Audio transcripts are enabled for cloud recordings, but they're not being created. They don't appear in my Recordings space (even a week later). Recordings of the meeting, both video and audio, do appear there right away.

Hi all, I am a Mac user. I have two questions. 1. When screen sharing with iPad through wifi, the shared screen appears on me, the host, and it does not appear on the participants. Their screens are black, saying that the host is sharing the screen. 2. On screen sharing, the gallery window disappears. Can any of you help me? Thanks in advance.

Hi all, I have a pro account, which apparently doesn't have live support. I am running into an issue where when someone joins my meeting, there is no chat history for them. I can see all the chats that have been said so for but they can't see it. I basically need to repost any messages for the new participates to see it and the old participates then see it multiple times in the chat. How can I fix this so any time someone joins or leaves and rejoins they can see the chat history?

How many participants can be displayed in gallery view on the ipad 9th generation? I would like to purchase another iPad that can see at least 25 participants.I am able to see them on my 5th gen iPad Air.If the 9th gen iPad can also do it, I would like to buy this cheaper model.
tl;dr - when calling in using participant ID, app and phone are linked; when link is lost (happens often), there's no option to re-link them I sometimes call into Zoom meetings I've already joined via macOS or iOS apps when I'm moving and may be switching between cellular and WiFi connections. When I start, I typically use the same participant ID when calling in so I show up as a single participant and mute/unmute inside the app applies to my phone connection. That's great. Unfortunately, I frequently the app (especially on iOS) frequently loses its connection for various reasons (app crashes, switching between apps, internet glitches, whatever) and ends up getting assigned a new/different participant ID. At this point, I'm still connected to audio with my phone, but I can no longer use the app to mute/unmute my phone because it shows as no audio connected (and I appear as two participants in the meeting). How in the world do I turn off this guy that tells me when 'people leave the meeting' or 'your are now sharing your screen'? It's very frustrating, how do I turn this off? Thank you.

I need help with recording settings. I want my recording to show all participants - mobile & pc, all on one recorded screen all the time. I keep getting only the speaker showing up on the recording but I need to see all 3 participants. I thought I had the setting on "Gallery View" but only the speaker shows up. I am not tech savy and have spent hours trying to figure it out. I have windows 10 on a Dell Inspiron Laptop PC and my zoom is up to date.Thx.
My organization has been using a reoccurring meeting for a long time. I'd like to Edit it... But I can't find it under [Meetings]. Yet it continues to function... How can I find/edit it without having to create a new meeting and update everybody with the new one?
How does the enterprise version of zoom update? We have deployed the version with the option to 'auto update' in the 'Fast' channel, but does the app need to be opened in order for the update to apply, or does it update behind the scenes without the app open?Thanks!
Following the upgrade to the new version 6.0.0 client, we started seeing the blue/white gallery navigation arrows randomly appearing on top of all other windows. The spacing, however, is not the same since there is no video preview between them. Exiting the client makes them go away. Changing the color theme from light to dark or dark to light also makes them go away. Following a reboot and sign in to the client, they come back. This problem continues with the latest release 6.0.3. So far, I have only seen this in Windows 11. No error codes are displayed and meetings continue to work normally. It's just a visual distraction. Clicking on them doesn't do anything. I would attach a screenshot, but it looks like that's not allowed here. What am I supposed to do? I uninstalled and installed the newest version, I cleared my cookies. Why am I getting the error again?
When i attempt to sign in to an account or join a metting either from the browser extension or the app it gives me error code 1132. I have tried reseting my router, uninstalling and reinstalling, making different accounts, and the chrome extension but nothing helps and i dont have live chat support. I have a meeting in 1 hour please help. I am using windows with the latest version of zoom.
It seems like zoom people have nothing better to do than to spam my computer with error code 1132 is this even legal? to gain access to someone's files like that?they say breeching community guidelines! what community and what guidelines and if I was reported may I know for what and by who and why would someone follow a report by unknown?probably zoom must elevate their standards and realize their underpaid deep fried diet employees are not good at maintaining any sort of standards. Hello, I had a meeting scheduled on the 23rd of May. The settings were okay, made sure I had "automatically record meeting" selected. After the meeting was over, I can not find the recording anywhere. I also started the meeting on my phone. If anyone can help me figure out how to get the recording, that would be really nice.
I'm a graphic designer who shares work via screenshare. The image sharpness and color saturation are degraded on Zoom. Is there a way to fix this?
Please could someone advise me?!I run on-line group Zoom meetings and I like to record them for those who attend. When we are having the meeting, I always have the screen on gallery view so we can all see each other and would like it to record that actual view. However, when I go back and watch the recording it is always in speaker view - so it's just my ugly mug on the screen! How can I change this so it records gallery view? I also regularly share my screen and obviously don't want the gallery view during screen sharing. How can I get gallery view to record during the meeting but not to do so during screen share?I have looked at setting and do have it on 'Record active speaker with shared screen' but if I click on 'Record gallery view with shared screen', I am going to get the gallery view over the shared screen. The other option is 'Record active speaker, gallery view and shared screen separately' but I don't even know what this means! What I want is for it to reco
