I am the account owner, and originally purchased my annual Zoom Pro and Zoom webinar subscription with a company card. However, the new finance guy at my company wants billing for Zoom sent to him, not to me. How do I arrange to give him access???

I want to buy only Zoom Webinars, but the system says I must also purchase Zoom Workplace Pro.However, I was told that Zoom Webinars can be purchased without a Workplace Pro license.Please clarify if a Zoom Workplace Pro plan is required to use Zoom Webinars.I cannot buy only Zoom webinars.

I need a 2F authentication reset or cancelation form. I can not get a representative to take my request . The chat just circles me around to log in, or reset password and to solve the problem from inside my Pro account. The problem is that I can not log in because my phone broke and I can not access Authy for the 2 step authentication so I can not solve the problem this way because I can not log in.I am  the admin of  my account so no one else can enable me. This is the reason I need to to reset or cancel the 2 F Authentication settings. Please send me the form to verify my id  instead of asking me to log in because I can not.Send the form to *********** 

Previously there was an option on Support to submit a request to Billing team to provide a PO number, but it's removed. How should I provide a PO number for our annual subscription invoice?

I was surprised today to discover, via my automatic payment, that the Zoom Pro monthly plan has increased. I've received zero notification of any price increases. I've scoured through Zoom emails from the past few months, and there are only marketing emails and an invitation to sign up for an annual plan, which makes no mention of a price increase.This is a significant communication failure and a highly unscrupulous billing practice that eliminates my ability to choose if I wish to continue with a more expensive service.

I am a trustee of a small UK charity and we meet via Zoom about three times through the year. Can I take out Zoom Pro Monthly three separate times, cancelling after each meeting and rejoining for the next?Apologies if this appears twice, protocols not entirely clear... Kate QB

I work as an online freelance teacher and have been paying for my account for 2 years, something which I hesitate to do anymore if it is actually free. Hi, Two friends and I have between us held a Zoom singing session for charity 3 times a week for 5 years or so, and we each have a Pro account, but it is confusing for attendees to have 3 different login links for the same sessions (we each hold one session per week).My question is, is it possible for us to use just one of our Zoom accounts to login link for all of our meetings? We are each paying for a Pro account, so it seems unnecessary to buy 2 new host accounts. (Then we would be paying for 5 Pro accounts!)Thanks, David

I am trying to update Zoom and keep getting the same error message.  See picture below.  It says "The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable.  Click OK to try again, or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package "target.msi" in the box below." I have gone thru all the steps trying to uninstall.  I've tried a CleanZoom, like suggested and still get to same error message. How can I fix this?  Do I need an older "target.msi"?  If so, where can I get it? Thank you.

Zoom has canceled my ability to join sessions, and I'm seeing error code 1132. I've already submitted ten appeals to their appeals service, but I haven't received any response. On top of that, they're still charging me the monthly fee for my license.What can I do?

I had scheduled a recurring meeting once a week, then cancelled it, but it's still showing up on participant's calendars, not mine so I have no control over it.  How do I get the meeting and notifications cancelled for everyone else?

When we joined Zoom, we had an initial account executive who was awesome. He was immediately accessible and handled all our requests with professionalism and enthusiasm. If there was anything he did not know, he would be very upfront with us and then redirect us to someone who could help, or he would do research on the issue and get back to us. He was such a pleasure to deal with. At a certain point we were notified that our account had grown beyond a certain threshold, such that a new account executive would be assigned to us. This new account executive has been terrible. Her initial outreach to us was to say that our licenses would be expiring (we have no licenses that are subject to expiry) and that we needed to complete an Order Form. When we directed her to the terms of our negotiated agreement, she simply insisted that a new Order Form was required. When we asked to escalate the issue, she said she would do so, but again insisted that we needed to complete a new Order Form.

Does zoom offer reduced rates for non-profit organizations?

We have a running contract with Zoom for meeting and webinar licenses. I am posting here because my ticket has not been even responded to by Zoom support which is unexpected and disappointing. As part of the package we have got 2 webinar licenses (500 users). Recently we had an urgent requirement of 1000 users licenses so we upgraded them to 1000 using our credit card. Now we want to downgrade them to the OG 500 users but I can't do it from my admin account (billing section).  It displays a message "You are not able to make this change to your account mid-contract. To contact our team, please use this form." I have filled the form but no-one has responded, I logged a case using support option but it is also open and no response. This is an urgent need as the card will be charged for 1000 users webinar on 1st June if it is not cancelled/downgraded to OG 500 users. Can someone help please?

Hello,I have a workspace plan and also a cloud storage plan.I am trying to cancel the cloud storage plan while keeping the workspace plan, zoom support is not returning to my support tickets.

I upgraded by account this afternoon from Basic to Pro. I've had a Pro account for some time, but had neglected to renew, so I had slipped back to Basic. Upon payment, my account was immediately upgraded which is great. I need a receipt/ invoice for the payment and didn't see any type of document I could print as a receipt. Do you know how I can get one?
