A Zoom window pops up when I press the right Alt + 'c'. How do I undo it? I need this shortcut to be able to type in my native language.
Hi, We are holding a meeting tomorrow and I need to record but also I have to leave the meeting early. I am confused on how to do this. I don't have a plan that will allow for an Alternative Host or another "licensed" user. If *I* record to the cloud at the beginning of the meeting, and then make someone cohost, does the recording continue after I have left ie until all participants have left? (My understanding is the cohost can't end the meeting itself?) Another community thread suggests this is what happens, but then someone commented that it doesn't work. Alternatively, I think the solution might be for me to make someone the cohost up front in the meeting and then *that person* should hit record to the cloud and then end the recording at the end of the meeting and it would go into my user account? Thanks!
We recently had an issue where over 70 people registered for a meeting. Around half of them got into the meeting fine from the link in the registration email. The other half got sent into an eternal registration loop (they would click the join meeting link, which would send them back to the registration page, where they would register, and then they would receive the join meeting link again, sending them back to the registration page, rinse, repeat). Most ended up giving up on joining the meeting. Has anyone had this issue before?Any ideas on what happened and how we could prevent it from happening in the future?
Hello, my sound sometimes doesn't work when I share my screen and try and play audio tracks or videos. Again, done all the troubleshooting, still happens. I teach online so this is a big problem for me! Thank you!!
I am currently building an app to Embed Meeting SDK into our web app. We've tested this app in development mode; without needing to add an app, which we do not require, and everything worked fine. However for production, the same test failed. Reading through some support discussions, it seems we have to submit an app before the production credentials are ready to be used. In our case, we do not want to submit an app to the marketplace because our intention is to embed the zoom sdk into our app. Is there a way for us to use the prod credentials without submitting an app or even having some sort of private app. Thanks,Sam
When I export the .ics file for the Outlook version, a time of 10 minutes is suggested. I would like to change it to 15, as it is in the exported file for Google Calendar(see attached screenshot), for example. In Outlook, I already have this time set to 15 minutes(see attached screenshot), in the Zoom Desktop client I set the Remind me 15 minutes before my upcoming meeting option to 15 minutes, but ... .ics suggests 10 minutes (see attached screenshot). Where can I change this value? Thank you.
Not seeing any applicable answers in the other answers. Toggle is set to preview. NOT set to turn off video when entering zoom room. BUT video is never on when I enter. Restarted. Updated.
Hi, Can I have a meeting where there are participants and observers? The participants can interact and ask questions and the observers are able to only watch. Would I be able to have them register for the meeting and separate participants vs observers. Thanks for your help

When I’m attending a zoom meeting on my Mac, I usually do it in full screen. During the meeting, sometimes I switch temporarily to another app. But when I return to Zoom, Zoom is on the ‘Zoom’ window rather than the ‘Zoom Meeting’ window which is where the meeting is taking place. I know I can pull down the Window drop-down menu and choose ‘Zoom Meeting’ to go there, but is there a way to avoid this problem? If I’m not in full screen it works fine; when I return from another app it correctly returns to ‘Zoom meeting’. Thanks.
Hello ! I have two problems I cannot resolve : 1. I created a survey for my participants directly in the "meeting screen".Great because I do not need to go to the zoom portal to do it.Unfortunately, when I wanted to share the results directly from the meeting room to my participants, I could not do it ... I can see the button "Share the results", I click on it and nothing happens ... 2. The White board : I noticed that only people with a license has access to it. I have the licence but my participants do not have that licence. Latst year, I invited to use the whiteboard and they could not write anything on it. This is why I kept using jamboard with google and it is too bad. But maybe I missed something with zoom ... Thanks for your help ! Xavier from Belgium
if i use ZOOM API for the my application i can use scheduling option inside my app or it is redirecting to zoom application ?
Hi , I am hoping someone can advise me I have a new asus vivobook - windows 11. I have the latest version of Zoom.When I attend a weekly zoom meeting, sometimes the host screenshares videos / music from youtube.Everyone else on the meeting can access this apart from me. The sound is garbled, the video is stuttered and grey boxes appear on the screen. I have checked with our internet provider and we have superfast internet with no issues. I rang ASUS and they say it is a zoom problem. I did a test zoom call with my son who also has an asus vivobook. - he can see what I screen share to him (and I can watch it on my screen), however I cannot see or hear what he shares with me. A guy at work suggested that the problem is to do with WINDOWS 11 and zoom. I have tried following some of the advice on here but I do not seem to have the tickboxes that people suggest EG I do not have anything on SOUND where i can uninstall REALTEK. &nb
I have started to have this problem since the latest update. I am not interested in seeing myself while i teach a language lesson. I want to be able to see the participants video when I share a photo or the screen. Can not find a way to do it in settings. It used to be ok before the updates.
Hi there, I have a Zoom Room with two cameras: a Logitech Rally Camera and a Logitech Meetup. The Meetup is set as the default camera. I want to record using both cameras, either simultaneously or separately. Is this possible, and if so, how do I configure it?

Hello, I have a Pro account. I have full admin privileges. The instructions for enabling ICS calendar attachments are not working for me; I do not have an option to "Send ICS calendar attachment along with webinar invitation/reminder." I run zoom on 2 computers, one running Windows 11, and the other Windows 10. I use Office 2019. Both computers will open Outlook and set up a draft email invitation when I schedule a meeting, and both used to have a listing of scheduled meetings on the left hand side of the screen when I pressed "Meetings". However, the Windows 10 computer no longer shows that listing of meetings, and instead shows a calendar for a month, but does not show the meetings scheduled during that month unless I click on it. The Windows 11 computer continues to show the listings as before. How do I get the Windows 10 computer to return to just showing a listing of scheduled meetings, but without interfering with the set up of the invitation email when I schedule? Also, can I change the text of the computer generated invitation email? Thanks.
While I really like Zoom and the fact that it creates recordings as well as a file with the chat log, it's missing a critical feature. By default, there should also be a log file identifying who exactly attended, when they joined and when they left. It would be so amazing to know who joined each call, when, and for how long. I would think that this information could be captured easily enough and simply sent in a CSV or TXT file similar to the chat log. (Apologies if this is the wrong location for a feature enhancement request.)
I keep receiving an error code 1132 on my pc but I can log in fine on my cell phone. I have tried to put in appeals and it has been over 3 weeks since I haven't been able to log in on my PC. I have tried uninstalling, hardwiring, checking my firewall, etc. and none of it has changed anything. It took Leo 2 weeks to answer me and I really need this fixed for work. Leo said after two weeks of waiting for a reply that it isn't under his department to help me and to basically contact someone else. I think it is a technical support issue since I can log in under other devices just not my PC. The only reason I use zoom is for employee meetings so I am not sure why I would be receiving the error code 1132. Has anyone else had this issue and fixed it?
In computer meetings (windows), the image of the participants (including mine) appears extremely small (approximately 15% of the screen). Any help?
What's the right setting to record someone else's screen when they're sharing? Currently when the other person shares, the recording shows our faces vertically on the right, and the main body of the screen is black with my name on it. My settings currently look like this.
can't join as when i click on the join meeting button it says "leave and join" another meeting which i click on and then it gives me "join meeting" which i click on and then it does nothing.........
