I have a problem that's impossible to resolve through Zoom's ridiculously complicated "self-help" site. I need to close an old account that I continue to get billed for. Has anyone had success getting through to Zoom?

I was going to cancel  Zoom Pro today because I was feeling like the price of the Pro plan was too high for my infrequent use and not needing many of the features. When I clicked in to cancel, Zoom offered an option to go to a new Beta tier called Zoom One Basic Plus that's more like Basic but allows for extending up to 4 meetings/month to 80 minutes, so I decided to give that a try, but now I don't know how to use the meeting extensions and haven't been able to find any information about it in the support area so far. I realize I may be looking in the wrong place. Does anyone know more about this & could help me figure out how to use this new feature?

My company was recently acquired, and I am wondering if there is a way of transferring all of the user data from my company account to our new parent company account. Ideally, we would like to save all meeting history and recordings, but need to cancel our subscription because it is duplicative to our parent company's account. I know there is an option to transfer all user data to another user within your org before the user is deleted. I'm wondering if there is any similar migration process for all company data between Zoom orgs. Thank you!

I cancelled my pro subscription last year, a full year agoand this year zoom again withdraw a pro amount of money from my creditcard without consent!

I have made payment for plan.Amount 1624 deducted.A mandate is also set.  No invoice generated. Tried logging out from  all devices and log back in. Two support tickets already created no response on them.  What kind of support does zoom really have. Frustrated

I am writing to request a refund for the recent payment charged to my corporate credit card.It appears that my subscription was automatically renewed. However, I no longer require this plan and did not intend to continue the subscription. As this was charged to our corporate card without prior approval, I kindly ask you to cancel the subscription immediately and issue a full refund for the above payment. Please confirm once the cancellation and refund have been processed.Thank you for your prompt assistance.

Hola, como genero mi factura, donde capturo mi RFC y mi dirección?

I tried to log onto my zoom account, it says no account associated with my email. I am the organization account owner. I logged in as another admin and it appears zoom transferred my account owner email to an unknown gmail account. It seems fraudulent, yet without an active account, I spent 20 minutes trying to get through the AI Bot support to access a person. Finally, when talked to a support person, all they said they would do is escalate it and to wait for an email response. Completely inadequate response by Zoom. I wanted to stay on the support line as I had no other way to contact zoom without an active account. They were unable to reinstate my email and just kept telling me to wait for an email response and then ended the chat. They wouldnt transfer me to technical support, just ended the chat! How does someone just take over and replace the account owner email?! I found a support article that explains a few ways to change the account owner, and it appears the only way

Refund Request for Zoom Workplace Pro SubscriptionDear Zoom Support Team,Thank you for your response regarding my refund request for the auto-renewal of our Zoom Workplace Pro subscription. We fully understand Zoom’s policy on non-refundable subscriptions. However, as a charity, every penny truly counts for us, and this unexpected charge impacts our budget significantly.Given that the renewal was charged very recently and was not intended, we would deeply appreciate any reconsideration of our request for a refund. If a full refund is not possible, we would be grateful for any alternative solutions, such as a partial refund or credit toward other Zoom services. We highly value Zoom’s platform for supporting our charitable work, and we hope you can assist us in finding a resolution. Please let us know if there are any additional steps we can take or further information required.Thank you for your time and consideration.PatriciaHAHAV finance administrator

I have had a workplace pro account for several years as I am a counsellor and need one hour sessions with my clients. My laptop was recently corrupted with a virus so I had to use my husband's laptop and signed into Zoom using my sign in details.  It didn't recognise that I had a workplace pro account,  only gave me a basic free account.  My laptop is now back and repaired.  I have downloaded the Zoom app again,  signed in and again only recognised me as a basic free account! My subscription runs out today and Zoom US are trying to take out the money for this year. I am not happy about this as I cannot get my account up and running again yet will be paying for something I don't have. The Zoom support through the portal is complicated and rubbish as the virtual assistants do not understand your problem and the FAQs don't have my exact problem. I tried calling  Zoom but as my account is only recognised as basic free, I am not entitled to support from a human

I reactivate my account (I can use it until this October) and Zoom charges me $3.92.Anyone knows about this $3.92?My reactivation fee is $159.90 and Zoom will charge me this on November 1st. It's Company account and I have to explain it to the office.  Thanks

How can I eliminate the flood of ads for up-charged services?  Is there an opt-out location?  I pay to use the service not be hounded every time I get off a meeting.

I am continuously receiving outstanding invoice notices from a "Michael Ochoa" and "Alex Rhodes" from "Zoominfo Technologies LLC". Our company pays monthly for our basic Zoom account and there are no issues with our account or payment. Who/where can I forward these suspicious emails to, at Zoom, for further investigation?

I'm trying to host a 3 hour workshop where people pay for it within Zoom but have the ability for all students to see each other.  I'm just not sure I can do this all within Zoom. So I'm looking to do one of two things: Either charge a fee for my workshop via Zoom Meetings OR have the ability to see everyone in the Zoom Webinars where I can charge a fee. How can I do either of these?

When I schedule a zoom call through outlook, it does not appear in my zoom account and the call is only 40 minutes. I get a message to upgrade yet I already have. How do I fix this

I just paid for my zoom account by mistake, I want to cancel this package and get a refund

Hi all,  I'm the internal coordinator for a 20 year old non profit in Montreal, Quebec called Sustainable Concordia (Concordia Durable in French). We work on issues of sustainability with students and community members. We are registered under the Quebec government (search for Sustainable Concordia/Concordia Durable) here: https://www.quebec.ca/en/businesses-and-self-employed-workers/find-information-about-enterprise/search-enterprise-register/find-an-enterpriseI want to be clear, since I've heard other nonprofits in the area go through the exact same issues with this verification process, that we are NOT, legally or financially, a part of Concordia University. We are an independent entity recognized  by the provincial government. I'm bringing this up here is that there seems to be no way to review this. I cannot reply to the email and the form to request a review (found under the title: How do I request my rejected application to be reviewed?) is giving n

Grazie!

Is it possible to bypass the user-level API call limit described in the following URL or make it unlimited?https://developers.zoom.us/docs/api/rest/rate-limits/#user-level-rate-limits

Greetings.   I'm new to Zoom, switching from other platforms because so many users are most familiar and comfortable with Zoom.   I signed up for a new account, which worked as expected, and then attempted to upgrade to a "Pro" account, which I need to make the service useful to me.  However the payment process hangs when I submit my credit/debit card information, stuck on "Please Wait" forever.   I've checked with my bank.  They see the authorization inquiry and confirm that the transaction is authorized, but the Zoom app never completes it.   I've used multiple browsers and made sure that no blockers or add-ons that could interfere are active.   None of the online help options are meaningfully related, the chatbot is totally useless and Zoom apparently won't provide other help options except to paid accounts.  And I can't have a paid account if Zoom won't take my money.   Any guidance or suggestions will be appreciated.   Thanks. &nbs

Our plan was downgraded to basic because we missed our payment date. But even after paying, the plan still says basic. Do we have to 'manually' upgrade the account?
