How many participants are able to show in Gallery View (Android)? The default configuration are limited to 4 participants per page.

what are the system requirements on Android tablets for displaying more than 4 participants in the gallery view? On the Huawei MediaPad M5 10.8 "2,560 x 1,600 pixels 4GB RAM Kirin 960 can I see 16 participants on the FireHD 10.1 2021 -. 1920 x 1080 pixels, 3GB RAM only four participants. I cant find any Informationen about this.

I am using Zoom 6.0.2(21283) I have Samsung galaxy S9 ultra tablet screen with size 14.6inch. The gallery view shows only 8 participants and for other participants I have to scroll down. I will like to see 25 participants on the gallery screen. My 14inch windows laptop does shows 25 participants but my Samsung galaxy ultra S9 Android tablet doesn't show it???  How to see 25 participants on Android tablet without scrolling down?

But it seems the attendee are all become part of the video. How can I avoid that?  I don't have this issue before I upgrade to latest version.

Hello, I'm looking to check/change the optimize background sound setting for a Zoom meet using the iOS app.   I found the information below, but when I start the Zoom meeting I cannot access this setting. Can someone direct me to this setting? Thanks. When I share a PowerPoint during a Zoom Meeting, I want the PowerPoint to take up 50% of the screen and my Zoom video talking about the PowerPoint to take up the other 50% of the screen.I am able to achieve this by repositioning the frames, however, when I record the meeting and preview the recording, the PowerPoint is larger and my video in much smaller and in the upper right hand corner.I have enabled Side-by-Side mode, but still no luck.Does anyone know how to record a PowerPoint and the speaker video in a true side-by-side mode?

We are trying to create meetings through the API (via tray.io) that are templated. It seems that you need to use an admin template for this, but it doesn't look like you can add custom questions to an admin template - is this correct?  Is there any way that we can create a meeting with a template containing questions via the api? Thanksant

I’m trying to perform during my live meetings using my interface, but I can’t hear any of my effects and I can’t play my accompanying music either Where everyone can hear me can anyone help me with this? I have a huge presentation in four days. I know zoom compresses everything into one, but there has to be a workaround for this. Do I need an additional mixer or what?!

Hello Zoom Community,Hope somebody can help me!I am unable to get my external webcam working. I am using a MacBook Air, with EMEET c960 webcam through a HP USB-C dock. MacBook is up to date with OS (Sonoma 14.5), and I am on Zoom version 6.0.11 (35001) specified for the silicon chip.Built in MacBook Air camera works okay, however when working I'd like to use my dock set up with a plug in webcam via USB. When camera is connected, it works with other applications on my Mac, but not Zoom. Zoom is picking up the webcam on the installed application, however video does not display and I have a black screen. WebApp works okay. I have attempted the following but this has proven unsuccessful:- Checked Settings, all looks okay.- Webcam works successfully on Apple PhotoBooth, Teams and Cisco WebEx, as well as Zoom WebApp.- Built-in FaceTime webcam on Mac works okay.- Checked for update for Zoom, Zoom up to date.- Unplugged webcam and tried another USB port on the dock.- Plugged webcam direct

Translated subtitles suddenly stop working for some users, how to fix the problem?

Hi,I currently use zoho meetings for my recurring webinars. Zoho meetings allows me to schedule custom dates and times and only show 2 most recent upcoming dates on my website (registration page) so people register for the most recent event. I really want to switch to zoom but i cannot find how to do this on zoom. there is no option to schedule custom  (multiple dates and times) under one meeting link??? am i missing something... this seems so basic i doubt zoom don't have this?? i host my events twice a month on a Monday, 11am and 6.30 pm. Its not a fortnight schedule because some months have 5 weeks and that only allows for one time slot. Anyone? 

Hi team, we run today a meeting on Zoom with 40+ participants. During the session, we got the message that the session was being recorded but none of the admin users pressed on the recording option. We don't know who was recording the session which is weird because participants shouldn't have access to do so. How can I identify who recorded the session so that we can recover the recording? I have two recurrring meetings that I carefully setup that are no where to be found in the list if upcoming meetings AND they are not listed in past meetings. Every Tues at 10am PST for the last 6 weeks there is an impotant meeting.  All the history, as well as the tomorrows meeting are gone. If I click on the zoom meeting link it works.  The same is also true of recurring meeting I setup for every other Weds. There have been 10 or so of those. They are gone. And no future ones are listed.They have a definite end date and they are not my personal meeting room.There is no "recently deleted" to view.I have the recordings still of the previous meetings, but they are not in the list of meetings.It appears that no support is possible without paying over $2000 a year for zoom. So hopefully someone has a clue here cause I'm don't know what do to.Change the URLS this late in the game for these meetings would be very hard as they are everywhere.Thanks,Brett  

Hello everyone!I have a problem with finding the cloud recording. The meeting was scheduled by another person, but he made me host. Then I wanted to record the meeting and was suggested two options (computer or cloud) and chose Zoom Cloud option. However, my account is Basic Plan, so I don't see this recording in my Zoom portal, even though I was offered this option. I need to find this video since it was my thesis defense that should be posted to the institute. Could you please help me retrieving the recording?

We won't have meetings in July and August. How can I skip 2 months payments and keep my meeting code information?

Good afternoon Yesterday I was on Zoom. I recorded this conference. But the recording was not preserved. Record only for 1 second and that's it. Where can I find this entry? I really need her.

Can anyone advise why we might not have received an email with the recording information for a meeting we held last week?  I've looked in "Recordings", I've looked on my computer and don't see a recording. BUT, I also didn't get a notification with a passcode.  The person who set the meeting up wasn't the one who pressed record. So that seemed odd. I sure hope we just didn't actually record it! Is there a way to disable videos for participants before a meeting starts? I as the host, will not attend these meetings and I don't want to give participants the ability to turn on their video. I am looking to do this before a meeting starts instead of during. I also do not want to delegate a participant as a host to make changes. Is this even possible?

"record" button is not available on any of my zoom meetings, also, when i go into the record tab into the settings web page for zoom, it does not show any options to enable or disable local of cloud recordings. 

In our custom application, we call the Zoom Meeting API to add each registration for a meeting and webinar on a rolling basis as we receive registrations for our events.Is there a limit on how many API calls can be processed at one time for creating these registrations for a user?Is there an associated 429 error limit when creating registrations for a user's Zoom account within a 24-hour period?Any insights or documentation references would be greatly appreciated. When I am in somebody else's meeting (I am not the host), there is an individual whose video window I do not wish to see (in Gallery or any other views).  She is constantly gesturing in appropriate ways whenever she doesn't like what someone (including me) in the meeting says.  Since it isn't my meeting, I can't turn off her video.  I just don't want to see her on my system.  I guess I'm looking for sort of a reverse pin.  Is there any way to do this, short of me confronting her about her behavior and how it shows in her video window?

Hi, I bought an S9 Ultra tablet from Samsung, and it seems i cant use the normal screen sharing from desktop client while having a meeting with workers. That normal share iPhone/iPad works only with iOS devices. Since i have android device and all my devices such a phone, watch are android based, i bought an android tablet, which seemed right to do of-course.But as i said, it seems there is no option to mirror android screen like iOS using wireless connection through wifi. To fix the problem, what i did is, i logged in with the same account to the zoom app inside the new tablet, opened the meeting that is already running in my zoom desktop client. It was terrible, to say the least! Since its not mirroring, all i see is this big green rectangle that seems to not turn off while sharing the screen of the tablet as shown inside the zoom meeting of the zoom desktop client.I don't understand why is it so difficult to enable android tablets to use mirroring using your
