I started recording an important interview and the recording notification was on, at the end of the interview as I was closing and went to stop the recording, it was gone from the top of the page! The other participants said that at the top of their screens, it stated the meeting was being recorded! There are no videos to be found anywhere. I'm absolutely mortified and angry, that something like this can happen. I didn't realize there is no longer support for paid Zoom subscribers other than this, which will probably be too late to help rectify my situation. It is not acceptable to me to have absolutely no recourse when something truly goes wrong! I looked through the Support Dashboard to no avail, and I'm now questioning if after many years, I need to leave Zoom for another platform. I love Zoom and really don't want to leave, but if there is no assistance to be had in these types of instances, what else is there for me to do?

At a recent meeting a User reported back that they could not enter a meeting.  Is it possible for Zoom to provide login attempts made to a meeting?  This user reported that they connected a number of times but could only hear voices.  This user advised that they tried multiple times to access the meeting and have a record and a recording of this. Hi Team, We are using the meetingsdk-headless-linux-sample  developed for adding a bot into our zoom meeting and do some activities but recently we got direction to move to OL8 from ubuntu for all docker images , I tried to migrate the dockerfile but we are not seeing few equivalent libraries in the ol8 among the used ones , Could you please help us on the same

What is the point of having this Zoom Community as a support help if no one from Zoom Support monitors these discussions and provides help. It's so rude of a company to sell you a product you pay monthly for and then say "No support for for you. We don't care if it's not working properly for you." The Zoom ChatBot does not help and all the settings and wording is confusing. And, I'm not alone in this if you look at all the unanswered problems people are having. My question was about the new "custom streaming" option greyed out and "locked by Admin" when I am the owner and admin and without the simple fix, I am just going to choose to run my meetings in Zoom and NOT stream them into my FB Group...that's a poor choice when I pay for this service.

Facebook is cancelling third-party apps integrations. Is that going to affect our live streaming from Zoom to Facebook group as well or is this function going to keep on working even after all the apps are deleted from all the Facebook groups on the 22nd of April? Thanks. 

I host a 5-day challenge. We did our first one in February, which was my first time setting up Zoom to livestream into a group. I followed the instructions here and had no problems. Now we're doing the 5-day challenge again, and we have a new group for this cohort. However, the group doesn't appear in the list of available groups to livestream too, even though I've added the ZOOM Video Livestream - Prod app to the group.  I am the admin of the group and I'm streaming from my own Zoom account. I've tried removing the app from the group and reinstalling it then starting a new Zoom meeting. But it still won't show me the new group, just the original one. In the Zoom Settings, Meetings, Meetings (Advanced), I have already allowed livestreaming to Facebook. That was already there in February. And I just tested the connection. I can still livestream into the old group. I just can't get the new group to show up as an option to livestream into it, even though

Hi !  I've been doing live yoga session sin my Facebook group for few years now and I stopped for a month. I tried last week to go live and it didn't give me the option to select my group or any group. Only 2 Facebook pages that own except my main yoga page.  Do you know what to do?  thanks ! 

The name of the group of which I am an admin of, does not come up in the list of groups to which I can live stream to on Facebook. I have tried everything...please help....all the settings are in place on Zoom and on Facebook, but my group is not in the list... 😞

Hello, I am unable to add a custom Streaming App to my zoom meeting to stream inside a facebook group. When I add an App, select « Live Streaming » the option « Custom » is faded and when putting my cursor on the option, it says « You Cannot Stream to this Plateform. Please check your Zoom settings. » Inside my Zoom settings, I have checked the option « Zoom Apps Quick Launch Button » but even if I sign out ou restart the Zoom App, I am left with the same issue.

I am following the new instructions to be able to stream a meeting to a facebook group. All is fine until I get to the instruction ...  6. Click Configure Custom Streaming Service.The custom live stream configuration window will appear. This is where you will enter information from Facebook. The configure custom streaming service window does not appear for me. Is there an easy fix ?

I recorded a zoom meeting.   Have the link.   When I click on it, I am asked for the passcode.   I cut and paste into form and then can click on link and view recording.   However, when I send link to those who came to the meeting that process doesn't work.    Any suggestions? KOB2

Hello all.   I am a licenced Zoom user.  From time to time I want to setup a meeting and send link to colleagues but NOT attend myself.  It is insisting that the meeting is launched from my specific PC.   How can I have it that another colleague can launch the meeting from their device and not have to launch from my PC.  Thks Fergus Dublin
