Hi I am on hp pro book windows 11 64 bit and installed latest version of zoom.  I have an issue where I cannot hear the meeting. My audio uses the same speakers as the system in audio setting.  I can start hearing the other person untill I go to audio settings -> audio -> Advance -> signal processing by windows audio device drivers and flip the setting on which it is on. What is the purpose of this setting and what should it be for a windows PC for zoom? Any help will be much appreciated.

Hi, Can anybody help with this issue?  Zoom meetings are showing at the wrong time, or not showing up at all.  I was made alternate host for a meeting yesterday and it's not showing up for me today.  Other meetings are showing on random days with random times.  Ive checked my time zone in my profile and it is correct.  What could this be down to?  Thanks🙏

I found some computer recordings shown on my account, but I never recorded anything on my computer. When I click on it, it says it was recorded on another computer. it is a series of meetings that I am unaware of, and every recording seems to be only a minute or so, over the 7-hour range. Did anyone else experience this?

I have been using Zoom for a year to set up meetings were I do not need to attend. I have the settings set up to not need a host . And when I set up a meeting the host required section is not selected. BUT , it is not working. It requires the host to be there to let people into the meeting when all my settings say not to do that. Does anyone know why you can’t talk to anyone at zoom? 

I'd be grateful for any advice or insights about creating a text transcript (vtt) once a recording/interview has been completed. I forgot to indicate to Zoom that I wanted to create a text file of a particular interview. 

Hello,  is it possible for a presenter / host to see that I am participate / connected with three different windows PCs in one Zoom Webinar/Meeting? I will tell the host at the beginning that I will connect with multiple devices.

Hello, My Zoom app on my mobile phone (iOS) and my Zoom app on my computer were linked, allowing me to switch to the microphone on the phone when I was in a meeting on desktop, so I didn't have to use the built-in mic on the computer. But I disconnected that during a meeting and now I can't find the way to link them again - the option to switch to the microphone on the phone doesn't show up anymore.How can I set it up again?Thanks

Hi, I have noticed in the Zoom API that it reports the screen sharing quality as poor for a few calls where there was screen sharing involved. Curious to know what is the logic used to determine the quality as poor or good? 

The Zoom conference room connector is incorrect。 An error occurred when I dialed into a meeting using a Cisco device in the company conference room. "The moderator's account has been blocked from accessing the meeting from the specified area address. Contact the meeting moderator for other ways to join the meeting.” How should I set it up to use it normally？ 

I attended an FDP on Application of AI-ML in Emerging fields 29th July to 02nd August 2024(Monday to Friday). Now the organizer is saying that my attendance is less than 80 %. I want proof from zoom's side that I attended the whole FDP.   

How can I find out which participants locally recorded a previous meeting? I ran a meeting and provided permission for participants to record, but shouldn't have. I need to reach out to those participants. I didn't note down who they were at the time. How do I do this?

Does anyone know if it's possible to download multiple recordings from the Zoom cloud to an external hard drive all at once or do you have to download each one individually? Thanks!

Hi thereI have arranged some zoom meetings. I wanted to get a list of the dates those meetings were arranged for this year and duration. I tried to do it my going to previous meeting and change the starting date to Feb but it does not let me - it ends up showing the last 2 meetings only. Could you assist please? Thank you

I have to record interviews and I always hide my self view and it works but since yesterday it is now recording me when I speak in the interviews, which I dont want, why is it doing that, and how do I make it stop?

Anyone know how to fix above subject mentioned issue?  I can see myself, my camera was on and image displayed on the screen.  However, participants were not, not even an video icon available to turn on and off from their end.   i have checked setting, and yes my video and audio setting both "ONT' for host and participants.  Please assist.  

i set a live stream to record and I cant find it on my system or device it recorded on - it was a family funeral and we are desperate to get this to share with those not in attendance 😞

I had a meeting today that I recorded. the files were converted because the audio file works, and the video is saved as an mp4 on my computer, but it won't open in any of the programs I have on my computer to play videos. and when I tried to redownload, it won't let me

Zoom workplace thinks it's launching the meeting but it's not. This started maybe 4 to 6 weeks ago. I finally resort to the browser version and then about 30 minutes later, the workplace (tries) comes up but it's hanging. I click on settings and that hangs too so no way to clear cache. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling 64 bit. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling 32-bit. I've tried "cleanzoom.exe" before reinstalling. Nothing works. It does work on my phone (Android). I have successfully used zoom on this laptop (Windows 11) for years. I have Windows 11 home. Version 10.0.22631 There is no help anywhere out there to resolve this. I am getting zoom meetings to join from a couple coaches so I don't need the professional kind--but given the way it doesn't work and there's no support, I wouldn't anyway.

I have a customer who sends me zoom recordings that have multiple participants with screen sharing. Normally the file is 1920x1080 as required. However today's file was 2256x1504 with the screen share with black bars round it and the inset speaker half in and half out of the screen share. Can anyone tell me how this is possible? What decides the record resolution of local recording? A search shows some laptops have screen resolution of 2256x1504. So is it one of the participants with the highest screen resolution sets the resolution for recording or is the record resolution set by the computer screen it's locally recorded on? In that situation how do you force a standard 1920x1080 recording?

Previous Participant User Name Visible to Next Participant - Zoom HIPAA Violation. Is there a way I, the host, can stop this? A setting I can change? Or, will Zoom act responsibly and correct this system error. When I am moving from one private patient Zoom meeting to the next, my patients and I can see the name of the last patient at the top of the screen. This is a HIPAA violation which Zoom must immediately rectify.

I am using a MacBook running macOS 14.4 and using it with a large external monitor. I have a webcam installed on my monitor. For the past month, my screen has been turning itself off during Zoom meetings (going into video hiding mode). Additionally, for the last few days, the webcam camera has been blinking, so I cannot use it.  I found two notable observations: 1) This issue does not occur when using other video conferencing programs.2) This problem does not occur when using Zoom with the MacBook's built-in camera.  I should I solve this problem?  

Hi, I am using a Zoom-Account (payed) as a leader of a group of patients of a neuronal Desease (Restless Legs Syndrome). I'll give up this engagement at the end of 2024 and my successor will continue my work. Because of a reorganization of these groups, she needs a new Mail Address. My questions:* I can change the mail address and the (persons) name of my Zoom account, right?* Will all repeating meetings keep their Zoom-Link, if I do that? The most sigificant problem: I have another Basic Account, subscribed by my customer. When I change the picture in one of the two accounts, it changes in both. How can that be? These accounts are not linked among each other, they use different mail-addresses. Only the Name of the person is the same. How can I destroy this "invisible link"? Thanks for helping me Ralf

When on Zoom the other people cannot hear me if they are talking. It is as if my audio feed is subordinate to everyone else's.  Multiple people can talk at the same time and be heard, but not me. I can only be heard if I am the only person talking but as soon as someone else starts talking my audio stops. I can hear them but they can't hear me. Also, my Zoom frame/box almost never lights up.I have the latest version of Zoom on a 2019 iMac using the internal mic. How can I stop this, so I can talk over people in the same way they can?

Dear Zoom Community. I have a pro subscription with Zoom. I recently created a meeting that has registration enabled. In the past, I have been able to customize meeting registration questions, however, this option is no longer appearing in my registration tab. Has there been any recent restriction placed on account types that could have caused this issue?
