Is there a feature to create a folder for scheduled meetings and webinars?  I have several reoccurring meetings that flood the main page making it difficult to see and find other meetings.  It would be nice to have options to create a folder to add meetings into my topic.   

I missed a meeting yesterday, is there a video or copy of that meeting I can watch now?  

Hello - my assistant is set as a Calendar Delegate in Microsoft outlook.  She sets up ZOOM meeting on my behalf from her outlook.  That works.  However, when i want to change the meeting from my calendar, its states I AM NOT THE HOST.  I tried everything.  How do i fix this?  TY

I host two zoom meetings a week, but when I try to join someone else's meeting, i.e. clicking on their "Join Zoom" link, it opens a new zoom window as if I was hosting my own meeting instead of letting ,me join theirs.  Help

I have weekly meetings and share screen each time, showing video's each week. I always use the same video source. Yet, while screen sharing today, the video was playing perfectly on my end (sound and video quality)  no one on the meeting can hear the video. I haven't made any changes to the system and I'm not sure how to fix it. Any advice?

I accidently deleted our Zoom meeting recording this morning How can I retrieve it?

A session from August 2021 is still reflecting in the zoom recording library as 'processing'. It doesnt allow the delete function. Please advise how I can resolve.

Hey there. I'm just wondering that if I stream zoom meeting via my website using web sdk, the latency of my server will affect when 200+ users join meeting? The size of my project is below 2GB.  It's a survey app and both zoom meeting and the survey will be displayed at the same page. 

Using PMI -> Start -> Test Speaker and Microphone [works] -> Join with Computer Audio -> Start Video -> Mute arrow -> Test Speaker and Microphone [works] -> Zoom meeting -> I speak but hear nothing [shouldn’t I hear myself as occurred in test?]

Can anyone provide instructions on updating my Zoom.  Lately, it has been refusing to let me in Zoom w/o updating, unless I use a browser.Thank you.

Hi community My zoom connects then immediately drops out and it appears it is trying to connect twice. K have an ipad and an I phone. have I paired the devices or something? 

This problem is happening to my friend, he cannot send images in the zoom channel. He has updated the client to the latest version too. Is there any way to remove this restriction?

I am hosting a virtual conference and need chat enabled for meetings but turned off for webinars except to my panelists. I do not see this setting anywhere within the meeting/webinar set up, only in account settings. Is this possible? Does anyone have step by step instructions?

Hi,  I do not have access the backgrounds and filters. I tried to add backgrounds but Zoom indicated my computer does not have the capacity to handle this feature. Is there work around or am I going something wrong.  Thank you.

Last Nov I was invited by email to a weekly zoom meeting.Every week I would go to my email, go to my friends letter and click a link and I would get to the zoom meeting.I thought I knew what I was doing.  I thought I knew how to zoom. Today I wanted to go to a different zoom meeting or webinar I don't know which.I went to a website (I was late) I Pre-registered for the meeting I got a  date, time, web ID and passwordI tried to go to it but it did not workI created a zoom account too but didn't know what to do.The tutorials are too much information and too confusing. I have been invited to another zoom meeting or webinar tomorrow  (it is just people talking)I would like to know how to get in.Tomorrows zoom is from an email it gave me this information:http//:Meeting IDPasscode I am hoping I can just go to my email and click the link, would this work?Or do I have to go to my zoom account?  What do I do when I'm in my zoom account to get where I want

I have downloaded all articles on enabling audio transcriptions, but in the pre-requisites part, I realized we are an education non profit but may not be listed as so. I have followed all instructions, on all articles on enabling audio transcriptions, and the option does not seem to exist in our profile. The bot just keeps sending me the same articles, and I just need our profile to reflect education, so that we can have access to this option but I am going in circles. Can anyone help? 

How do my end users find other people in the company? I have ~85 users, and I'm still in the testing phase. What I 'm looking for is when I add a new employee (let's call them Sally), Sally automatically has the list of company contacts. I've added all 85 users to my phone system and assigned packages and such, but when I go to Sally's Zoom app on her PC, I don't see any of the other users in her contacts list. Even if I search for a person, it doesn't find any results. This page https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/115004055706 seems to imply I need to go to IM Settings (https://zoom.us/account/im/setting), but when I click that link I get "No permission. (200)".
