I am interested in what data is collected when reporting participants. Specifically, any data around the participant reported, other participants in the meeting, etc. And once collected, is the data sent or distributed to anywhere/anyone? Such as zoom support?My ultimate goal is to understand any collateral ramifications of other participants information in the meeting where we have reported the participant.
Hi All, Today I have identified an issue with my ZOOM account re joining meetings.Background: As an administrstor I have scheduled a few meeting, which received individual link for joining. Howevere, by mistake, the external person used the link from Friday meeting and joined the meeting, which was take place today. I doublchecked the link in the invitation, and it's different. I made a test and checked links from the other scheduled meeting by me, and all those links allow the testing participant to join the same meeting today. It's a dangerous situation, that could be a conflict of interests happened, as different meetings are scheduled for diffrent clients.Thank You for support.Regards,Denis
Is the Translated Caption Add-On done needed to be purchased for all attendees in a meeting or is it just needed for the organiser/ presenter?

They could see me and hear me, but all I could see was an image that looked like an iPhone camera had been placed up against a mirror- They said that their camera was broken And they would have to reach out to IT?? But the image was horizontal- It looks like The back of an iPhone, where the camera is. I could hear them, but I couldn’t see them, And I could see shadows on each side of the image that look like an iPhone camera. Someone tell me what’s up.
Is it possible to post a notification in the meetings waiting room that a meeting has been cancelled, previous to the start of the meeting?
I need to have Registration for recurring meetings. It says to click the registration tab in meetings, but I dont' see a tab. Is registration limited to a certain type of zoom account?
I tried creating a webinar. The "Require attendees to authenticate to join: Sign in to Zoom" check-box is selected.Users are getting an error message while trying to register: "This webinar is for authorized registrants only." We want to count the number of attendees and hence the option is enabled. How can we cater to both the cases simultaneously.[Count the number of attendees as well as allow users to register without getting this error message]
A licensed user attempted to add another (licensed) user to a meeting.Zoom keeps giving them the error "Only paid users can be added as an alternative host" The users are part of the same organization. I have group sessions with students who use my personal meeting ID link and then for one-on-one sessions they get sent an auto-generated link. The autorecording was working just fine for both, but now when I have the personal meeting ID sessions, it isn't autorecording. Any idea why this might be happening?
I am the host of the Zoom meetings I am having trouble with.I have brand new a 14" 2021 MacBook Pro with M1 Pro CPU. This computer works OK with Zoom using its own screen, but the Zoom video freezes when I connect it to a TV monitor using HDMI. The other Zoom participants have no difficulty with sound or vision. Audio works both ways for me.Before purchasing this new computer, I have been successfully hosting Zoom meetings using a 13" M1 MacBook Air connected to the TV by HDMI.Can you please help me with this problem.
In the last days there is a female voice announcing when a person is leaving the meeting, when I make somebody co-host and also when a person leaves a message in the chat. How can I disable this disturbing voice?

I have a recurring meeting. This month I changed it from being an anytime meeting to one that starts and ends on a specific day of each month. I could not be at the meeting that took place yesterday on 28 May. Later tonight when I checked my email I saw a message from Zoom that one meeting participant had joined and Zoom was waiting for me to start the meeting. How do I learn if the meeting started - or if it didn't? In previous months, there was no need to start the meeting. Anybody invited could automatically join. Is this no longer the case? Since I, myself, was not free to join I don't know exactly what happened.

My client has a podcast that he records via Zoom, which includes him and a guest. He will record the session and we end up with two separate audio files of the speakers and then one video file which is a gallery view of both speakers. But is there a way to record both speakers individually on full screen?
Hey! I have paid to have additional space to save more cloud recordings. Strangely I can't seem to predict how many files are produced with each recording. Sometimes it's 4 and at other times it's 7. When it's 7, additional higher resolution video files are produced but I don't know how to make that happen every time. Thanks in advance for any wisdom!
I am unable to remove a field when editing transcript in recording. If I wanted to completely remove a field as I believe it is inaccurate, Zoom only allows you to amend it and cannot delete it. It you remove all the words in the field, it gives you an error that says “The field is required”. The only workaround is to add a “.” Please can you give us an option to remove a field completely? thank you
I keep having attendees tell me they're getting canceled notifications, but I'm not cancelling anything. SO I'll delete the zoom, and start over, just for it to happen again. I'm taking everything out of my outlook calendar before I create a new recurring event. Please help!
Hi,for more than one year, I have been using some recurring meetings but for last few days two of them have got disappeared. I tried to find them in web portal thinking that they might have been deleted unintentionally but in vain. I still keep their joining liks and IDs through which I am still able to join them and use. But they are not shown on the main screen of Zoom app. why? where are they hidden?since the Zoom app has updated few days ago, the meeting icon is not found on the main page of Zoom app. So, where are my other scheduled recurring meetings? I went into “a meeting” link that was on my zoom this morning as the host and no attendees were there. I later received emails from two people who had signed up and said “we were in the meeting but it said the host was in another meeting”. I’m cofused as to what went wrong. I don’t understand why they have a separate link. This is a reacurring meeting and I want to correct this for the future. Thanks for any help someone can provide.

Hi im hosting a meeting in about a week where there's some people who have paid for the whole meeting and some people who have paid for half of the meeting. And I want to know if there's any way I can remove the people that only paid for half the meeting or if I have to close the meeting so only the ones who have paid for the full meeting can join again.
Hello there, I have problems with my zoom acount at the moment. I start a planed meeting as a host and everything is fine (Camera, sound, etc) Soon after I invitet a new Member to the meeting the problem shows up: At first the camera is freezing and then the hole meeting crashes and starts new after a few secons. Then the meeting is fine again for a few minitues and then the problem starts again. I run Zoom on my windows 10 PC, newest update, I tryed all the simple stuff like deinstalation and reinstalation, deleting every other program that would use/confuse the camera maybe.On my Ipad, same account, same meeting these problems are not showing up. Maybe someone can help. Thanks alot in advance!
Hi, my volume output changes while zooming sometimes. I think when give my monitor free I´m suddenly minimum 20% with a lower volume output. I became only aware of it, cause others members told. How to fix it? Many thanx for your help! kind regards - Thorsten
My Personal Room settings seems to have "Mute participants upon entry" set as a default because every time I turn that option off, it's selected again a few days later. I've been battling this issue for years now and it's just not practical to keep having to go into my Personal Room settings and turn off "Mute participants upon entry" every couple days. Anyone have an idea why this option keeps reverting back to being selected?
