Just curious if there will be a feature in the future for a meeting/breakout moderator to be incognito in order to float in between breakouts, if needed, without disrupting the meeting.  I had a stakeholder just recently ask if Zoom has this feature.   Thanks 

Hello! Essentially the issue is as said above. I've figured out how to actually access virtual backgrounds but now I cannot find a way to add my own background from my device photos. The only options seem to be the system given ones. Would love to get some help on this. Thank you!

I recently joined an organization that has asked me to host a zoom meeting from home using their zoom account.I can successfully start the meeting from my computer. However, the Meeting ID and Passcode that open with the session are not the ones the organization is using for others to join the meeting.When I correct the Meeting ID and Passcode, and hit the save button, I get this message - "This Meeting ID is taken. Please choose a different ID". I cannot enter the correct Meeting ID and Passcode, and those trying to join the session cannot do so.I have tried two personal computers, my iPad, and my iPhone – all with the same results. However, no one else in the organization authorized to host a session does not have this problem and has no idea what the problem is.Zoom version - 6.0.4 (38135); Win 10 and Win 11 on my computers.Please help me identify the problem and correct it.Thanks.

I am trying to integrate flutter sdk, where android and ios need to be integrated separately. During the process, I completed everything and it is trying to connect with zoom meeting, even bypassing the registration, and now it is giving error code 124. Please suggest the ways to get over this.

It is possible for the presenter's voice to be heard simultaneously in all the breakout rooms? 2. if a participant needs help - is there a button to call the organiser/host for help?3. is it possible to record each breakout rooms?4. Can participants in all breakout rooms see the presenter's screen/slides at the same time?5. if there are 120 participants, how much will it cost? 

Signed into my account from a borrowed computer. Recorded the meeting locally. I assumed this would show up in the Zoom folder of the computer associated with my account as it has in the past, but it did not. It also is not on the borrowed computer. Any hope of retrieving?  

I usually use 'share sound' with no issues. I share Youtube mainly but now the sound is not working. It just cuts out when I share sound. I use an apple mac. Any ideas will be welcome.

So, before I updated the app I had blur and one other and I could use virtual backgrounds without much issue. NOW apparently I have to have a green screen or I blend into the image. AND blur is gone? Why would the update do that?

Every meeting I'm in is generating a closed captioning warning. I would like to turn it off.

I can longer hear the audio on Zoom calls and only on Zoom. All other audio works on my PC. When I bring up the Zoom audio settings the correct speaker is selected but I run thru the 4 selections that are there which includes the speakers (listed 2x), audio card and microphone. When i press test speakers the meter bar reacts like there is sound but there is none. Again I get all other sounds. Music play, notification sounds. I was also on a Google Meet today without a problem. Only Zoom and all the settings I see appear to be correct.

I have a PC AMD 5700G CPU, running POP!_OS 22.04 LTS and GNOME 42.9.  For the past few weeks Zoom has been behaving oddly. Trying to join a meeting through my desktop client would do nothing, but recently it won't even let me sign in. It keeps telling me to upgrade to version 5.14.4 or higher. When I download the upgrade, nothing happens, and if I try to force it in the terminal with sudo apt install zoom_amd64.deb, I get the message that the file can't be found. I've also tried flatpak repair and clearing app's cache.   Unfortunately, I kind of need Zoom for work. I can join through my browser, but that seems to use a lot of resources and makes my comuter unusuable, causing audio and other problems.  Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, Please bear with me, this may seem a convoluted setup but I have reasons… I have been streaming events in Zoom on a MacBook by outputting a vision mix over virtual webcam. I have the Zoom camera off and mic muted, and share screen set to second camera with sound - the second camera picking up an OBS virtual camera and sound going through OBS monitor device set to ZoomAudioDevice. I have done extensive testing and believe this is the best way to deliver a HD vision mix that maintains lip-sync. It also means no special privileges needed on the Zoom account, so I can always use the client’s own account.  The floor with this is that there seems to be no way to get a mix-minus of the Zoom meeting - ie Zoom only outputs sound with my input to ZoomAudioDevice (ie OBS sound mix) as well as the meeting sound. This is great to monitor, but for the host of the meeting I can’t provide a monitor of the meeting participants without the host hearing themselves. Any s

I am trying to use the Trim function on my Cloud Recording with no success. I followed the directions by setting the start and stop setting of what I want to keep and I then click Trim and Trim. It says it is trimming and when I open it a few hours later when I open the recording it says it was trimmed. But the part I want to get rid of is still there. I am obviously doing something wrong. But I don't know why it is not working. Please help.

The following configuration is resulting in the removal of Facebook, Login With Email and Disable User Sign Up despite not being specified. The behavior seen as when client is first ran, the options are available and sign in via SSO occurs per normal. Is their a way to pull a Registration Report before the meeting?

I’ve seen a few posts about this but no resolutions.  When I’m in a meeting, if I rotate my phone into landscape mode, the view does not rotate.  The video of me that I see rotates.  But my view of person I’m speaking with does not.  Is there a solution for this?  It’s super inconvenient.

From my home PC I have scheduled a meeting in a couple of weeks for my Society's AGM. The meeting will be hybrid with the physical meeting taking place in another city. I hope to use the PC at that distant location to access the internet and start the ZOOM meeting. Can you tell me what to expect please. Will the ZOOM software be downloaded automatically when I try to sign in  to my ZOOM account on that machine?

Hello community,  I just wanted to check the following:Does deleting "Audio only" file make "Shared screen with speaker view" file still audible? I don't need the Audio only file so I was thinking of deleting it to save space. But I am not sure if that will affect the other file "Shared screen with speaker view", if people are watching the recording, will they still hear the audio?? Thank you in advance.

In the list of devices I find in the Zoom app 6.0.4 are two divices I can't from the list:one is the primary device on a windows system,the second seems to be the name of a browser as the name is Safari_PWA.I don't know the second one.Is this a standard in Zoom? We are using the iOS Meeting SDK version 5.16.6 and are experiencing low audio volume in our apps on iPhones even when the device's audio volume is turned up to the maximum.We couldn't find anything related to volume configuration in the SDK docs. What could be the issue?

My meetings are "no fixed time recurring meetings". I have a long list. I have named each recurring meeting according to the name of other person/s attending the meeting. On my phone and iPad the list is organised alphabetically. On my computer there appears to be no obvious system to the way the list is organised.  Having the recurring meetings listed alphabetically on my computer would be helpful. How do I do this? Rosalie
