When I try to share any browser window in a Zoom meeting all everyone sees is a black box.  I can share my desktop and other apps but I can not share anything in a browser window.  The weird thing is that I was able to share last week but this week it stopped working. Does anyone have any suggestions?  I am running the 64 bit version on a Windows 10 desktop computer.  I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Zoom.  I have the latest update.   I have even tried toggling on and off the TCP connection.  Nothing fixes this.

Hello,Yesterday, I held a webinar for the first time. I prepared a survey, and some users answered it.However, when I look at the survey report, I see that the user ID, user name, and email address are not included. Although there are spaces for this information in the report, it says "no name."I am very confused because I need to identify the users who answered the survey to inform them.Please tell me how to identify the users who answered the survey.

How do you schedule a zoom call and invite guests without sharing their email addresses to other in the invitation?

I want to send an email with a meeting feedback survey link from zoho. How can I do it? I dont see the option. I am the admin and have the Pro plan.

We are wanting to relate meeting recordings to existing events in Salesforce instead of the Zoom integration creating duplicate events.   Scenario:  We have meetings scheduled externally (through Chilipiper) and this creates an event to our lead in Salesforce.   Question:  After the meeting, is there any way for the Zoom integration to get the meeting details (recording url, etc.) related back to the original event that Chilipiper created as opposed to creating a new event record?   If not, is there a way to 'merge' the Meeting information that the integration creates in Salesforce with the original externally scheduled 'event'?  I'm thinking of creating a flow to re-parent/relate the Zoom data to the original event for the account, but I would need to know how the data relates between the objects in the installed package and the standard 'Event' object in Salesforce.  Could you provide me with that information?

How do I send a meeting invite out to my attendees for them to accept it to their outlook/google calendar? How can I protect the privacy of all these emails by bcc them in the invite? What is the purpose of listing all the attendee's emails when creating a meeting when it doesn't send them an invite to accept the meeting?

Good afternoon! Opening Zoom.US, I set up a zoom meeting for the board of the org I work with and shared the meeting invitation. a few weeks later when I logged in to start the meeting, it wasn't listed there to select. I had to go back to the email that had the link and open it from that link and letting each of the board members enter the room as usual. This is the second time that a meeting that I'd set up did not appear as a selection when it was actually supposed to be happening (although the last time this happened, the meeting listing did actually show up the next day as a selection.. This time, I recorded the program too., so zoom recognized me as the host. Is this a glitch in the program or am I doing something wrong?There were no error codes, device was desktop microsoft, no idea what version.

Has anyone else run into this? Zoom recognizes when my camera is connected but shows only a black screen in place of the video. I don't remember exactly when this first happened, but I think it was sometime in March.I've tried everything on this page - nothing worked. The other community pages I found that address this issue haven't helped either.None of my other video software is having a problem with my camera.I've also tried downgrading as far back as v 5.17.10 but the issue persisted.Mac privacy settings allow camera access to Zoom.Nothing looks remiss in my camera settings in Zoom. I'm on a Mac and use an external camera (the internal camera was water damaged over a year ago, and I've been using this one ever since). Any suggestions?

Lately I've been trying to download Zoom recordings saved on my computer. I receive a message repeatedly: Failed to convert Recordinf Open Destination Folder Double click to convert 02 zoom and even though I follow the instructions. Nothing opens and I get this message every time. I would like to understand what I should do? I have to be able to open the recording. Thank you 

A solution if you have no sound output. Credit to user ARIA440 on Reddit.In the MY ASUS app, loaded on my new computer, under customizations, scroll until you find two settings: AI Noise-Canceling Microphone (CHANGE THIS SETTING TO AUTHENTIC RECORDING-so that all AI noise-canceling will be shut off) and then AI Noise-Canceling Speaker (TOGGLE THIS TO THE OFF POSITION). That solved the Issue.

I'm embedding in a web page a link to a Zoom recording (shareable link). That's working fine except that when the page loads there's a Zoom cookie message. How do I prevent that message from being displayed?

When I end screen sharing I see no way for me as the host to end the meeting.  Instead it only ends my screen sharing and since I started the meeting from screen sharing I have no place to end it and a participant has to end the meeting for me.  How do I end a meeting from Screen Sharing?

Is it possible to record meetings in gallery view, but have speaker view recorded when a participant is spotlighted?So far I only seem able to record speaker view or gallery view, not this mix of the two. 

Hello,Trying to solve a mystery. We had an invite sent to us through Outlook that appeared on our calendar for 10am.  The organizer set it for 9am and showed us a screen shot of the meeting on her calendar as 9am.  How might have that happened.  I can't tell from the calendar item if the time zones were set incorrectly on the organizers end. Might that be a possibility?thank you!

Dear all, I'm trying to use the Zoom application on my PC and since the last update to version 6.0.4, after logging in with my Google account, the Zoom home screen freezes and simply doesn't work again. I uninstalled and reinstalled both the 32bit and 64bit versions. Whenever I log in and start the main screen, the application freezes completely. I use it in Portuguese. I would like some help to resolve this problem. Thank you in advance!

I have not recorded my last call and lost the chat as well. Is there any way to retrieve it?

Cuando entro a una Reunión de Zoom, el audio de mi computadora cambia. Suena como si al sonido le hubieras puesto un supresor de ruido al igual que un micrófono. Mas específicamente si le hubieras colocado una lana en los auriculares. Elimine Audio Smart 3, que segun la computadora es lo que causa el problema, pero sigue asi.Y el audio se queda de esa manera, como opacado, incluso después de que termina la Reunión de zoom. Tambien active y desactive la mejora de audio del Raltek, pero nada. Que puedo hacer?

Hello everyone!I have a problem with finding the cloud recording. The meeting was scheduled by another person, I was invited, and they made me a co-host. Then I wanted to record the meeting and was suggested two options (computer or cloud) and chose Zoom Cloud option. However, my account is Basic Plan, so I don't see this recording in my Zoom portal, even though I was offered this option. Is there a chance the recording is in the main host's portal? Or did it just disappear?Thank you!

Why are my recordings only available in 360 quality? There are good devices and good internet connection. (zoom pro account)

I am trying to add a colleague (same organization, same Zoom license) as an alternative host for a meeting but I keep receiving this error message: "Unable to assign "***********" as an alternative host because the user cannot be selected at this time" No reason for why they can't be added, just this error message. Would love any solutions or suggestions folks have to offer!

I used to get the next meeting showing up in the home tab in the client. Now I get a button saying "See Meetings" that I have to click to see the next meeting. How can I go back to having it show the next meeting?

Recently, the option to share on the Facebook page was removed and only allows sharing in the timeline of my personal profile. I have reviewed and I am the admin of the page, and both Facebook and Zoom have the correct permits. I do need to share in my Facebook page, I was able to do it previously and only recently the option has been removed. I even created a new profile and made it an admin of my Facebook page, but that did not work either.

At a certain point in my meetings (average 20 people), I get this message in the chat (I have Team Chat enabled):   "Due to the large number of participants in this meeting, system messages for those who joined or left have been disabled" What a backwards system! When there's lots of people, that is precisely the time I need the system to let me know who's left & who's arrived!   What am I missing? I looked for a setting using key words from the message) and haven't found it   What that Zoom's threshold for "large number of participants"? Can this be changed?   Thanks, Michael   version 5.17.11 on Windows.
