I set up a regular meeting in Meetup and a zoom meeting code is generated, but when I go to zoom I can't find that meeting code to launch the meeting (as host) . One issue is that I set meet up on iPhone but want to use zoom on desktop. 

We have an issue here that startet with some of the versions after Zoom Meeting 5.16.This is with dual monitors and monitor 2 showing the speaker view.Every time when i share the screen 2 it exits Full Screen and sometimes even moves to screen 1.I couldn't help myself so i went back to Version 5.16 where it stays in full screen.There is a second issue also during screen sharing. The galery view on screen one changes it's size to.On some computers i could deactivate a screen sharing setting "Scale to fit..." that solved this problem.But on other computer this checkbox is not available even in the same Zoom Version (Here 5.16).What is the reason for the difference in the same version on different systems (both windows 10) ?

Is it possible to record a Zoom meeting, but not have the screen sharing be recorded? Or asked in another way, have a recording of a meeting that only records the speakers in full view and not any screen sharing? I know Zoom Clips can do speaker only recording, but this isn't a meeting. I'm trying to do this during a meeting with multiple people on the call. I've looked through different recording settings and tried a bunch, but no luck! Any insights? Or is this just not possible?

I have tried setting up some alt-hosts, however the meeting doesn't show up in their upcoming meetings. Is this a thing, or is there a setting for them to appear? Thanks 🙂

Having successfully recorded a meeting onto the cloud, I wanted to check it and take notes; when asked for a passcode to enter, I pasted the passcode of the invitation, but this was rejected. What passcode does it need?

It seems it is no longer possible to schedule meetings at irregular time. Anyone know how to do this?? Most of my meetings need to be a regular connection but not at regular times. This was always possible before, then zoom removed the option from the app and now seem to have also removed it from the website. Help - this is urgent Thanks

Hi!  I'd love some support- I'm not super tech savvy.  For work, I do a lot of on-line sessions (1:1 with clients- ie- just the two of us). I have the paid zoom account. Is there a way that I can just use one clickable link for all clients to use to connect with me?  (ie- i don't want to create a unique meeting ID/ link for every separate meeting, if that makes sense?) Thanks! 

My mic works on Teams and Google Meets but has suddenly stopped working on  Zoom. I have followed all trouble shooting suggestions on zoom including uninstalling, reinstalling, updating, but nothing works. The mic on my laptop on zoom is ok so it's just on my Mac desktop. Any advice welcome as this is causing real problems, thanks.

I see several queries on this, and I followed all the instructions, but the annotation option did not show up when screen is shared by participantsI am the host, and I am able to annotate when I share screenBut when my participants share their screen, the annotation option is not available for me I have tried this out with different participants and it is always the same The following is my setting for Annotation  Please help  

I am hoping there is a way to save the in-meeting security settings so that they carry over to each meeting that is created. I attempted to create a Meeting Template but the in-meeting security settings went back to default. Currently, for Allow Participants to:, I only want to enable Chat, Rename Themselves, Unmute Themselves, and Share Video. It is a bit of a pain to have to open up each new meeting and manually uncheck several boxes right off the bat.

Hey guys, having an issue with non persistent VDI machines and Zoom VDI version.Our infrastructure (VMWare Horizon + Ivanti Environment Manager) works well using Zoom VDI version, but machines don't remember last logged on User. Everytime you newly login, you have to enter your name (when only joining) or credentials. Already folder redirecting appdata/ZoomVDI but i think the problem is caused by the encrypted files right there. Just found no official documentation, so here i am. Thanks in advance at all. 🙂 

Most of the time I receive an emailed notification that says " 'Name' has joined your Personal Meeting Room" if I have not started the meeting. However, sometimes I don't get any notification and I have no idea that someone is waiting for me. I can't figure out why and it's so frustrating. The feature is useless if I can't rely on it. 

I can't join meetings using the Zoom web app in Firefox because I get a "Your name cannot be empty" error even though I provided a name. Has anyone else had this problem? Are there any workarounds, like providing the display name via the URL parameters or something? Here's some more detail on what happens when I try to join a meeting:1. It asks me to provide the Meeting Passcode and Your Name (display name), even though I have signed in and it should know my name. I suppose it could be giving me the option of changing it, but when I use the Zoom Android app on my phone, or the Windows desktop app, they usually use my account's default display name without asking.2. When I try to fill out the "Your Name" field, the text looks slightly gray (like it's placeholder text for some reason), and when I submit it says "Your name cannot be empty". Re-typing my name does nothing. I am trying to allow my Zoom Room to join Google Meet conferences without having to wait for admittance.  I am following the zoom guide:  https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0058311 I've completed majority of steps in the "How to allow your Zoom Rooms to bypass a Google Meet waiting rooms when joining" section, I have my Interop token from Google but step 9 says there's a place to enter the token into Zoom but I am not seeing the option. Has the ability to enter a Interop token changed or been removed? 

I regularly facilitate Buddhist practice meetings that involve the use of a bell. Previously I had been able to put original sound on, I could invite the bell, which carried beautifully for everyone to hear, and I would be able to speak and be heard clearly. Over the past couple of days this has stopped working. Now people can barely hear me speaking when I have original sound on, so I am having to toggle between original sound on and off every time I want to invite the bell and speak, which is multiple times during meditations. Has something been changed? What can I do to fix this? It is not a relaxing experience for me to be facilitating meditation and having to think about toggling sound settings on and off throughout the sitting.  Thank you 🙏

Can anyone help me why I can't share my Zoom meeting with one of my Facebook groups? The two options I got were "Share on your Timeline and Share to your Page". 

How to solve error code 13224? 

I have got a new laptop, which I am using to schedule Zoom meetings for the first time today. The Zoom invitations are defaulting to an email account that is not my default account in Outlook. It is also not an account that I use at all to sign-in to my Zoom account. And I am not able to change the send account in Outlook from the invitation. Any ideas about why this is happening and how I can get round it, please?

Is there any Zoom plugin available or other integration enhancement on roadmap to improve audio and video quality of Zoom on AVD running on iOS? It works great on a Windows local host which has the Zoom VDI plugin. On iOS running AVD in the RD client, the video and audio are terrible. Teams running in the same scenario runs perfect.

I would like to use that command line to schedule a force update. Thanks,

I'm a fitness instructor and I use zoom for my online classes. I just bought a tablet (android) with the intention to have a smaller device that I can carry easily werever I go and be able to keep my classes from it. I installed zoom but when I'm in a meeting I don't have the same options as on a laptop. Sound share is missing, and that is crucial to share the music I'm playing with the participants. I can share the screen and then the audio sound but then the video is not working. Can I do anything to fix this or zoom doesn't t support these features on a tablet. I checked zoom on my phone and it's the same, no sound share option. I just want to know if I should go back to my laptop or there are things to do to have this option. Any help is much appreciated.
