Hi!  Thank you, in advance, for your help .  I have 3 apps:  Mural; Catch up; and Coda.  I need all three.  When I am hosting a meeting, and I click on "apps" in control bar, I only see one app - Mural.  How do I get the others to show up there so that I can use them?    

Hi All,I have a user trying to import PMI past meetings using Zoom LTI in Canvas, basically wants to see past recordings on the recording tab, but user is getting the attached error.Can we import PMI meetings/recording or is not support it by the LTI?   Any advice?Thank you

I want to add my development team members to Zoom Developer account so that they can access the SDK App I have created. I could find no way to invite team members. How can I do that?

I tried to connect the LTI pro account with the Moodle calendar.  I set up a token in moodle, went to the LTI Pro 3rd party integrations - activated calendar and created an instance - adding the token generated in Moodle Went into test in Moodle and the following message appears -"The requested URL /login/oauth2/auth was not found on this server." Obviously I have done something wrong and tried to reverse my actions by deleting the instance and deactivating calendar setting - but it will not allow me to delete the instance.  Any ideas on how I can get the LTI pro integration working again? Thanks R

Hi! I have a problem.I cancelled the suscription on July 21 and this month, agost, and Zoom billed me again.I didn't use Zoom in all this month, I need a resolution because it was a page problem and I can't pay something I didn't use.Please, Zoom didn't give me a reasonable solution

Unable to install this app without the developer's account. Please contact the app developer to install. we get the above error when we try to install the app we have created  we know you need to publish the app in app store if you want to distribute outside your account but we are not trying to do this we have 6 accounts in the same zoom portal and the developer account that created the app is the account owner  we have created an account level app and a user level app to test both ways and what ever we do we get the following we do not want to be in your app store yet and dont see why you have this rule its an oath2 app. we just want to install our recording app to the 6 users in the portal

Hello, We would like to add our web app game which is already using a third party audio/video provider (not zoom) to the marketplace. is this something possible and not against zoom policies? 

I have a user who has installed the LibCal app from the Zoom Marketplace.  Installation was no problem.  Setup of LibCal steps were no problem.  When the user tries to create an event and after selecting their account, they get "Zoom returns an error:  124 - Invalid access token."  Any ideas on how to fix whatever is happening?

Hi,I'm developing a platform for video calling which is want to integrate zoom as a video call 3rd. the platform will be used more than 100 for sure. I worry about the limitation of creating a meeting. As per https://marketplace.zoom.us/docs/api-reference/zoom-api/meetings/meetingcreate has a section about limitation of creating a meeting which is limit of 100 requests per day. if the account has been upgrading to Pro or Business the limitation will be gone?.

I have a use case where we can integrate different meeting platforms like zoom, webex and teams. I want my users in my web app to integrate their zoom account and create a meeting from the web app.I don't want my app to be published on the marketplace. If I select intent to be publish to NO then I can't login with a normal user. That requires developer account to login.I want my users to click on a custom button in my web app and authorize and that app should not to be published on market place for everyone. How can I achieve that? 

I would love if Zoom worked natively with Microsoft Bookings, lack of a connecter gives a point to moving towards Teams. 

Hi all, I have downloaded the Kahoot app... I'm able to log in fine but when I click the 'Home' 'Discover' or 'Library' tabs nothing shows up but a white screen so I am unable to search for anything. I've heard there are some problems using Windows but this is on MacBook

I keep getting this message when I try to download the Eleos Health App for Zoom and Luma for Zoom -- Invalid redirect URL. Explore marketplace. Has anybody else had this problem?  If yes, Does anybody know what to do?

Installed the Kahoot app , and opens it from Zoom. At right side "Joins" shows up, but not "Host" , so even if I am the host of the zoom-meeting, i'm not able to host a Kahoot apparently. Any ideas what I do wrong ?   P. S -We have paid versions of both.    Regards  Team PadhaiMeTez
