Zoom for Windows &  Zoom for Android Mobile Phones, we are able to CHAT or MEET WITH VIDEO, but on Zoom for Chromebook I can not find menu to CHAT my contactsIs there anyone know how to CHAT my contacts on Zoom for Chromebook

I've created a new user in my organization.  The user has a full license to both Zoom chat and Phone. When I go into Zoom chat, the user does not display in Contacts and does not show up when I start typing their Name/email for a new Chat message.   Image showing beginning type of the name, Ryan; only shows another user Ryan B.  Also attached, image showing that the user is Ryan A. Why is my organizational user not showing up? If I use the user's email address, Zoom tags as an External user (which causes other issues based on our backend rules).

I have used the free basic zoom for a while, but for work reasons had to upgrade to zoom pro. Problem is, even though I've paid for it & have the receipt, I can't seem to get it to change from basic to pro. What am I doing wrong? I've tried to phone zoom, but no-one ever actually talks to me. I just get a recording & a lot of canned music. Please, if someone can help, I'd be very grateful!

During Zoom meetings, I am getting a pop-up message on my screen saying that I am being signed out because someone has signed in from a different device.  I've been using Zoom for several months, and this just started happening. What does it mean, and what should I do? 

I recorded a meeting and I have the video and audio recording saved in the cloud. How can I have the audio changed into text? 

does the pro plan have a report of how long each participant has been on the meeting?

A zoom session  a colleague recorded  for me has been deleted, is there a way I can retrieve it  after the 120 days ( anything video or transcript of conversation)?

I have dual monitors and have my powerpoint in display mode on my second monitor.  When I'm presenting in Zoom, I have to have my chat visible to see participants responses and it needs to be on the same screen as the presentation on my main monitor.  I have to constantly move the chat box around to view the presentation.  Is there a way to lock in the chat to the side of the presentation instead of moving it around constantly?   Thanks   

What if I closed a conference before saving a cloud recording? I can't find it in the cloud nor on my local storage. Can you restore it?

I'm now using a Zoom PRO plan and I would like to recheck on these points:PRO plan can host up to 100 participants onlyIf I want to host more, I have to purchase an add-on which is 300, 500 or 1000 participants type with different pricesFor the add-on, would it be automatically applied to all the existing scheduled meeting I created BEFORE buying the add-on? For example, I created a scheduled meeting "A" last week, for end of November. I purchase an add-on for 300 participants this week. Then for this meeting "A" will it be able to host 300 participants automatically after the purchase and all the access link and passcode set remains the same?Thank you in advance! 

I signed up for a pro account today. Now when I go to my account, my previously scheduled meetings are missing. I need this fixed asap. I have a meeting tonight.

Но в коллекции фонов нет эффекта "Размытие", а остальные фоны накладываются сверху лица. Скачала Зум на смартфон - там такая же проблема - нет эффекта "Размытие фона". Как исправить проблему? 

Hi, I'm Hailey from Korea. I'm struggling with errors that happen when I use Zoom chat. This is a language-specific error so it will be tricky but I'd like to get some advice from Zoom experts.The Korean language is made up of vowels and consonants. The more difficult point is the fact that there are also final consonants. In short, mommy in English is "엄마" in Korean. In "엄", ㅁ is the final consonant. But when I type Koreans in Zoom chat, all of the final consonants are separated like "어ㅁ 마". This error occurs in only Zoom chat.Is there anyone who can save me from the Zoom chat problem? I am looking forward to getting some advice.

Hi when I purchased the zoom subscription I was told there is something special I had to do on Zoom to make it work. 2 things are happening right now: -Facebook wants me to copy a URL into Zoom and I don't know where to put that in my Zoom Account-When I try to go live I get this error message on Zoom platform: #200 Subject does not have permission to create live video in this group - It's my group & I gave myself access so i'm confused on this - It is a private group 

Hello, I want to record my presentation for a seminar. I have comments in my ppt presentation. While sharing the presentation I know that we can select only a portion that is visible to the audience. how do you take picture of 20 participants in a zoom meeting? 

Never had issues with assigning captions to an attendee outside my organization before, but something seems to have changed.   I've used a live captioner who joins the webinar using their own email ID, I promote them to panelist and assign captions.  When testing captioning in a webinar practice session, realized I am no longer able to assign captioning to someone outside my organization's zoom account.   I can only assign it to panelists within my org. Has there been an update or change I've missed? 

All of a sudden when I join a Zoom meeting, we can see each other, we say Hello, I start talking, then the presenter's picture freezes and I can't hear him any longer, but he can hear and see me???? We have this same meeting every week and never had this problem before.  Any ideas on what's happening?
