If I schedule a meeting through zoom itself, it uses my (correct) work email. But if I schedule a meeting through Google calendar and then select Zoom for video conferencing, the host shows as my (incorrect) personal email. I can't seem to figure out how to fix this?? I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the zoom add-on and that didn't help. It has to be a setting in my Google Suite but I can't figure out where.
Since the new year, gallery pictures have become tiny. I was just on a call with 6 people. Each gallery picture was 25% the normal size. This was not happening to the other participants. I am not the host. How do I correct this on my Windows ?
We held a member-wide training session that required registration. A meeting message was sent out to registrants about the meeting. After this, our committee scheduled a recurring committee meeting. The meeting notice was sent to all registrants from the member-wide event, causing confusion. Is there a particular setting that sends these notices out? I want to ensure that our committee meetings are only sent to specific people and not the entire membership. Conversely, when it is a training, I want to send it to all members. Help!
I've recently install Zoom on a MacBook. But my Schedule button is inactive, my profile is not loading fully, and my previously scheduled meetings not showing up.I tried installing, uninstall and reinstalling, restarting, still the same. I tried the installer for Mac with the Download button on the website, and also the link for Apple Silicon. My privacy settings look OK, mic, camera, accessibility are set for Zoom. My previous Mac is working well.
I have a MS Teams room (Pro) in a Logitech Rally Bar. working perfectly, with MS Team internal and external. I'm wondering if i can receive invite from Zoom Regular (free) account to this room? I did enable the feature from guest to receive from Zoom and Webex in the BAR settings. The Bar is running OS Android. Thanks
When I record a zoom (webinar type), through live chat, I send the payment links. However, the chat cannot be seen in the zoom recording whn i share the link with my clients. Please I tried everything and have this problem a long time ago, I already saw similar messages in this page...
I have had a paid subscription (pro plan) for several years and for some reason the last two days I have received a message that pops up on my screen when I'm in the middle of a zoom call that my call is going to terminate in 10 minutes... for a total of a 40 minute call (just as if I were a "free" account holder) ... not sure why this began happening but need some help... I should not be receiving these messages and having my calls terminated....
We have tried other versions, but the same problem continues, minutes after starting the zoom meeting, the controls freeze and hang.I am looking for the solution on the net, but I can't find it.Thank you for your time and comments on the solution

How do I make sure that all participants in my private meeting always get the right to share the screen when they join?
Ever since Zoom issued an upgrade to Zoom workplace recently, I've been unable to connect to Zoom meetings. I received error message that ARM chip processor will be required and instead of connecting my tablet Zoom crashes. It worked fine prior to this upgrade. My tablet is Lenovo YB1-X90F which uses Intel Atom based on x 86 architecture. How can Zoom introduce an upgrade, without notice, which no longer works unless your device has ARM chip processor. Are there any solutions?

I am able to access the meeting wait room but never get past the window that says to wait for the host for the meeting to begin. There is a circle that just keeps spinning in the window but I'm never admitted to the meeting.
Hi, As in the Installing or updating Zoom on Linux document, there are 19 dependencies of zoom. You just list them, then ALL users should rewrite their own installing instructions to install ALL dependencies. So, why cannot you just write the installing instructions in official document instead of just list them ? Such as, sudo apt install dep1 dep2 dep3 ..., then all Zoom users just need to copy and paste and run. That saves a little time of one user/client. But, Zoom has many many users around the world...
How do I pull the list of all the people that attended the Zoom call?
I'm an art teacher and want to record my art classes. I have tried numerous times to record my camera pointed down at my artwork and even when I pin that view, it only records in Speaker Mode...which is always my head!! The customer support on this app is non-existent and I'm about to cancel my subscription and go with another service. I also use music in my classes and no matter what preferences I select, it mutes out all music on the sessions.
When I share my browser window with colleagues on my external monitor, I like to open a note-taking app to take up part of the screen. This blocks part of the screen that I am sharing for my colleagues and a grey box hides the shared content. I understand that sharing my full screen would resolve the problem, but my notes are private and I only want to share my browser window. My other colleagues don't have this issue, so I believe it is a setting that I am not finding. Can someone help resolve this? I have tried using a different monitor, not using a monitor, using/not using a webcam, and some of the settings within Zoom. I have also restarted my computer a few times.
I am an admin in my Zoom account. In the past, I have been able to see my teammates meetings that they record, just like I can see my own. Now, if I go to a recorded meeting, I can see the name of the meeting and how long the meeting was, but the thumbnail to watch the meeting is blank and it is like there is no data. I can't download, copy shareable link, delete or do anything. If someone shares their link with me, I am able to see the video, but I can't see it within our zoom platform. I tried to find a privacy permission to toggle, but it doesn't seem like anything is off. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I have successfully installed the Zoom Add in for Outlook for our organization, but the option to log in to Zoom with Facebook is not available. How does a user get around this if they use Facebook to Log in?
Gravei uma reunião no computador, no Zoom Workplace. Existe uma maneira de converter para nuvem para transcrever uma entrevista?
Any possibility of creating a prompt when exiting a Meeting? I sometimes accidentally hit the wrong button when as an Admin leaving a room - and close down the meeting A prompt to confirm you want to close down the meeting?
We have a weekly team meeting and everyone has an invite. I have breakout rooms automatically assigned to our smaller teams after we do a quick all team huddle. There is one member who for some reason shows up as an attendee twice, even though she's only logged in once, so she never goes to her assigned room. We have to manually add her to a meeting room each week. Is there something we can change?
Hello, Can anyone tell me what this thin blue line at the bottom of the screen is (photo attached) and how to get rid of it? It appeared following Zooms most recent update and comes on every time I enter a meeting. It is not on any other Application. I also notice that if blur my background, it does not appear. Any help would be appreciated.
