Hello, I would like advice on creating a meeting at a certain time but the only options are 15 minutes before and after. Can I create it for one of the assigned times and everyone will be late, or should I make it for later and everyone gets in early? Hope you understand what I'm trying to ask. Thank you,

Premetto che con altri programmi si sente benissimo, soprattutto per quanto riguarda youtube  e vlc (audio impeccabile). Ho già fatto le prove di configurazione, ma senza alcun risultato. Un tentativo che ha dato risultati è stato quello di inserire una cassa esterna collegata Bluetooth. Esiste una soluzione per evitare di dovermi portare dietro quella cassa?

Hi,Can someone please help. In desktop Windows 11 Outlook client, I used to have a scheduling icon in the ribbon. It's gone and I can't schedule a meeting. I rebooted, tried repairing to no avail. thank you,Carolnn 

I was wondering if something could help me. I’m watching the recording of a meeting (a link was provided). During this meeting (in which I wasn’t present), a file was posted in the chat. Is it possible for me to download this file now? Is so, how? Thanks.

I usually receive an email whenever someone joins a zoom meeting.I just noticed I don't always get this email.I need to check the times someone has joined a zoom meeting.Where and how can I do so?

When I try to send an invite to a meeting, it's being sent from my old email address that I don't have any more.  My correct email address is attached to my account but it doesn't give me the option to change what email address invites are being sent from. HELP!

I am using BOTH zoom and zoomgov for different zoom meetings. As far as I can tell, both use the exact same desktop app (on my Mac running macOS Monterrey). However, I have the hardest time switching between those 2 versions, which makes it very difficult to schedule meetings etc. (Sometimes, just by poking around, I finally figure out how to do it). There should be a simple step-by-step procedure on how to switch from my zoom account to my zoomgov account. Selecting "switch accounts" does NOT work, since it always gets back to whatever version of zoom I was last using. Please help!

Hi team, I knew that I can see up to 49 people on one screen in Gallery View mode,Then is it possible to see 98 people If I use dual monitors?(There is a dual monitor tap in the video setting..) Is there a way to see more than 49 participants at once with one accounts?

From the very first time I ever used zoom until now, on a variety of different PCs, using a variety of different cameras, using it at work and using it at home, at least 50% of the time, my screen is blurry. I have tried all of the many suggestions online and nothing works. I have tried zoom support and they pretend as though they've never heard of such a crazy problem then ask for lots and lots of information and then, always, they can't fix it. This is a company with essentially one product and they can't seem to make it work. I'm sick to death of being told that this is my problem, that I have to solve it, that it must be something I'm doing. And yet I read online and in this forum over and over and over and over and over again people having exactly the same problem. What am I supposed to do, dedicate my life to solving this issue? For the benefit of zoom?

My Zoom crashes whenever someone starts video recording or screen sharing. Uninstalling and reinstalling Zoom has no effect, and switching between integrated graphics and independent graphics has no effect either. I have an Admin Access to the owner's zoom account, Owner Removed Some of the Users from the account. The Users were unable to fetch their cloud recordings. Then he gave them the access back, but all the recordings are gone, not even me as an admin or the owner are able to recover the recordings. Please Guide

Hello,I rescheduled a reoccurring webinar. Can I change the appointment reminder from saying "Appointment Reminder: Webinar has been Rescheduled" to customize it? I don't want all occurrences to say rescheduled - it can get confusing. 

Greetings everybody. We run our lecture series through Zoom, restreaming to YouTube to improve discoverability and so that the recording is easily available for people to re-watch. We would like people in both Zoom and YouTube to have the option to enable or disable closed captions according to preference. However, the video that appears on YouTube currently has Zoom closed captions baked into it. We have so far been unable to find a Zoom setting that relates to this. Whether closed captions appear on the host's screen does not appear to affect whether captions appear in the YouTube video. Is there any way of preventing these captions appearing in YouTube without disabling them entirely in Zoom? Many thanks.

I am receiving a read error 1132 comment, each time I try to log into a meeting. I wish Zoom had a contact number. I need to ask if a Zoom team member can use my contact information to activate, or reactivate my account, and enable me to log into any meeting.

Hi,I have created a recurrent meeting with Appointy, which is connected to my Zoom profile. I haven't used my personal meeting-ID. When I go to "Meetings" in the desktop app, I can see the first of the scheduled meetings in the agenda. Then at the bottom of the page I can click on "recurrent meetings" and there I see the name of the recurrent meeting with no dates associated. So, a part from the first one, the scheduled meetings do not seem to be associated with a date and aren't shown on the agenda. Actually it should be every week at the same time. Can anyone help me?

Always Zoom (on laptop) suppress Desktop WhatsApp notifications even after meeting. I want to conserve all notifications of other apps including WhatsApp

I was able to change the size of the text in the chat window and subtitles but I don't see a way to increase the size of the transcription text during a Zoom meeting.  Is there a way to do that from within Zoom?

Since today, I cannot hear the voice of other people on Zoom, and I can't share the sound of my computer when I share my screen. Updating the software to 5.16.2 (22807) and restarting my computer didn't help. If I connect to the same reunion from my phone, I can hear their voices from my phone. So the problem is on my side, and it's software related because using Google Meet solves the issue. In the Audio Settings, the test fails on both devices shown (both wearing the same known) Note that my microphone works properly and they can hear me. On the output side, it's only the sound from the application that stopped working the middle of a reunion today and ever since.  Anyone facing the same issues? I use Zoom to teach private lessons so it's quite annoying. Using Windows 11, lenovo v15 g2 alc
