We deliver live classes to students and would like to use Kahoot. Our students use their own personal accounts. Does anyone know if we are able to check which students have installed Kahoot or not on their personal accounts? Can that information be "called" somehow when they enter our Zoom room? Can students agree to send us a confirmation after installation? If a student does not have Kahoot installed, we would like to show them a message that advises them to install it prior to entering the live class in zoom.

After purchasing this month through PayPal I received a message on mobile phone said that the amount of monthly payment was reduced from my Debit card but still Zoom meeting works as a Free method for 40 minutes only not as payment method.

Hope you are all doing well, We are working on a project that requested us the installation of Zoom App present on AppExchange. The client goal is to capture the zoom meetings attendees (webinars and common zoom meeting) as a new Leads on Salesforce, also having a possibility of mapping the attendee information on the SF Lead fields. I have tried to install the application on the sandbox and the integration seems not working properly.I would like your support to help me on below queries: Is the application providing the lead capture for common meetings on Zoom not only for webinars?If positive, is there a way to configure the field mapping, like:Attendee E-mail -> Lead Email fieldAttendee Phone -> Lead Phone fieldI am having quite a bit of difficulty on establishing the connection and retrieving Zoom data to Salesforce, do you guys have any person that can help us on guiding the setup process? Warm regards, Bruno.

I have follow the guideline below and delete it from the web Zoom, but the app- Read still show up in my meeting room, could someone support me to solve the problem? Hey all, I wanted to see if the Active App Notifier Report works as it says it does. I added a marketplace app (Meeting Tools, Timer, Transcription, Notes w/ Read) to my account and used it during some active meetings. As stated in the attached link, the Active Apps Notifier icon  indeed appeared in the top-left corner of the meeting window, saying that the app was accessing audio, video, chat and files. But, alas, when looking in the Active App Notifier Report (in the marketplace.zoom.us -> Manage -> Apps on Account -> Installed Apps -> Apps Accessing Content in Meeting/Webinar Report) it was empty.    Did anyone else experience this? Is this a bug? Is the report trustworthy? If to judge by the above, it seems it misses access to active meeting data...

My otter.ai live transcription opens in a separate window, but I can't shrink it to fit alongside the zoom meeting. Does anyone have any recommendations?

hello I am having trouble integrating zoom with another software platform. I get the message the integration is complete and zoom is connected but when I try to schedule a meeting through the software Im getting the message Zoom integration failed:Account does not enabled rest api. I have a marketplace zoom app that we want to start testing but I cannot seem to add any collaborators on the app.Do you need to be on a paid plan in order to develop an app with other users? I added people to my contacts as I spoke to sales support which suggested that, but that did not work.This is the only way we can test the app on multiple login accounts it seems. 

I am attempting to configure a Zoom Phone integration with Salesforce and I have not found a lot of documentation around building a Zoom Marketplace app to configure an OAuth connection with Salesforce. Does anyone have any documentation or support on this connection type?

Hi, I have some backend url as the homepage of zoom app. The zoomappscontext header we get along with it is intercepted in backend and decoded and then redirected to a frontend url with a query param for the data I require. Now after redirecting to frontend url…on windows, it is opening fine but on mac, this error is coming.Missing OWASP Secure Headers: [“Strict-Transport-Security”,“X-Content-Type-Options”,“Content-Security-Policy”,“Referrer-Policy”] for URLWhat should be done? Please help. Is there any example for how headers can be added?

Hi Guys,Does the new set of API allow for inserting audio back into the zoom stream as a voice bot?The customer already built a voice bot that inserts audio using a hack to the web SDK but he wanted to know if zoom now formally supports this using a new API.  Thanks,

And other folks getting the issue seem to be using grant_type=refresh_token whereas I'm using grant_type=authorization_code. So I thought I'd thought I would ask for help here... I am setting up a marketplace app with Zoom OAuth. Hi all,    I'm trying to update user setting using PATCH to user setting with Zoom API. I'm receiving this Message with status code 400: b'{"code":1253,"message":"You need to set the \\"Customer Managed Key\\" firstly."}')  I'm not using Managed Key in my account.  The flow is:- Add user via API. Result: OK- Read user settings by user id. Result: OK- Modify license json and PATCH user setting: Result: 400   What can i do?  Thanks,
