I have been using zoom for years.  Now my attendees cannot join my meeting.  I send them the meeting invitation with all the necessary information, but when they try to enter, they receive a message which says I am already in a meeting.  This is not true.  I am waiting for them to enter the "waiting room" but they cannot.  What is wrong?How can I fix this?

Hola buen día, dicté un curso y cuando terminó como siempre se puso a grabar la clase en mi computadora.Cuando terminó subí la grabación al curso y muchos alumnos em empezaron a decir que se bloqueaba, otros que hay partes donde la pantalla está en verde, etc.No encuentro la manera de solucionarlo, intenté ver si se podía volver a grabar, pero no encontré ninguna forma.Me pueden ayudar?

HiIs it possible to have only text based chat in meetings? I don't want participants distracted by images people share or screenshot and pasted into chat.I only want text chat for all meetings, that's it. Is that possible?

Sometimes I can click on a reaction-emoji an infinite amount of times. It will never be taken into account. Console error:Uncaught TypeError: l[n].username is undefined 

Hi,I had a really frustrating experience today. I was scheduled for an interview with the Head of HR Americas at Zoom, only to find that the meeting invite didn’t even include a link to join the call. For a company like Zoom, this was disappointing and made for a poor user experience. 

Can the hosts read others private chat messages

Hi,Is it possible to forward messages written in a group chat or channel to the member's registered email addresses? At times, users do not see the messages in the chats and it would be a very good feature to send a reminder to users via email to check the chat/channel for any unnoticed activity... Thanks

Hello Community, When I sign into my Zoom Account I am directed to a QR code to register for an authentication app of your choice.I don't have an authentication app on my iMac, so I then click 'go back' and then click 'skip', which allows me into my account. According to my Zoom Account Profile under 'Sign In' the 'Two Factor Authentication" is set to 'On'. My question to the Zoom Community is why when my Two Factor Authentication is set to On, do I not receive an SMS to my mobile phone with a code and why can I open my account without the necessity a Two Factor Authentication code. Regards,TonyVision!    

Zoom has permissions to allow read & write of google contacts but cannot edit them???  How can zoom create a google contact but not have the capability to edit said contacts via the apps? Makes no sense to have users flip back and forth for contact management. 

I would like to have the functionality to remove "Zoom Phone Entities" list from view. We do not use it and it is cluttering up the screen.  Additionally, For system wide contacts settings, Please make each item for this option toggleable. "List all Zoom Phone Entities (Call Queue, Shared Line Group, Auto Receptionist) under ‘All Contacts’" We want more control over what our users see. They get confused/overwhelmed when they see 10 contact list and half of them are empty or used for call routing purposes but we cannot turn them off. 

Hello,Is it possible to receive a report from our Zoom Workplace Pro account that shows us the full name of the participant that clicked on the recording link we sent them.  We had a webinar on April 30th, and some participants could not make it.  Our sales team would like to know who actually clicked on the recording link that we sent them from our e-mail account.Is this even possible?I know we can see who was present and pull a CSV report, but we are looking for more of a report that shows who clicked on the recording link.Thank you,Katherine Jung

When I set a contact to notify me when avalible, I get no notifications that my contact is avalible. Maybe it's that I'm not signed in so I get no notifications? Is there a place where zoom gives you your notifications? How will zoom notify me when someone is avalible? Do I have to be signed in? Can anyone answer these questions? I will really appreciate if you can answer my question.Thanks

Is there any workaround to get the notifications of team or direct DMs in both the devices that I'm logged in to (in my case, laptop and mobile)? Currently I'm getting only the most recent logged-in device. But if there's any workaround to have it on multiple devices, then I can always stay connected with the messages that I get.

I can't team chat for some reason after updating and when I go to the account settings and click on team chat, its just a white screen. What do I do!?

See attachment. When I join a meeting my name ( circled in yellow in the attachment ) shows up in the Gallery, but the presenter shows up in the video. Have tried to change the settings aided by the Zoom chat feature with no success. How can I correct it ? Thanx !

Hi community. I use zoom for work meetings, and the nature of my job means it is very important I have a screen behind me and the only thing that can be seen is myself (no edges of the screen or background of the room I'm in). It is not appropriate for me to use "zoom backgrounds" or "blurring", I must use a real physical screen behind me. I have a logitech stream cam and have adjusted my image in LogiTune app to improve lighting and contrast as zoom and Teams seem to have very different settings. I have also zoomed the camera in slightly to ensure the edges of the screen I use can't be seen. When I open zoom my image looks perfect, however for other users in the meeting, my image looks zoomed out and they can see the edges of the screen and/or parts of my room. Why is this and how do I fix it? Why is zoom showing me my displayed image is different to what people are ACTUALLY seeing?

Hi team,We have an IVR setup where callers press 1, 2, 3, 4, etc. Does anyone know how it would be possible to setup a Notification to SMS or SLACK or any other app to let us know when a caller presses a particular option, such as 1, so essentially an EVENT notification? Thank you so much for your help,

It works correctly when the page is refreshed directly (hard reload), and the chat button appears as expected. However, when navigating to the page via client-side routing (using Next.js), the chat client does not appear.We’ve confirmed that the SDK is enabled and available in the global window context, but it seems like the initialization does not re-trigger on client-side navigation.We’d appreciate guidance on how to properly reinitialize or ensure the chat client loads correctly in single-page app (SPA) scenarios, especially when navigating between routes without a full page reload.

Hi everyone,I wanted to bring up a frustrating issue I've been experiencing with the Zoom Workplace Android client. Currently, it doesn't seem possible to directly reply to incoming direct messages or channel messages from the phone's notifications.This limitation feels particularly noticeable because almost all other major messaging platforms I use, such as Skype, Microsoft Teams, Slack, WhatsApp, and Messenger, offer the ability to reply directly from Android notifications. This allows for quick responses without needing to open the full app. The inability to reply from the phone notification has a knock-on effect for smartwatch users, like myself (using a Garmin). Because the reply action isn't available on the phone notification, that functionality is also absent on the smartwatch.  Has anyone else encountered this?
