I am having issues with turning over control during a zoom meeting for a client to e-sign a document via DocuSign when they are on a iPhone or another mobile device. Is there a guide on how to do this or is this not a capability at this time?
How do I keep chat and or Attendee's from becoming a separate thing when using the zoom room..It seems the latest updates.. removed this ability.
I have zoom on my laptop, but each time I try to share my screen in a meeting, I get a box with the options, but no SHARE button. When this happens, I have to logout of Zoom and come back in. Can anyone help?

Not sure if this is the right board to report this issue - I recently upgraded my zoom from 5.12.9.367 to 5.15.3.4839 on my Ubuntu 22.04 Linux, and found that the new version of zoom keeps on using 100% CPU even during idle. After I reverted the version back to 5.12, this behavior disappeared. My Linux kernel is 5.15.0-76-generic, with NVIDIA rtx 2060 GPU, driver version 525.125.06.
I integrated Learn Worlds with Zoom. In Learn Worlds we created a recurring meeting to start at 11 am. When I login into Zoom, it shows the recurring meeting to start at 3pm, not 11 am. How can this be fixed so they sync properly to reflect the correct meeting start time?
I have a business trading stocks and i join a meeting daily called IBD Live hosted by Investors Business Daily. I don't need a paying account to listen, but because the meeting is so important to my success, I signed up for a ZOOM account on 5/9/24 and paid $169.89 (including tax). I still can not access Investors Business Daily's "IBD LIVE" meeting, and this is day #8 that I've missed this meeting. WHO CAN HELP ME AT ZOOM ??I spoke with Investors Business Daily and they advised it's a ZOOM issue. Zoom is unwilling to assist despite my having signed up for a paying account, which I haven't needed for the past 2.5 years I've been attending these meetings. Hi, I am in a dire situation....am about to head off to internet free land for a week first thing tomorrow morning. When I am gone I need to get a substitute to teach a class online for me. This person has used my log in details before to teach for me (I'm on Pro plan, with myself as the only user). This has worked fine - as I was on wifi and I would get a message on my phone to confirm his log in. So no problem!But this time I will be away from wifi. What I thought that I would do was edit the email address on the account for the week - put his email address on the account instead of mine. I assumed that would be no problem. However, when I go to edit the email and input his email address I get a message that that email address is already taken and can proceed no further.Then I thought I would upgrade and add him as a user for the week. But it is not at all clear to me how much this will cost, and if I would have to pay for him for a year. I literally only need him to use my zoom acco
Hi, I scheduled a recurring meeting with my pro-licensed zoom account which initially has 100 participants limit. Now since more people need to participate, I purchased a large meeting of 500 users now and applied it to the admin user. But still, the meeting registrations are not accepted beyond 100 saying "The Meeting is at capacity" message. Quick response in this regard is highly appreciated. Hello I made a recording at a meeting three days ago and it says it's still processing. Any ideas what could have gone wrong.
I've reinstalled multiple times, checked all permissions to on, firewall is off, I downloaded the newest M1 version of Zoom. If I try to join a meeting or try to sign in it says "cannot connect check network". My internet is working perfectly. Any ideas how to fix this?
the problem happened after the new update. I have to tap many times on the screen but it seems like the signal of the keyboard lost during typing.so I can't type anything. this happens when I'm sharing a document.can the team of Zoom correct this errors?
I have an upcoming reoccurring meeting that I can not attend but I have someone who will be hosting the meeting for me. The problem is, that when I go to edit that occurrence of the reoccurring meeting, it will not allow me to add any participate, or change the host etc. Is there any way around this?
Ik downloaded the Kahoot app in Zoom but I don't see the Apss-icon when I start a meeting.(I'm a single user)
Whenever I try to log in to a meeting with Zoom from my calendar, where it opens the web link before trying to open my desktop app, I get the following message: This site can’t be reachedus06web.zoom.us’s server IP address could not be found.Try:Checking the connectionChecking the proxy, firewall and DNS configurationERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED If I try directly from the app, it says the meeting host can't be reached or that the meeting room must be incorrect. It's not every time, but it's most times that I can't get into Zoom for a scheduled meeting, or can be 5-10 minutes late for a meeting. I have tried any and all options and alternative that the options say to try (proxy, firewall, DNS), and nothing changes. The only thing that works is to just wait a few minutes and keep clicking refresh, and eventually the stars align and the refresh works. How can I assign other people to be the Host of the Meeting?
Hi Zoom Community! Appreciate your help here. I just downloaded zoom to my Windows 11 MSI (Gaming Laptop). I have the latest version of Zoom 6.0.4. The issue is there is a constant streak of off-color shadowy even sizedc rectangles that stretch across the entire screen. I don't think it's a lighting issue as I've blocked all outside lightsources and wherever I place my laptop it never stops. I believe it's an internal issue. I tried disabling antivirus but that did not work. Does anyone have any recommendations on this? Thank you very much!
I've started using my university faculty Zoom Pro account for monthly meetings. (The account is linked to an email run by an administrator, not by me. When I need a code from Zoom, he sends it to me.) People who came in-person to the meeting in a seminar room could join the Zoom meeting, but no-one off campus could join. I have no idea why. Outsiders got this message from Zoom: 'Host has joined, we've let them know you're here.' But I don't recall getting any pop-up messages to admit the several people who were waiting. The problem makes our meeting look unprofessional and it is driving me potty. Any advice, please? P.S. Don't reply by private message as that will go to the admin, who doesn't read English. (I work in Japan.)
Hi everyone, I lead a small (fewer than 10 participants) weekly Zoom meeting with two other users. Signing in to our account is not an issue. However, I cannot launch the meeting. I receive the following error message: "Your email sign in is disabled." Both of the other users are able to launch meetings. I called Zoom live support, but received a message saying our account does not include live support. The ChatBot was unhelpful. Thank you for any information you can provide!
Every time I save the chat from my meetings, the text of each chat message is shown as only the fist few words and then "...". Obviously, this makes the saved chat completely useless. Why is this happening and how do I fix it?

I'm a zoom user from Zoom Day One years ago, and use it every day. Thank you for connecting the world! As of today, the participant list in the browser version has devolved. Please request the programmers reinstate two features I used every week in large meetings of 70 people: 1) The list used to be in alphabetical order. Now it is seemingly random, so much more difficult to find someone. 2) The popout of the participant list used to be sizeable. Now it is fixed, so it is looking through a small window at a long list. Prior to today, I could drag a corner and increase the size. Thank you for your attention to these requests.
I want to express my gratitude to the Zoom team for listening to the community input and releasing a much improved UI. The new UI makes the screen much cleaner and focused on what the users need, avoiding bloating the screen with all possible features.For months, users have been talking and asking for changes in this community. We never heard from anyone at Zoom and we didn't know if anyone was listening. But this latest update provides what we were asking for and makes Zoom great again 🙂

Hello and thank you for your time.Before i continue please note that this "malfunction" has only started existing after the UI changing update. Previously everything worked just fine.Suddenly, after the update, the UI on the "screen sharing" button changed. I can now only choose the open chrome tabs and my whole screen, but no collaboration whiteboard. Also, when the host opened his whiteboard (which worked, unlike mine) i could not comment in form of drawing with the pencil. Before you ask, yes, the host has stated that the screen sharing and classic whiteboard are enabled on his device, meaning this is a problem on my end. Please help me in any way. It would be very appreciated. Thank you.
