Hi guyz, I am teaching on-line and create for the meetings different invitations. How can I create a fix/my own permanent room and give all my pupils their own entry code. It means I start teaching/open my room every day and everybody can joint the meeting with his own access code when his lesson starts and I let him/her in. Thank you for the answers. A.

As far as I can tell I have all my settings set to have guests placed into the waiting room.  However, upon entrance they are placed directly into the meeting.  I know I can manually enable to waiting room once I am in the meeting by using the security section, however, I would like this just automatically done for all guests.  I believe there is a way.  Can you help me? 

HiI was downloading a recording of a zoommeeting to my pc, but zoom kept asking to update and did. Seems like the download was interrupted. It is not on my laptop.Now I can´t find the meeting. It disapered and that is really BAD. How do I get the meeting recording?I was NOT the host and the host did not record.Thank you

 July 17, 2021 our church did a memorial service for a young man who died tragically.  His father participated in the service along with several friends.  It was recorded on Zoom, and the recording was posted online.  His mother watched it frequently but did not download it.  Then it went away.  She is (again) heartbroken. Does anyone know if a recording like this can be retrieved?  It is no longer on the local computer, our church administrator says the church's account can't store Zoom recordings this long.   The next time I'm going to copy a recording off to a flash drive and hand it to the mother. Any ideas you have will be most appreciated.

I'm looking for a contact person whom I can discuss Zoom compatibility with an interactive board.Our R&D team used to communicated with a Certification Program Manager, but we haven't heard from him for a whileeven though we tried to contact him. I would like for all participants to see a message when they join the meeting.  Does anyone if this is possible?I'd love it to be a pop up or something when they first join.It is not something I want the host to control.Thanks!

I just bought a new extra camera for my computer, but in zoom the computer still shows the picture from the built-in camera in the computer.   The computer recognizes the new camera, and it seems to be in working order, but I can figure out how to use the new camera in zoom.  I use windows 10 pro.  Thanks for any help.

I plan to host a video (preferred) or phone meeting from Portugal, with people in the US. Usually, we are all in the US together. Does anyone know if I will potentially have access or bandwidth issues? If I am on wifi, which usually does not impact data charges (on a cell phone), is there anything else I have to be aware of?

I accidentally chose the option to  "unassociate my account" which then made my pro account to a basic one. Would it be possible for me to recover it ?

I have added a user under the User management section, and no email has been received by the user.  I have also tried to set the user up manually but the email for these also haven't come thorugh.  Nothing in our spam or quarantine

I am having difficulty in understanding what the @ Mentioned you filter actually does.I have lots of chats with various contacts and as such I guess that these mention me as one of the correspondents.  If that is the case when I click on the filter I should see a lot of chats listed but nothing shows other than the “Messages will appear here every time you are mentioned” screen message.Can anyone explain how this feature should work please?

Hi, I have an API to post messages to a closed  channel. API is returning id when called, but the actual message is not posted. This is happening only with specific channel, for other channel its working.  Can you please suggest what is wrong here.

If anyone can help it would a be a huge help, I'm trying to test my zoom camera etc before an interview tomorrow. If i try the test zoom feature it keeps asking for a password but i cant see that happening on any of the online tutorials. is there a password need to test zoom for your and if so what is it I'm at my wits end! We have an issue with a Zoom participant who claims to not being admitted to a Zoom meeting even though she tried five times to dial in.   She even emailed two screen shots of her phone calls to the Zoom dial-in options.  However, three calls to Zoom's NY area code and two calls to Zoom's WA area code were all made between 12 noon and 12:20 pm on the day of the Zoom meeting which did not begin until 3:00 pm EDT.  What we need to know is whether the time zone in which phone calls to a Zoom meeting can be determined.  If this person made five phone calls to be admitted to a 3 pm EDT Zoom meeting between 2:40 and 3:00 hours early, she would not be admitted because the meeting had not started.  If she was calling from the PDT zone, it is possible that her screen shots between 12 noon and 12:20 pm coincided with the 3 pm EST Zoom meeting.  However, she never appeared in the waiting room before or during the meeting, nor did the host receive any Zoom notifi

I recorded an interview I did on Zoom and then downloaded it to my computer desktop.  I have included the link to send to others and wondered if the link would still work if I removed/deleted the recording from Zoom storage.  Also I uploaded the video to You Tube - will it remain there one it gets deleted from Zoom? 

I will be doing a group presentation and had a couple of questions or advice:  - If I have my view set to gallery so I can see all participants (about 12), will the recording show the gallery view or will it show my presenting-While presenting, if I use some presentation slides, will the recording show the slide with a small pic of myself talking through the slide?Thank you

How can I send a zoom invite that requires an RVSP response by the invitee so I know if the person can make the meeting? 

Re: Samsung S22, Android 12 Whenever I participate in a Zoom session using my smartphone, the audio is extremely muffled.  It's because some setting (and I don't know what!) switches the audio setting on my phone to Bluetooth.  Except there is no connection to an external BT device. To participate, I need to turn off BT on my phone entirely.   This is really annoying. Is this a Zoom App setting thing?
