Why did you change the UI? Now I can't find my schedule on a simple layout???? How do I get my old screen back? I don't need a masarati to get accross town... a Volkswagen will do.. even the old beetle would be fine. So, what's the non-rocket scientist answer that is not 'that is a feature' and not broken?
Hello, I am a regular daily participant in a meeting with the same number each time. I use a free account. I have checked by email that the host is actually running the meeting and the number and password I have are correct, and I know it is happening now and with him present as host. But despite trying repeatedly on my mac desktop, ipad, phone, different browsers, logging out and logging in again, uninstalling and reinstalling latest zoom app, I cannot get into this one specific meeting. He wants me in there with the class and keeps asking me where I am! I can get into all my other zoom meetings with no difficulty, including other meetings he has run with different numbers. The error message I get is either 'The Host has another meeting in progress' or 'Await for host to start meeting'. What do I try next? Many thanks.

Hi there, I've buy my Samsung tab recently and installed the app. And I found out that I can't login with my devices as my account type is a Google account. I've tried many times to login and it always stuck at the relaunch page and even moving. Can someone from zoom come and solve this problem??
I am a music teacher and I teach a lot over Zoom. The new update is awful. I cannot hear my students play the guitar. I have even turned the original sound for musicians on and it still doesn't work. Is anyone else having this problem?
When I'm making a meeting and have to set it in a specific time zone, it always switches the time my meeting is in! This is really harmful as we deliver trainings to people. Setting the meeting in a timezone is not intuitive and I often don't catch it unless someone brings it up to me. What do I do to fix this?
Hello I have some unique issue which started just a few days ago. I used to have Zoom meeting open and attend Teams meeting and from last 2 days Zoom participant is not able to hear any voice from my laptop output. and also when I record zoom meeting on my computer it doesn’t record teams output voice.
I use the zoom add-on on my gmail calendar. I'm trying to schedule a calendar invitation with a zoom invite - as I have successfully before - but now when I select zoom, it is asking me to login. When I try and login it tries to connect with zoom site, comes up with gobblydook then 'site cannot be reached' Would really appreciate any wisdom!
In one of the latest updates, I am noticing that Zoom is focused on the people who sit closest to the camera but the people at the far end of the table are blurred. I don't have blurred backgrounds turned on or any backgrounds set. How do I overcome this issue?
I use Apple Logic Pro for music production. I have a FocusRite audio interface. I would like to play music from that app with high quality audio while sharing my screen and also be able to listen and talk without feedback. What output setting should I use in Zoom? In Logic? What input setting should I use in Zoom? In Logic?
We have been using Zoom for our hybrid church services for over 4 years. Today a new update came through that caused the audio to become garbled and the sound cut out completely when we switched to music (organ). We searched here in the community and tried a variety of settings but none seemed to fix it all. Does anyone have advice for other sound settings to try?
I use Zoom *exclusively* for my recurring meetings. The tab keeps moving it to the most hidden places, and with the latest update they're totally gone once again. I go to "JOIN", then I write the ID and password of my own meeting to join as a participant. Please. Please make it available and easy accessible. Just an extra: it's never easy to create recurring meeting with no specific time/date either. Some meetings are recurring at random times, I want to keep the same link for them.
when i go on to zoom meeting all that pops up is a photo of me, can someone tell me how do i get a live image of my self so people can see me Thanks
Dear Zoom Support Team, I used to have a Zoom Pro account but switched to another provider due to a recurring issue I encountered. Many of my clients, especially those using Zoom for the first time or installing it for the first time, had significant difficulty joining the audio via their mobile device – specifically through the app, not using the phone network. For many users, the process of joining audio via mobile was confusing and led to frustrating delays. In several cases, I spent up to 20-30 minutes helping my clients figure out how to properly connect to the audio before we could start the actual conversation. My question is: Is there now an option when creating a Zoom meeting to allow participants to join audio only via computer or mobile app, similar to how platforms like Google Meet or FaceTime work? It would be very helpful to have the option to exclude the phone network entirely to simplify the process for my clients. I look forward to your response and
I have been using Zoom by setting up my own meetings. Now, someone wants to temporarily set them up for me, and they asked me to share my Zoom link with them (not to share a link for a specific meeting, but share a general link to allow them to set up future meetings). I have a few questions about this:1. Is it the link with my Personal Meeting ID that they want/need (https://us02web.zoom...../......)? Do they also need the Host Key to set up my meetings?2. If they set meetings up with this link, will I still be the host of these meetings?3. Are there any concerns I should have about someone else having access to my Personal Meeting ID info? And, is there a way to undo this shared link after the temporary period is over?
I attend meetings often and sometimes I need to listen to audio screenshared from other people. The sound from the screenshared videos is very choppy and sometimes extremely muffled (the visual portion runs smoothly). About one in every four times there's no audio at all. I've checked to see if my drivers are all up to date - they are. It's a 1 1/2-year-old computer running Rectify11 with plenty of RAM. I've never had this problem before on any other computer. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance,ZackP.S. I've had this problem for a while now.
What am I doing wrong?I have a Pro account that has created a recurring meeting with an alternate host. The alternate host has their own licence but is under my main account. If I am on another call, the alternate host can't start the recurring meeting. It keeps warning that a meeting is in progress. Is there a way around this or am I doing something wrong?
How can the host see the presenter's view of PowerPoint on his screen while the attendees see only the display screen?

Hello!I need the meeting registration report for a meeting that took place in May 2024. Unfortunately I didn't know that the maximum report duration was 1 month. Is there any way to retrieve information about meetings that took place more than 30 days ago? For example, by upgrading the plan or doing something else?Thank you very much!
Hello,I'm currently working on my website related to Car Parking Multiplayer (old version) and need help integrating Zoom meetings. I want to make it easy for users to join Zoom directly from the site. Could someone guide me on how to add Zoom functionality to my website? Any advice on the steps or tools required for this integration would be greatly appreciated. Looking forward to your assistance!
Hi, I'm exploring the capabilities of the Zoom Video SDK for a custom application. Is it possible to capture the raw audio stream of participants in real-time, process it externally, and then inject or play back a noise cancelled version of the audio in the session? Any guidance on how audio injection works in the SDK would be appreciated!
Our recruiting team is looking to create a Zoom meeting for interviews that is from a different account then theirs that they can schedule as the host of these interviews. They want to enforce a waiting room, but allow different interviews to join and be able to take on host abilities and let interviewers into the meeting from the waiting room. There may be different interviewers coming in for back-to-back interviewers, so we'd like each interviewer to have the ability to come in and have hosting privileges and be able to admit the interviewers back into the room. We also want to ensure that if that interviewer leaves, the meeting doesn't end; it only ends once the interviewer and interviewee have left. Is this a solution that already exisits?
I used to have frequent problems with Zoom freezing up during a meeting and had to restart the program whenever this occurred. I eventually traced the problem to use of an external camera and found that if the camera is disconnected during the meeting, Zoom crashes. I think the original problems were due to an unstable USB hub, but I can reproduce them by deliberately turning off the port on the USB hub or by unplugging the camera from whatever USB port it is plugged into, whether on a hub or directly on the laptop. I obtained identical results testing with a second external camera. Once the crash happens, only a restart will fix it, even if the external camera is reconnected. I have no problems when using the computer's internal camera. I think that by plugging the camera directly into the laptop, I can get a USB connection stable enough to make this problem relatively infrequent. But does anyone know why this even happens? Is there a setting I can change that would make Zoom les
Hi all. I want to set up a zoom meeting that acts like a webinar (I have a pro account so up to 100 is fine). I've worked out that I can send out a registration code so people register if they pay to enter. Given the topic, many people will want to join using a pseudonym. Is there a way to encourage the First name / Last name on the registration form to be a pseudonym, or to encourage people to change their name before entering the meeting? Even better, but I'm pretty sure this isn't possible, I'd like them to register with their real name, but then Zoom change it to a pseudonym they choose on registration. (Eg first: John surname: Smith pseudonym: HappyPenguin and then when they join their name becomes Happypenguin).
