I installed zoom new vision 6.0.2, I face a problem, I start a new meeting, but I can’t see my participants video on my screen when I share my document, I need to stop sharing my documents and switch to Gallery view, I can see participants video. But my meeting participants can see other participants videos on their screen, what happened, who can help me? Thank you
I have a Logitech Brio camera, and a Radeon RX Vega graphics card, with two monitors.I am running Windows 11.When I check my task manager, my CPU usage is below 20%, my memory usage is below 60% and my GPU is running at 5% with it's memory below 3% usage.So, everything looks pretty good with the hardware, but every time I use Self-View with Zoom, my camera lags horribly. (I'm not sure how much it improves for the other people in the session, but at least I'm not totally distracted by my jerky lags with self-view on).With Google Meet I do not have this problem. The camera in self-view is always perfect.But, in Zoom it is always major lag.I should add that I can the other person in the meeting is 100% fine; while I am lagging like crazy!Any advice?
During a meeting, the icons for all participants are too small. Also, the rectangles themselves indicating the participants are smaller in size than they should be. How can I return everything to default? Switching view settings doesn't help.
Hi, I use crystal sound bowls as music on some of my zoom calls but for some reason, my clients can no longer hear the bowls. They don't hear anything when I play them, no matter how loud they get. I know it has something to do with the audio settings. I fixed it once a few months ago but I can't get the sound no matter what settings I choose. I've attached 2 photos. Anyone online that I have looked, it says to change some settings under "advanced" but my advanced settings only has the option for "echo cancellation". Does anyone have any advice? Thank you! The upcoming meetings only shows today's meetings. Can it show for tomorrow or the work week? We're using a controller in our conference room and sometimes want to see whether the room will be busy later. We can see the meetings that are taking place today but not tomorrow or the rest of the week. We can see it in the Microsoft 365 calendar that it's syncing with but is there some way to display this in the Controller as well? Edit: add screenshots

Tapping the Join Audio button brings up a dialog box that reads: "Audio Conference - Follow the instructions below to join audio conference." However, there are no instructions anywhere. Unfortunately I cannot add a screenshot, but my mothers day Zoom wasn't possible due to not being able to Join Audio. I saw posts about this from 2023, but I've not seen a solution.
May I know how to fix this issue....The host and attendees cannot join audio in the meeting. When we click "Join Audio" it would prompt "follow the instructions below to join audio" but there are no instructions indicated on what steps to do to enable audio.
I was a guest on a zoom meeting and not the Host. Is there a way i can access my start and end time? I forgot to grab that when on the call and need the info for billing purposes.
Hello, The camera in the boardroom has been reported to be blurry at long distances in meetings. We use Zoom Rooms. I have checked the Zoom room is up to date and restarted all equipment but is still happening. Does anyone knows what could be happening?

I am trying to screen share while video is on. However, I am getting a message that "Your video is paused during mobile screen sharing". I would like to be able to have the video on while sharing the screen. kindly help.
I ran some meetings in October last year on a Pro account and then downgraded to the free account afterwards. If I re-upgrade to Pro now can I get the attendance reports for those meetings or is it too late?

We want to configure Zoom to allow us to proctor exam sessions. We understand the focus mode will allow the proctor to check the status (camera and shared screen) of each student. We haven't figured it out on the screen sharing, as every time someone shares their screen they won't allow the rest of the students to share their work. It also happens with the proctor. If he wants to share the test instructions it will appear each students meeting view, but it won't allow them to share their screens. We can see everybody's camera views but not what they are working into. Any help will be appreciated.
Ever since the latest zoom update I am unable to use zoom - originally it was showing an error message and I tried to uninstall it to reinstall it but needed an installation / uninstalling software to help with this - evenutally I was able to uninstall it and now I cannot reinstall it - the installation wizard opens briefly and says ""ïnitializing"" and then shuts down. Other applications still download to my PC.
The first recording is around 30 mins long. The second recording is 8 seconds. When I checked the meeting's folder, there was 2 files: "double_click_to_convert_01.zoom" (465,5MB), and "double_click_to_convert_02.zoom" (2,9MB). Although the sizes of those files are different, they converted into 1 video (the 8-second video). I cannot find the 30-min video. Can anyone plz help?

設定で、一定期間経ったら自動削除にしていますが、ものによっては設定した期間以上に録画を残したい場合があります。自動削除の設定をしないで、後から毎月不要になった録画を削除する運用が望ましいのでしょうか。それとも、特定の録画だけユーザ側で期間設定を変更することはできますか。皆さん、どのような運用をされているか、教えて頂けますと幸いです。

Could you perhaps suggest a solution for this issue? I need to utilize this api right away once the session closes.
When I talk on a zoom using my Nokia t10 tablet and Bluetooth buds, everyone says my sound is distorted and robotic. Getting the same thing on three sets of buds, pixel a, pixel pro and jlab. These buds all work fine on my phone. And on the tablet, Spotify sounds fine.What thd heck is this? I turned off all the dps stuff like hd audio and the same happens. I sound fine using the tablets own microphone.
I recorded a meeting and when the meeting ended the file did not convert. It said it would do it later and when I went to look for it, I found it in local recordings, and this is the message I got: The file does not exist- please check if the local recording file was moved, renamed or deleted.Can someone please help?
I am hosting a 100 person 4-day event with 20 speakers, and the cloud recordings are usually downloaded from Zoom - we did this about 14 times before. After downloading, videos are cut and some stuff is added at the beginning and the end, etcetera. Now I can not download them anymore and I am in a bit of a panic. Just being able to see the recordings in a zoom link is useless for us, we really need the file.I am using the most recent Firefox at Windows 10, and have access to all other browsers too at Windows 10 and unix. Doesn't work on either of them. If I look at menu "Account Management" - "Recording Management" I see the recordings list but nowhere a download button. I do not see anything download-related at the list-view and not on the item specific page. I vaguely remember the download option was behind the three dots (there is only "Move Location" and "Delete") now.If I look menu "Recordings" inside each account, I see the recordings liar but nowhere a download button.
