As restrictions on social distancing start to ease for educational organizations around the country, our schools and colleges are facing a number of unique challenges. Achievement First, a high-performance charter management organization, has already started thinking about how to address those challenges and provide a well-rounded education while preserving the health and safety of its students and teachers.   Achievement First supervises 37 charter schools across Connecticut, New York, and Rhode Island, and serves 15,000 students with 2,500 to 2,700 teachers and staff members. Calling all Educators! Are you listening? Ok, good.. Today, Zoom released our much anticipated FOCUS mode. That's right, Focus mode is live! This mode will allow all students to ONLY see their teacher, while still allowing the teacher to see all students. This is ideal for exams/tests, as well as socioeconomic disparity in student’s homes. You can turn it on by logging into your web browser client, and navigating down to "in-meeting advanced" in your settings. #education #students #teaching #zoomedu

I teach a class online that I am required to monitor that all participants are participating in class for its duration. When I share PPP gallery view displays 6 faces and I have to scroll up and down during session to monitor students. Is there a way to resize so that I can share document and see up to 12 students simultaneously? Thanks

Hello,  I am a professor at Durham University. I created zoom recordings in 2021. They don't exist anymore. How do I recover them?   Thank you.   Best. PB

Hy, My name is Amir and I am running an educational platform by the Name Pifra. I belong to Pakistan and I want to know how I can add Zoom support on my website. I have a number of students to whom I teach Ecom and Digital skills.    I want to add a zoom button on my website and link it to my zoom account. When ever a student purchase a specific membership which ovcourse is a one-to-one meeting, I want a zoom button on the screen where when the user click it need to auto open zoom session.    If this is possible let me know and how can i add it to my website. Thank you

Zoom recordings do not open. I log in with the e-mail given to me by the school, but it does not open. I used to be able to enter, but now it always throws my name on the form where I have to write my last name. I enter my name and surname, but its always throws the same jersey and does not open the registration.

Does zoom have a simple calculator, NOT a graphic, calculus, or advanced calculator that I can use with children?

Hello.I am coordinating a zoom meeting with another class in Brazil. We've purchased the add on for live translations- and I've already changed my settings to see this in zoom. However, the captions do not show on screen for me as host, and when I log in as a user, I cannot see the translations or have options for captions. None of the articles I read helped. Please advise how to set up, or should I cancel this add on feature, since it is not working?

seria muy importante que zoom facilitara informacion sobre las camaras apagadas, que se genere un estadistico por reunion para que se lleve un control de quienes tienen la camara apagada y por cuanto tiempo.}

I'd like to hear a beep when a student types his answer in the chat. Is this possible?

Hello, I want to create a series of videos uploaded to the cloud for my class. I don't want them to distribute the videos, but when I upload the classes to google classroom, they only need the password to access the class... (or do they need to have a zoom account?). Well, what I want to know is if I can find out who enters the zoom classes, if the classes are shared, or if several people share the gmail to access from the classroom... especially this last option. thank you.

Hi Team,I have followed as per the given all steps to Configuring LTI Pro 1.1 for Canvas Calendar and Conversations. But it's giving an error and when I create a meeting it is not showing on the Canvas dashboard calendar.

When trying to setup a new LMS instance (in the 'others' LMS section), I keep getting a 'something went wrong' message with no details. It would be really helpful to have a more detailed message in order to find the exact cause of the problem. How do it diagnose this?

Hi everyone!Is there any solution to have more than 2 meetings simultaneously, if I have Education plan? I've read that we can host up to 2 meetings but we have average 5 classes at the same time. we'd love to keep Zoom as we grow. Thanks!

I would like for zoom to develop a way to see if participants have minimized zoom to go off and play games or go to other websites.  As a digital educator, keeping distractions to a minimum is impossible when they have access to the internet while in class.

Greetings, I am a University Student TA and I have a question regarding the surging use of video looping in Zoom to make it seem as though students are paying attention with their cameras on. Is there a way to disallow video looping or altered backgrounds as a host? Thank you in advance!

Teachers in Vienam are not supported with the policy "lifted the 40-minute meeting limit on free Basic accounts for K-12 schools". We have to pay money to buy accounts with ".edu" ending, such as moet.edu.vn. I wonder if Zoom staff know about that? I mean that your supporting policy is giving unfair money to some persons? Your policy is complicated but is not tight so we, teachers in Vietnam, have to use money from very low salary to pay for that. Your policy is encouraging cheating and illegal actions. There are many websites selling education accounts and we have to pay money if we need to use in teaching.We ask for from our schools but there is no reply. There is no supporting from education department.We would like you can have a chanel to prove ourselves we indeed are teachers with some pics or paper.Thanks for reading  and for all.
