I have a personal zoom account and one linked to my university. The university one has some of premium features I think but I'm not entirely sure since I cannot access it anymore. I had a group presentation that required recording. I was using zoom to record my segment.I think I got banned due to repeatedly starting meeting and ending them to convert batches of recordings in my attempts to get a decent recording for my project. At some point 2 or 3 hours ago, I could no longer log into my university zoom account. The theory that I got banned due to too many recordings being considered an abuse of the system was brought up by my siblings. Please, I need to know how to fix this. I need that account for university-restricted classes.
Hi, as shown in the picture below, the account profile shows that my account type is education. However, on the profile page, it shows that the account type is basic, and I do have a 40min limit when hosting a meeting.

I am a library manager at a secondary school. We are hosting an author via Zoom this Friday but our students have just returned to remote learning. Just wanting advice on whether the Zoom session on Friday should be via meeting or webinar. There will be about 50 students in the session. The author will do most of the talking and the students will be asking questions towards the end of the session.
I present a quiz to students through PPT.I'd like to give them some background music while they're taking the quiz.Tell me how to apply background music in ZOOM.
I belong to a non-profit group and teach children once a week for free. The students are ashamed to turn on the video.(Most of the children are elementary school students.) I want to communicate smoothly with my children. How do you recommend children before class? Let me know if you have any know-how.
I work at a Community College in California. Several of our students rely on captioning. The pop-up preview of chats block the captioning. The only fix I have found is to move the captioning to a side panel with the "view full transcript". This makes watching the video less accessible. Does anyone know a way to turn off the chat preview?
We have been virtually hosting a national cohort of grades 6-12 History-Social Science teachers working on a common body of lessons focused on historical sites around the U.S. that are related to "The Fight for Equal Rights". So our teachers are from local areas of each site, MLK National Park in Georgia, Women's Rights National Park in Upstate New York, Stonewall Inn Historic Site in Greenwich Village New York, Cesar Chavez National Park in Kern County CA, and Angel Island Immigration Station State Park in SF Bay CA. Previously of course, we'd all travel to a central location to gather and conduct much of our lesson planning and coaching, we are now doing it remotely via Zoom meetings and some supporting digital curriculum tools. In the end, we've been able to continue to make the process of matching content and historical specialists, with digital learning design specialists alongside exceptional classroom teachers from across the U.S. the REAL FOCUS thanks to this technology.
