Hello, I am using a Macbook on Dual-Core Intel Core i5 with 11.7 Big Sur. I have Zoom version 6.0 installed. I apparently meet the system requirements for a blurred background setting but it does not appear in the virtual backgrounds in my settings. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you!
When I clicked on Settings and scrolled to Virtual Background, I was able to add and save 2 additional Background Images, but I can't figure out how to add them to my background during meetings (despite reading articles and watching YouTube videos). I started a test meeting and clicked on the lower left 'Stop Video' and clicked on 'Virtual Image'. All I saw was 'NONE' with a black image and 'BLUR.' There were no other options. I would appreciate someone helping me with this issue. Thank you!
Please I wasn't able to renew my Zoom Subscription on time and now Zoom has deleted my cloud recordings even though I have now subscribed Will I be able to get my cloud recordings back and how can I go about it?
Hello,When I click on the screen share icon, I get the option to share Chrome tab, window, or entire screen. I do not get anything else, like a whiteboard or tabs for advanced features. I'm on a Chromebook and I can't find what version I am running?Thanks in advance!
Hi, for about 2-3 weeks now, the mobile phone camera in the zoom app of one of my clients has been displayed in a kind of wide-angle setting, which makes working together very difficult. Unfortunately, we have not yet been able to find out what this new setting could be caused by. He continues to use the same mobile phone and has not updated the Zoom app either. There are also no options on the mobile app to change the camera. Has anyone had similar experiences and know how to get back to the original setting? So far, this has only happened with this particular client.
Does anyone had the same problem with the videos being bleary ?any suggestions to fix that?
If it matters, this is on an M1 MacBook Air running Sonoma 14.14.1. ETA: Never mind. Lack of sufficient coffee this morning would appear to be the answer.
Is there a way to set the default for every person and every meeting to notify when someone enters a waiting room?
Hello, all I am Personal Staff officer to CEO of a company. Our CEO usually conducts meetings on zoom, several staff members and the managers of different regions raised various questions about the agenda. As a meeting host, I use to keep a record of Q/A. My question is how I can save the questions asked by the meeting members. I there any way to save the questions??? Zoon saves the chat but I don't find a way to track the QA. Please guide if I can track the raised questions.
I attempted to have a Zoom meeting with a sole client in a large organisation here in the UK. They could see my screen share as the Host but when I asked them to share their screen, the client said that when they clicked on the 'share' button and selected the window to share (in this case their desktop), there was no icon that allowed them to proceed. I do software training and because of this issue, the connection was not practical and I had to abort the meeting. Is this known issue with attendees in secure corporate environments?
How can I download the video recording with the link send by somone where I cannot see the download option as recording will be available only for 3days after that I won’t be able to access the recording

I have never had a passcode on my meetings when someone logs in. Now for some reason, when someone logs in with my Zoom ID, they are being asked for a passcode. How do I remove the passcode requirement? There are some options that are grayed out and they say that only "admin" can change it. This is my account. Who is the admin if it isn't me? Help please!

My account has a limit of 300 participants in a meeting. Does this limit the registration to 300 or just limit the number of people who actually enter the meeting? For example, could there be 500 people registered, but it will only let 300 in? Or, will it only allow 300 people to register, even if only 150 of those actually join the meeting?
I have 4 meetings scheduled one-a-month over the next four months. I can edit the meeting description for each month, but the registration link still contains the meeting description for the first meeting which was last month. The only way I have found to change the registration link description is to edit all meetings. Is there a way to have the registration link reflect what is in the meeting description for each month?
I am trying to set-up Zoom Meeting for 1:15 and 1:45pm but it will only allow me to schedule them for 1:00 and 1:30pm. And it will not allow me to change it, this is a big problem as you cannot set up ones that overlap but my 1:15 goes until 1:45 then the 1:45-2:15. Does anyone have any tips on how to fix this?
I am scheduling a meeting as a host (I have Zoom license) and adding another user of the main account as an alternative host (the user does not have a Zoom license). If the alternative host starts the meeting will be there a 40 minutes limit for the meeting or it will be without duration restrictions because it has been scheduled from an account with a Zoom license.

Hey peeps, for a while now I have a problem with getting kicked out of zoom calls. It's usualy 1 - 3 seconds only but the entire window shuts down in that timeframe and then reopens. Just now it happened again while I am a guest on someone's group call. Usually I do 1:1 coaching that is recorded and it still happens, recording is intact, nothing changes, I just cut out for that moment. Within one hour this can happen several times and especially in deep coaching conversations it´s unacceptable for me to not figure this out to keep my clients in the flow. Using the latest version of Zoom on my stacked out intel iMac. It´s connected both via ethernet cable and Wifi. Internal priority is to use the ethernet. Even though when I used to play an online game it seemed like if I am not turning wifi off it still prioritizes using the wifi (assumption made based on the ping difference). Had a call with my IPS and as far as the guy could check he sees nothing wrong with
