Google Drive option is missing in the "Share" button on iOS app (using iPad) as of 13/5/24. It actually happened after I ended a meeting and then rejoined (I am the host of the meeting). I also updated my iOS app to the latest version through the App Store to see whether it would fix the issue, but the Google Drive option is still missing. The program constantly displays an error message and requires an update or contact the administrator for updates, but for some reason the developers did not think of making an “update” button in this message that launches updates.

Seems like you have finished talking message comes up as soon as you raise hand. never been fixed even on todays latest version. Reactions with effect limited with no explanation??? just looking for more money. A disgrace of a company will NOT be renewing subscription

How to disable security controls like start video, unmute yourself always so that i dont have to untick the security controls every single time wheen i start the meeting everytime, Also suggest me to stop incoming video for evry meetings by its own from settings...I am using zoom web sdk and implementing it in my website, Do let me know, How to resolve all these issue

Good morning.My wife frequently attends meetings during which the manager sometimes puts on background music (during meditations for example). If the other participants hear the sound clearly, she hears nothing!On the other hand, the music is clearly audible when listening to the same meeting on replay.Is there any adjustment that can be made to correct this problem?Thanks for your help.

Hi I need to show a recording of a session I am doing with just 1 participant for course work. My participant is looking at information I have shared with them via link in our chat but on my screen I can still see us both on gallery view. On my recording however I can only see me.How can I record what my screen looks like?Or at least my participant (not their screen but them as an individual).

We have our subscription set up to have 2 meetings working at once across the two accounts but when one person is using one account and the second person tries to do a second meeting it tries to kick the other one out. This has happened twice this week. 

Hello,I am not sure how to submit a feature request feedback. It would be great if Zoom would have a pause button on a live meeting. It would disable all cameras, mute all microphones, and display text meeting paused. Organizer when pressing pause would be able to enter the break/pause duration. 

I want to actually TURN OFF the feature that turns off your video in a  Zoom meeting if you hit the space bar.  How do I do this?  "Keyboard Shortcuts" didn't list it as an option!

Greetings all! I am contemplating a MacBook Pro purchase after being a Windows-girl forever.  I have heard that it is possible to share my screen on Zoom (on new MacBook) and be able to also integrate my iPad so that both devices show the same screen.  I can then use an apple Pencil to draw and write on the screen so that my students can see it.  Is this a truth?  My iPad is a seventh generation, so about 4 years old.  The Mac would be new.  I would purchase an older Apple Pencil Generation 1 to use.  I am guessing that my elderly iPad would continue on for at least another 2 years or so.  any thoughts? OFten, the audio does not pick up certain sounds that my student is conveying to me.  and not only certain sounds, but ones that are at the beginning of the word they are providing to me.  It seems to happen with them wearing headphones and when not.  Suggestions for how to adjust things so that I can hear them completely.  This would also go the other way as well....them hearing me clearly.

I don't get video.  It's just a black box with the persons name, but everyone else can see the participant.  I can hear them but can't see them.  And it's not muted because everyone else can see the person.  Has happened three times lately. I have been the only one in meeting with the problem. 

Hello,  I am not able to access breakout rooms. I used to be able to. I am logged in as the host but the option isn’t there

Since the update, I am unable to see other windows as portrait in gallery view even though they are on their device. Has anyone else had this issue? I need to see the full person, not just a landscape section. Thanks

パソコンを買い替えたところ、音声が、本体からの出力の場合はスピーカーから聞こえますが、ヘッドフォンに切り替えると聞こえなくなりました。スピーカーのテストをしますと、瞬間大音量で音が出た後、音量が下がり、ほんのかすかに聞こえますが、ほとんど聞きとれません。他の設定でも同様です。音が出ているのは確かです。パソコンのメーカーに問い合わせたところ、Zoomのソフトの問題だと言われてしまいました。ただYouTubeは正常に音が出ますが、Zoomを立ち上げますと、YouTubeの音声が出なくなってしまう現象も起きています。パソコンはACER SFA16-41-A76Z/K 解決方法があったら教えてもらえませんか？どうぞよろしくお願いいたします。

How can I set only the speaker camera, share screen and chat during the meeting? The other participants are not to be seen.

Does anyone know how to change the host of a meeting that I am currently the host of? The meeting is scheduled for tonight and I can't seem to find any of the "add co-host" options in my advanced settings. Any suggestions?

Recently, I recorded a Zoom meeting with 7 participants. A few days later, I went to retrieve it, and it had three (3) recordings, each 12 seconds long, with the name of the meeting, the correct date, etc. The meeting was 1 and 1/2 hours long.  I was hoping to summarize that particular meeting,  but now I cannot. This has never happened before when I had one-on-one meetings. I have previous recordings, on my C drive, but again, not these. I did not have the cloud for recordings.Thanks, CJ 

Hello there!I am using zoom on Ubuntu few days ago and since that, when I share my screen to give the remote control, it is not possible to do it, the options appear but not in bold letters, they are just decoration, it's not possible to click on it. can you help me please?

I could not type in the code to join a meeting on my phone.  Once I was able to join I was not able to type in the chat on my phone.  

I've made the latest update and now participants (who also have the update) don't have any ability to annotate my shared screen. The option is turned on in settings, so I'm at a loss for what to do. I teach online and use the annotate option with my pupils all the time, so I'm hoping that someone can help me out. Thanks.

When recording a video I screenshare a presentation. I cannot find the setting to pin my image in the upper right corner.  There are no participants when I schedule this meeting. Why can't I locate how to have my image show?  Help.
