I ran a sequence of repeat meetings but that sequence seems to have ended. How can I restore the sequence with the same links?
I have scheduled several meetings in the next few months. But shortly after that, I receive the following emails. I want to buy a large meeting license to support 1000 users for a scheduled meeting with auto generated zoom ID.How shall I apply the license to the zoom meeting with auto generated zoom ID?
i dont have green screen so I tried to turn of "I HAVE A GREEN SCREEN" mode. But then I cant use virtual background anymore. Please kindly help. Thank you.
For some reason no audio works on our Pro account unless you dial in.People with Iphones need to dial in and not use the app. Also our board room computers will not work for computer audio anymore. Is anyone else having this issue??ThanksMatt
Dear All, We use a Zoom Pro account for our church and record our services. We use PowerPoint which is shared to those on Zoom. That works well; however, what doesn't is the resulting recording: as you'll see in the attached screenshot, the PowerPoint slide is taking up 95% of the screen, and the camera view is a tiny % at the top right of the screen. Is it possible to fix this? In an ideal world, I'd have the PPT slide and the camera view about the same size. Having tried - and failed - with lots of tests, I'd be grateful for any suggestions. I am attempting to airplay my class's recorded zoom sessions, but nothing happens. I am able to airplay other things like YouTube, Hulu, etc. but it will not let me airplay my zoom sessions. Why is that and what do I need to do in order to airplay on my TV because my phone is too small.

Hello, My company has a manager that has an assistant.The assistant arranges meetings for his manager, and both of them have Zoom Pro licenses.I was wondering if it's possible to remove the license from the assistant so he can still arrange meetings with his manager and the meetings will still have the capabilities of the Zoom Pro license because the owner of the meeting will still be the manager. Hi, can anyone help. I would like to record a single screen (its is a student working with a specific animal) while we all talk and discuss around the student. I would like the recording of the student only and animal only and not to record who is speaking. Can anyone point me in the right direction on the settings on how this is done? Thank you
I accidentally started my zoom meeting four hours early. How can I close it yet keep the link distributed to participants valid? My meeting is live right now.
I would like to remove my name (lower left hand corner) when I host a zoom meeting that is going to be recorded and then posted elsewhere. I see an option to remove the participants name, but that did not change the visibility of my name. Thank you.
Since I upgraded to Zoom Workplace I've had issues with my meeting closing all of a sudden. I don't know if this is due to my internet or something in the upgrade. Thanks!
Since upgrading to Version: 5.14.4 - 5.14.7 the temporary unmute (space bar) no longer works.The microphone graphic pops up, the mute/unmute button changes to unmuted. However, the volume meter in the microphone popup does not display any more when speaking into the microphone.Using Windows 11 Professional 22H2 Build 22621.1555
Hey folks - When I get to the "Report to Trust & Safety" page after removing someone from a Zoom meeting, the Zoom screenshot link no longer works. That link used to send a download that I could view of the meeting at the time of removing someone. Now that link does nothing. This just changed within the last week or so. I want to be able to view the screenshot, please. Thanks in advance for your assistance.
Hi,On the website, compare all features, they say that recording transcripts are not available for Pro Account but available for Business Account, and only in English.Elsewhere on the website, there is an article (2024-03-06) saying that transcripts are supported in multiple languages. They add that "Prerequisites for using audio transcription is a pro, business... account"Is this feature available in a non English language and pro account?Thanks
After setting the MTG from the zoom schedule, I will send an attendance request to both A and B from Outlook at the same time.A receives the correct meeting link, but for some reason B receives the old meeting link.Both of them use Outlook on Android. They received an invitation email in outlook, and when B opens the attached ics file, it is a past mtg invitation.
My question is my cancellation is effective May 27, but I have a webinar scheduled for that day. Do you think I will still be able to conduct that webinar?
How can i tell if my meetins can host 1000 participants? i upgraded the plan and added it the email of the owner of the account (me) but when i go to accounts on the web portal it still shows 100 limit but 1000 limit on other site
Firstly, I want to stress how breathtakingly bad the chatbot is. There are plenty of bad chatbots out there, but I have never seen one that wasn't able to answer *any* query put to it. It is honestly impressively useless, especially as there does not seem to be any combination of words that will actually lift this digital portcullis and let me speak to a real person. My issue is that my Zoom client does not open. It worked fine for over a year but abruptly stopped last week. I have checked camera and microphone permissions, security settings, cleared caches, restarted, uninstalled and reinstalled but it still does not open. This is the case whether I am following a meeting link or just opening the client from Start. There are no error messages. It does not show as an application or process in task manager - it does not run at all. I'd appreciate any advice.

Dear community! There will be another free Zoom meditation with over 500 participants.Last time the problem was that when I as co-host wanted to mute everyone, I also muted the host. The participants were able to cancel the specified mute setting.And new participants who joined always disrupted the meditation. I know from other large meditations that the participants are muted from the start and cannot unmute themselves. We want that too.No participant should be able to switch freely without consent. And all participants should be and remain silent from the start. Can anyone help me with this?How should the meeting be structured? What is to be considered? Thank you from the bottom of my heart.🤗
When I receive meeting invitations now, the meeting link is not highlighted for me to just click on it and join the meeting. I now have to enter the meeting id and passcode which I didn't have to do before. This happens on my computer but the link is highlighted if I try and access from my phone. My husband has the same issue. Did something change? Also the system says it can't find my account when I enter my personal meeting id and host key listed on the computer screen. ***********
