I made my very first post in this community forum and I noticed that the reply option was automatically disabled.  May I know why so that I can avoid this in the future?  It followed the community guidelines and no identifying information was used.

When I signed up for Zoom One Pro Subscription at the beginning of 2023, it was CAD150. As with all subscriptions (or most anyways), I would expect the same fee to be applied during renewal time. Should the price change for whatever reason, the reasonable and right thing to do is for the company to inform me of the price change, well in advance prior to the renewal period. Not the case with Zoom. A couple of days ago, I got an alert that ~CAD250 was charged to my credit card by Zoom. I was well-aware that auto-renewal was right around the corner and I was expecting the same fee of CAD150/year to be applied because last I checked (on my Zoom account billing and management page), the amount of CAD150 that's also quoted as the auto-renewal amount hadn't changed. Neither did I receive any calls, emails or messages from Zoom informing me of any changes i.e. zero correspondence. Puzzled and a bit concerned, I immediately checked my subscription details again and saw that the renewa

Hello! I have a basic Zoom account, but I’m currently unable to access it because my phone number has changed. The two-factor authentication code is being sent to my old number, so I’m locked out of my account. Unfortunately, I can’t find my recovery codes. Does anyone know how I can resolve this issue and get in touch with Zoom customer service? 

I paid you £155 last week but despite you showing me as a professional , I am still limited to 40 minutes a time. Can I speak to someone to find out what has gone wrong? All efforts so far have just ended in speaking with chatbots who tell me I don't have a problem!

I have a paid account. I used it for 4 months (I have paid it for 1 year). But now it is showing basic. How can it be resolved? I think I accidentally clicked taking advanced plan (which popped up), but never paid for it nor used it. It was showing me warning message, but I ignored it.

Hi everyone, I noticed that Zoom is not uploading the invoices to our national Finance System (ANAF), in the SPV portal. This is something we cannot do ourselves, the company that emits the invoice needs to do it, starting with 2024. This is impacting my deductibles and by bottom line, so my tax percentage. Fellow Romanians, has this happened for you too? Hello!  I just went to update my subscription to Workplace Pro.  I need it for 4 months, which it is saying is $15.99/mo.  so when I put that in the cart, then it is saying Total $63.96, and then below it says "Next charge Date Mar 17, 2025".  If it's only $15.99/mo why would they charge me $63.96 up front?  I am fine paying the total amount due right now, but I don't want to keep getting charged each month... if that makes sense. Thank You

I don't know the account subscribed to my VISA card,withdrawal being made, and i want to stop it please help i have the description of the transaction coming from bank, but not showing the login name or account name or anything to refer to. 

I had this problem. My account was linked to Facebook, but I needed to log in not through Facebook, but through my mail and password. I found the instructions and turned off Facebook login in the settings. Now I'm trying to reset my password, but I get an email that says:We have received a request to change your account password. The system states that you can log in to Zoom through Facebook. Click on the button below and select login via Facebook.But I can't log in via Facebook as I have disabled this feature. How do I access my account?

Но программой (приложением) никто не пользуется, так как учётная запись отключена - ошибка 1003. Отменить тарифный план не получается по той же причине - не можем зайти в приложение из-за отключенной учётной записи. I'm having an issue where when I've enabled to see contacts on the zoom app, its automatically linked my phone number to my contacts and it will not give me the option to remove it. Even when I go on the website to see if theres an option to remove it, it says there's no mobile numbers linked however I know this is false as other contacts on zoom can see my number which I do not want them to. Please help!

Hi, I like to change the currency of my account to INR, I have current currency as USD which is not right. when I took the subscription that time, there was no Indian currency available, so I had to pay using USD. now Indian currency is available; I like to change that. Please note that auto payment will not happen as the transaction is USD-based. I tried to import a VCF file under Personal Contacts but the only option was to import a CSV file. Is there a way that I can import it? I'm trying to sync my iCloud contacts into my Zoom contacts so I can invite/create meetings from there.

Got stuck in a loop trying to connect my phone contacts. Got my phone number wrong and the captcha checks also. Probably attempted too many times. Now when I try and get an SMS sent to me to register my phone. I get the following message and can go no further. "Failed to register phone your number.
