it separated or fine the audio tracks only. What is going on and why is it so weird?
I cannot remove green pencil number annotations (from a share-screen session) which have stuck onto my personal laptop screen. How is this possible zoom, and how do I get rid of the green numbers??????
Hi, I'm new at Hosting Zoom meetings. I Host a weekly meeting that runs the same day and time each week.This upcoming week I will be away and will be unable to Host the meeting. I would like to add a person to host the meeting for me.How do I add a secondary Host onto the already established current, ongoing, weekly meetings?Thank you for your time! It's much appreciated.
I have the virtual background feature on from the Website, but it doesn't work when I actually try using one for the zoom meeting. I have tried with different images, even the blur doesn't work. I have even tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I use Linux mint.Could you please guide me?
Sometimes my zoom works but most of the times when I click on start meetings it says starting...... and never starts. When this happens I can't start any new meetings as the app thinks I am already in a meeting (or starting). It just gets stuck and all buttons grey out (become unclickable). Wish I could attach a screen shot. I have tried everything from changing settings to uninstalling and installing the app many times. I have a Surface pro laptop and Windows 11. Please help!

I am a free subscriber, and I've recorded in the past, but when I tried today the button is nowhere to be found. Everyhing is enabled on my account, so I don't know where the button has gone.
In Share Your Screen in Zoom Rooms, Try It: Share Your Screen-I logged into Zoom with a meeting ID, and did not see Meet Now, Share Content, but saw Share Screen. I also did not see Desktop, iPhone/iPad, and Camera tabs.Westminster
I can't seem to lower the volume on the website version when in a meeting. Is this not a feature?

I previously posted about how to have someone host a zoom meeting when I am away without having to open the meeting myself. I do not want to buy another licensed user because the number of times it would be used is minimal. Ray helpfully told me the way to do that is by giving that person the host key; he also posted a link to a page that explains how to use the host key. Unfortunately, that page is more confusing to me than ever, using acronyms I don't understand and functions I'm unfamiliar with. So here are my questions. 1. Does the host have to have a free account to do this? An email and password registered with Zoom?2. What does the substitute host see when they click the zoom link? Where - literally - do they put the host key number? I'm trying to figure this out on my home computer clicking the zoom link from my husband's laptop. It's not at all clear what the sub host will do. I've turned the waiting room off. It appears I need an email and password to go any further. It
I launched a quiz during a Zoom meeting yesterday. Today, I can't find the results. Are they gone for good?

I can export a list of all Zoom recordings on the "recordings page" but the exported info is not very helpful. I'd like it to include the sharable link (I want to upload these links to our CRM so users can easily watch recordings of old meetings.) Is there a way to pull these links without individually copy/pasting them with the "share" button?
When entering a meeting, my video does not start automatically, and only shows my avatar. I can find the setting to correct, but I would like to have the video start upon entering. In settings, there is a checkbox to turn off my video when joining meeting, but this is NOT checked off. Is there a setting where I can set this to automatically have video on entering the meeting?
UPDATE: NEVER MIND. I FIGURED OUT THAT APPS HAD TO BE INDIVIDUALLY AUTHORIZED BY THE ACCOUNT OWNER (WHICH IS GREAT FOR SECURITY). I ALSO REALIZED WE'D NEVER USED TIMER ON THIS PARTICULAR ACCOUNT. I DON'T KNOW HOW TO DELETE THIS MESSAGE BUT I WILL IF I FIGURE IT OUT."You cannot authorize Timer" is the message I get. I am host. "Collaborate with Zoom apps" checked for participants. On the website we allow meeting timers. This is a sudden change. We need the Timer app and have used the Timer app on this account in the past. I can find nothing on the web where this particular error message is discussed.
Since the Zoom update I have had multiple issues, from meetings cutting out to my video switching on and off by itself. When will these issues be patched?
Firstly, does anyone from Zoom actually read these and address the issues raised? In particular, for us people who are actually can't afford it who save up for a computer from WalMart for our meetings- job interviews, medical appointments, support activities. Then this Chromebrook which was perfectly working now isn't working because of low connectivity and it's not on my end. I believe it's some kind of upgrade from zoom. FYI, I have worked all my life, and am now disabled. I have been waiting on SSDI for over two years. So this sucks. Thanks, Zoom. You've let a lot of us down.
Hi all! I've been really struggling with sound distortion during video calls for a while now. Every time I connect to my Airpods, both old gen 2 and brand new Airpod Pro, my mic works horribly. I have tested headphones through other apps - they work fine. Checked my mic test in Zoom, the only way I can get a normal sound is through my Macbook Pro mic, which is super annoying as I work from a co-working space. Please someone help, I have tried everything I could possibly think of!Thanks!
I am the regular host of Zoom meetings. Last meeting the account owner/admin logged on. This appeared to immediately remove my host access, as suddenly I lost my tools and my video or audio options, and the toolbar on the shared screen vanished. I could not recover them.I had to end the meeting for all and start the meeting again. Everything was then okay. Has anyone experienced this? If an admin or account owner logs on, can this override the host of that meeting?Is there a personal setting an admin/account owner needs to make before joining a meeting to prevent this?I would appreciate any thoughts or help anyone can give me.
I have a question regarding live transcription(closed caption) function, am using the latest zoom version on Windows.Is the live transcription related data, e.g. audio signal for transcription, stored or "flowing through" zoom's server?Or is it all done in the local client's side?
State government schools in my area typically cannot connect to my Zoom meetings because they advise Zoom is not authorised on their network. The Chief Information Security Officer for the government advised that, "The department supports meetings hosted externally to the department, however, the host must be Australian-based and using the Australia Zoom cluster services, as a paid Zoom customer."I am an Australian user paying for the Zoom service, however I'm unsure what is meant by "using the Australia Zoom cluster services". What does that mean? How do I know if I'm using that service or not?Thanks folks
Hi,I'm trying to configure a specific recurrent meeting with a different setting for screen sharing from default setting of my account.Is this possible?I would like by default to allow only host to share screen. This is setting is set in my account meeting configuration. But in a concrete recurrent meeting, I want to allow that any user can share the screen, even If I am not inside the meeting to change this setting.As far as I see, this is not possible, but maybe I'm missing some way to do it. Thanks.
Hi, We use a group work email account to log into Zoom as it is used by various teams, however when our CEO uses it he wants to use the transcript facility but these notes would need to go to his individual email as it's not appropriate for anyone else to see, does any one know if that is possible? Thanks
