Hey Zoomers! Would appreciate some support. I am giving a webinar today and I am unable to disable the meeting room option and I keep needing to stop and let everyone in. I deselected meeting room options on my settings and it's still not working. Can anyone solve this mystery?? Greatly appreciated!!Shira
That is very nice. I tried to edit a recurring meeting (delaying the ending day) and now it has disappeared. Zoom has changed the dates and now I don´t have untill 1 mont and I need for today. I tried to edit it again but zoom doesn´t allow me to advance the date. What can I do?
Hello, My question is about one of the meetings we had. The participant number seems to be 6, when I click on details (on the number 6), I see more than 6 people. The meeting holder also claimed to be 6 people in the meeting in total. Where did these names come from?
Hello Everyone! I have had this problem for a few weeks already and so far couldn't fix it:On a meeting, when I share my screen, the image windows of other people get compressed and squeezed, so much that I no longer identify the atendees. It's really weird and troublesome, because I don't what people are doing, I just can't see anyone properly. It is even weirder because the images are shown right in the recording later on.I have already searched for updates and apparently it's ok. I have also looked extensively for solutions, to no avail. Is there a way to report a Zoom host who repeatedly invites people to meet by Zoom for a stated legitimate purpose, and then behaves in a lewd manner?

Is there anything I can do to lift the 1132 zoom error code permanent restriction banned?
if anyone has gotten an error 1132 and doesn’t know what it means. Well here you go. Turns out it’s a”secret” ban to your account. Rather than admit that you are banned outright, they would rather be secretive and manipulative by calling it an error message. That, in a professional opinion, is not only false information they are providing. But also extremely misleading. This tactic, asking side a tech support rep for subscriptions only, tells me that the only way to ever get true help is to pay for a subscription. That’s gross and manipulative. If someone is banned just tell them. Don’t disguise it as an error code. That is wrong and misleading in many, MANY, ways.
I used to be able to see myself and other participants on my Ipad pro while the host shared screen. it used to be at the bottom of the screen - I had + on my picture, and I could choose whether to see only me, or some other participants too (about 4-5 if Im not mistaken). since the last update, i cant see other participants anymore. so when the host screen shares, all i see is me and the screen: the only way i can see other participants, including the host, is on gallery view. its really affects the zoom meeting, so until its fixed i actually dont use zoom on my ipad. is there anything on settings that can fix this?
When using the Zoom application with iPad, my screen (participant screen) disappears when the host screen shares. In the past, even if the host screen shares, the host and the (participant) screen were displayed along with the shared screen. But all of a sudden, the participant screen is not displayed, but only the host screen. If I click the host screen and click on the gallery view, a window is added differently than before, so I can't see it on one screen [only shared screen] or [only host and participant screen] by drag.Is there a way to make all 3 shared screens, host screens, and participant screens appear on one screen as before without moving the screen?
Hi has anyone worked out how as the Host (for a Pro account, single user) to add a Q&A to a meeting? The info on line seems to say different things including:a) You can add it via the Advanced settingsb) That you have to set up a templatec) If I go to templates it says I have to use an existing meeting template (which do not have what I want in them)d) Or that Zoom needs to do something their end I am confused and have taken ages on line trying to resolve this issue. Anyone know how to resolve this? Thanks in advance
My co-host was unable to login and received the message "host cannot join the meeting." They ended up having to sign in through another account. Suggestions?
Hello,I just updated to a new 32" LP 4K monitor. This is a higher resolution than I was running previously. Now, when I engage Zoom everything serious lags. It's not just screen sharing or anything, just starting. It does get a little better with the camera off and minimal people on, but its still lags.I've optimized my screen resolution (3840x2160) and the recommended scaling (150%). I'm running a new desktop with an Intel UHD and AMD Radeon RX57 GPUs. I'm hardwired in.One suggestion I see online is to lower the resolution of my desktop. That seems counterproductive to having a new monitor. Any suggestions for getting Zoom to respond better? Thanks!
This is the silliest problem but BUGS me to no end. Every time I log onto a meeting I have a big blue L as a profile picture instead of just having my name. Every time I go into my profile settings on the zoom website and delete the profile picture. It works for all meetings that day, but then boom! the next day the stupid L is back as my profile picture. Please let me know how to solve this! Do I just need to delete my account and start over?
Hi,You guys really blew off my interview 😞 I was supposed to have an interview at 12:30am (May 22, 2024) but unfortunately I couldn't connect to your platform and kept saying I need to check my internet when in fact, I have a good and stable internet connection. As a matter of fact, I was also able to play a YT video in HD. I also tried to install and uninstall the zoom app but even your website had a prompt of "This site can't be reached." I was able to open a lot of websites during this time, only your website won't open 😞

If I click a meeting in my calendar - it opens a web page rather than the zoom client. I click the sign in with SSO and it just hangs there does not open the client. Set the default browser to edge and still the same issue.
Everything is updated on my iPad. Until recently the classic whiteboard has defaulted to showing me to see my student's face while we colaborate on a classic whiteboard. Now, it just shows my face and I cannot find any way to regain access to my student's video, which is important for registering comprehension in my tutoring sessions. Help?
Frequently turn phone landscape in order to see PowerPoint slides being shared. However, when doing so, there is a shaded translucent "bar" across the top of the screen. It has a left carat on one side and the speaker icon and in the middle is the Zoom pull down to see Meeting info and finally the Leave button. This blocks a clear view of the shared content. How is this suppossed to work?
Branding changes. Plans and pricing changes. The clarity of difference in services and plans changes including the quality of recordings changes in plans, but what doesn't is the fact that all of my two-person meetings are recorded in 640x360 resolution and not HD. #PleaseHelp !! Thanks!
Does anyone know how to change the name of the person an emailed Zoom meeting invitation comes from? Our office has a Pro Plan that only has one email address associated with it (our generic office address). But when we make new meetings in the Zoom desktop app/Workplace, the invitations that go to invitee's inboxes always says the name of a particular staff member. E.g., it says "John Doe" as the sender, whereas we want it to say "Company Name". I have tried asking the chatbot, reading through old threads in Zoom Community, Googling, and no luck so far. I have also looked into Scheduling Privileges, but we have never assigned Scheduling Privileges to anyone. Thank you for any help!
When I run an Active or Inactive User Report do those results include meetings that were scheduled and hosted from within the Canvas LMS interface? If not, how would I capture those users who use Zoom within Canvas? Thanks. Tom
only audio option is on for participents but not video.. how can I fix this?
