Hello,  If I want to teach a group of 5 people, is Zoom able to have them share all of their screens with me at the same time, but the participants cannot view the other participant's screens? If I want the students to show me what they are working on without me going into different breakout rooms and leaving them alone, I want to supervise them while working, but the other members cannot see what each other is working on.  TIA 

My company is having problems with the participant 'filmstrip' changing to a much smaller size during screen shares for our video recordings even though this area is set to a larger size during the recording and we see it as larger.  We primarily utilize the desktop client on Windows 10 or 11. Our investigations indicate that adjusting the bar that separates the participant area from the screenshare area can help but still doesn't reflect the ratio we see on our screens.  Also, when another participant shares their screen, the participants videos/the strip of videos, resets to a smaller size.  Is there a method to ensure a consistent participant view size throughout the recording, preventing it from shrinking excessively?    

For bi-monthly meetings with 4-6 zoom participants, I am receiving complaints that the Gallery view needs to be fixed - either at the bottom or top - because the in-person guests want to see the zoom participants and vice versa. Also to move the gallery sometimes means it moves off screen and I'm unable to drag it back. These meetings also include PPTs and PDF docs.  Thanks in advance.

Hello!, I am new with Zoom. I bought Zoom One PRO license, and now I would like that another person be able to create meeting too. Because I can't meet with my group always, and I need that someone else do the meetings in my name.  I tried to get information, but I found that zoom is very complecated, have a lot of information, and very little simple explanations. I guess that I need to buy another license of Zoom One Pro, in order to give it to the second person. am I right?. or is there another option?.. Thanks 

I am brand new to Zoom ~ have the basic account.  I need to see who attended a meeting that I was just in (job interview and missed someone's name). Suggestions?

Friends,Our church organization uses Zoom once a week to broadcast Sunday service, we have the Pro Plan.  Up to a couple of years ago once you chose your audio & video settings for the account they stayed that way until you changed them.  The audio setting "Sound For Musicians" works great for us.  We use bells and such and the compression/gating of the noise reduction ruins our sermons unless it's set to "Sound For Musicians''.  Some brainiac at Zoom thought it would be a good idea to require you to have to check that box for "Sound For Musicians" on the screen each time you have a meeting.  Our volunteers are elderly mostly.  Their experience with AV is operating the remote for their tv.  So 90% of the time they forget to check the box. My question is: does the new option to "Create a Profile" allow me to save all the Audio & Video settings for the profile of my account?Does anyone know of a way to be able to set "Sound For Mu

I have a weekly recurring meeting that I needed to change the day for one occurrence on. I changed it but no notification was sent to the invitees. This seems silly as most meeting software automatically does this. Is this working as intended, is it a bug (feature), or am I missing something? 

I wonder if anyone has had such a horrible experience as this. I was recently on a zoom meeting and a disgusting zoom bomber came on, I was knocked off the meeting, and somehow he came back into the meeting using my name, so I am locked out of zoom. I'm a licensed psychotherapist using zoom to see my clients, so this is really a problem. I have submitted a report and an appeal to zoom and so far heard nothing back. The Zoom 5.11.3 is one of the most complicated Zoom versions I have experience.  The workspace is not user friendly.   The tools level is hard to understand.  Last night I was trying to record my meeting which is formally as one of the easiest tasks to perform in Zoom.  I continued to click on the "Record to this computer" and this version of Zoom never began the recording.  Is there a way for me to return to the previous version of Zoom with this "Work space" version.  This version is horrible. 

Hi guys I keep receiving this "zoom keeps saying unsupported format". I'm trying to get the video in advanced so I can record myself. I did one video ok, but then the second one it gave me this...tried to re-installing zoom, still the same.Any idea why this? shall I convert the MOV (done on an  i phone)? I also tried to turn the video (from vertical to horizontal, then re-saved it and still can't do it). I guess my only option is to share the screen and record myself? Please let me know! Cloud storage is full (7.67 GB used out of 5 GB) I would like to delete previous recordings to make space. However, I cannot find any previous cloud recording both in management page and recording page... How can I resolve this situation?  

I just want my recordings. They seem to have disappeared.   These are ministry recordings, please help me obtain them. My Zoom just converted without my permission to business from one platform and the recordings disappeared.  I send these recordings out to people who are sick and shut-in at home, or who just don’t go to church. Respectfully,Overseer Carol 

Does Zoom have the feature where it can close captioning what the speaker is saying? If so, how do I turn it on?

After having issues, I uninstalled and tried to reinstall. The software initializes, the app list says its installed, but there is no icon on the task bar and cannot find the program in file explorer. Tried some of the trouble shooting steps, but I am hoping there is a simple explanation for this. Anyone?

I recorded a meeting, got the email from ZOOM with link to cloud recording and passcode. when i click the link, enter passcode, i get the message 'media could not be loaded. either because server or network failed or format is not supported.'I tried accessing this on Windows laptop, iPhone and then on another personal laptop with google OS. All 3 gave same format error. How can i record a zoom meeting that is sharable ? 

First of all i am paying for this service. Alot of money every f. month and i cannot get any customer support? Second why dont u just make it easy for people to join with audio? It is that frikking difficult? A lot of people cant read english and the process is too difficult when you cant even read english. And why tha F did u change my personal meeting ID in the latest update so every f. normal meeting i have needs the new link.Do you ever suvery your customers? Then you would get feedback on these things.I am out of this s. service.

this was never an issue in the past.  I have reloaded Outlook, and the new Zoom with workcenter will not connect to my Outlook calendar.  Asks for "EWS URL" at one point, but does not accept the value (assuming I followed the directions correctly - no one outside of an IT department is going to know what EWS URL is!!!).  It also says you can just use email address, but tried every input field and that is not working either.  It is VERY important that my meetings are recorded on my calendar (and every user).  If this problem is due to a recent change to Zoom, you need to change it back so that the connection is automatic like before.  Or else, lose customers - this is totally unacceptable.

 We have an issue with Zoom Client for Meeting desktop app on multiple machines. After signing in the cursor flashes and we are unable to type anything to schedule a meeting. Have tried getting all Windows updates up to date, reinstalling and trying both the 32 and 64 bit versions of the client, cleared cache and cookies....Looking at the processes after signing in, it looks like MS Edge WebView 2 is running under it which looks like it may be the problem. Is there a resolution to this?

Whenever I switch my PowerPoint to presenter view, the share option disappears, leaving only the "entire screen" sharing option available.

I recented found on my list of saved passwords on iPhone that I have a zoomgov account. However, I have never signed up for one. How can I delete it?   

We have a very large meeting - upwards of 100 participants every week. Having the chat open to "everyone and anyone directly" is not feasible because the messages sent to everyone become overwhelming and distracting. Has anyone found a way to disable the "everyone" option and only allow direct messages in the chat?

Hi, I just conducted an interview using Zoom. the meeting was recorded but I did not host the conversation. When the meeting ended, I did not receive a local download and the host says that the conversation is not in his cloud files. The conversation was recorded today 5/2

Hello,is possible to stamp the login and logout of the people that enter in the meeting? 

My client wants me to record interviews with him to share with his family. What is the best way for me to do that so his family will have access to the recordings whenever they want to watch them. I don't want them to disappear after a certain number of days.
