I changed my email on my Zoom profile but, they send a confirmation to the former email. That was a purchased-domain email that have long expired and I have no access to. How can I effectively complete my email 's change?

I recently updated to iOS 5.15.2 and there is no Cellular Data Option under Auto Connect Audio anymore. Only options are WiFI or No Audio (which selecting no audio bumps me off the meeting) I did not have this issue prior to upgrading. i have reset my network settings.iOs 5.15.2iOS system is 16.5.1restarted phoneremoved old physical SIM thinking that may be an issue with an eSIM - no helpmicrophone is on and detectedcellular data for the app is toggled onthis is an app design issue.I should not be bound to wiFi to make a call via Zoom. please provide a new update to the app asap. thank you.
While having a meeting, I divide the participants into breakout rooms.I have activated sceen sharing, so they can share screen in each room. But when the start a whiteboard, the cannot write on it.It´s only possible for them to activate a whiteboard, not use it. How do I activate this function, so that they can use the witheboard in each breakout room?
hi, as a host I had started a scheduled meeting, but no guest had joined the meeting. now I cannot find the meeting usage report in reports. Bangladesh Time: 12:30 PM - 01:30 PM. I had started the meeting before the scheduled time. Now I need a start time log of the meeting to prove that I have started the meeting.

I set the session to be recorded on my iphone, not realizing that that would not work. I did not set the session to be recorded to the cloud. Is there any way to get a recording?
At the beginning of a recent Zoom session, the photo shown of myself was as expected. That is, it was the photo associated with my Windows userid. At the beginning of the session I was using headphones, but at some point I needed to get up from my position at the PC, and I switched the audio from headphones to an external speaker. After I did that, the photo shown was the photo associated with my Windows profile.
I do a lot of tutoring in math at various levels and I want to be able to do fractions, protractor, coordinates, geometry, and more with the whiteboard instead of having to jump back and forth between screen share and white board. It gets to be quite cumbersome and annoying.
A few Zoom Desktop for macOS releases ago, the mute button on my Jabra Speak 410 Corded Speakerphone stopped working. This button was always in sync with the Zoom mute state but now seems to work independently. As a result, if I mute my Jabra Speak 410, I think the hardware is muted but Zoom doesn't show me as muted. What is a good place to file this as a bug? The Jabra 410 is listed as officially supported so it would be great if this could be fixed.
Version: 6.0.10 (39647) Our meetings are open to anyone, and we like to see participants faces, but I need a way to control what those participants show as video, like preventing them from running some kind of video loop of erotic behavior. Seeing their face in real time is OK, but somehow, they're replacing their real time face with something else. Is there a way to control that?
I attend Zoom video conference meetings regularly and I feel uncomfortable that I have my video on and my face showing and some attendees have their video turned off but they can still see everyone else. Is there any way that a meeting can be set up that if attendees have their video off they cannot see anyone else who has their video on? This is a security issue. From what I can see there is nothing stopping these people from taking a screen shot of the attendees on the meeting without our knowledge. Even if I hide people who do not have their video on, they can still see me and other attendees who have their video on. If this feature has not been added, I feel that given all the Zoom Bombers and security issues in Zoom, this is important to address immediately.
I'm running Zoom on Linux (Ubuntu 20.04.4 LTS) on an older Dell-XPS-L322X machine. When I try to use the Mic test, I can SEE that the volume indicator in the Test Window indicating the rise and fall of the sound. However, i never HEAR the playback of my "testing 1-2-3" although if I continue on and connect with another user, sound and video both work. I suspect this is either a programming error in Zoom or the Ubuntu audio driver, but I can't solve in nor have I found others with same problem. (Yes, I've removed and reinstalled both the OS and Zoom.)
When setting up questions and answers to select during registration can they only select 1 answer? Is there a way to allow them to select multiple answers?

Hi,I teach dance classes on zoom and have a separate speaker for the music, however, the music sound keeps cutting out for the participants. It used to work fine but has been awful for months now. I've tried adjusting the settings with no luck, and tried not speaking while the music is on but nothing is working...at a loss to work out what to do.Thanks in advnace for any help?

Hi, there is an email address that I tried to confirm viewing one of my recordings (ID: 892 2106 5437). The user submitted a request under the email *********** and I approved it. According to the usual procedure, he should have received an email with a link to watch the recording.Instead, the user did not receive any email and was even blocked from viewing the link I sent him under the claim that a request had already been submitted using the current email (while he is unable to confirm the request). I tried removing his permission and re-authorizing it again because it happened to me before and it helped. Unfortunately this time not only did it not help but I also get a notification that I cannot confirm the same email anymore as an authorized viewer of this recording.It's my job and it really bothers me. Please fix it and contact me to update that it has been fixed. Thank you
I seem to have partipants missing from the list in the meeting. People attend but are not in the participants list for me to check they are in attendance. Can anyone advise please?
I am missing a recording. I was using the Basic Plan to trial out the paid business plan, therefore this was a local recording because cloud recordings are not enabled on Basic.I recorded two meetings, the first one worked, the second one did not work however I did not do anything differently. I have used the chat function and checked various help guides including checking recordings and previous meetings. I definitely pressed recording, the meeting did cut off after 40 mins and I did not get the chance to hit end recording. Could it be that I missed the pop up after the recording and did not take the chance to save the recording when it popped up? The other meeting participant was also logged in on two devices but I don't think that makes a difference?Thank you
I use zoom for dance classes since the covid and everything worked just fine. I recently change my computer, but still on MAC, and I tried for hours to change the settings and it seems that the sound does not comes directly from the computer because we can hardly hear anything while my voice with the external mike works just fine... I had to cancel a class and may cancel another one if I don't find the solution. HEEEELPPP please!!!
All of our employees have licensed zoom accounts. For some reason when I try to add a particular employee as a host on an interview invite an error occurs saying he "is not a zoom user." We haven checked that his zoom integration is set up on greenhouse and that the email matches on zoom and greenhouse.
In the last couple of months, it has often happened that the zoom of my video spontaneously changes during a meeting. It suddenly becomes larger and closer, literally “jumping” onto another participant of the meeting. What is this? How can I stop this? Thanks in advance.
If I am in a meeting on Zoom on my laptop, is my status communicated to other devices where I am logged into the same account?For example, does Zoom on my iPhone receive my status from my PC? I ask because I received several phone calls during a meeting that didn't ring and went to voice mail. I believe how I had iOS Focus set up, it saw my status on Zoom and my iPhone was set to Do Not Disturb. I know Focus settings will propagate to other Mac devices, but using a third party app to send a DnD status between Windows and an iPhone?
