Is there a way to extend the Webinar time even after people have registered? We have one setup for 45 min and I want to ensure if I extend it to an hour, then we will not get kicked off and it won't mess with registration.

I have received three consecutive Zoom invites from one of our account users but the user has not actually sent the invites.  In fact they were not even logged into their account - suggestions as to how this happens or why would be gratefully received.  Thanks!  

Hi,I always use out-of-meeting chat in zoom on my windows computer but it is not there on my Chromebook. I need to find a way to use out-of meeting chat on my Chromebook because I always find lots of unread messages on my account when I rarely use my PC. Does anyone know a way?

Hi, I started recording my zoom meeting on my laptop on 06/05/22. I changed the host to my phone and continued to use the phone. On completion of the meeting, I was able to see the recording on my laptop but not the phone recording.Usually, I will get an email that my cloud recording is now available.Is there a way to retrieve the phone zoom as I have cleared some space on my cloud? Thanks. 

I use Zoom mainly to attend meetings organized by others so I am a novice. I have noticed lately that a Zoom installation takes place every time I turn on my computer and click the Zoom icon on my screen. I have an iMac. That seems so redundant and unnecessary. Why does it do this and should I find a way to stop it? It doesn’t do this on my iPhone Zoom app.

I attended a zoom webinar today and when I was promoted as a panelist I could not speak. I got a notification that my mic is not properly connected. At the same time do not have any issues talking in zoom meetings. So strange. This happens for the first time. I did not have this issue at all. Any ideas on how to fix it. Thanks

In a test meeting I'm creating for myself for the purpose of testing my "screen sharing" I keep getting this message window... " Host disabled participant screen sharing". How can I change this so I can test my ability to screen share for future meetings?  When I click on the green "screen sharing" button, it just goes directly to this message.  Warning, I'm 62 and slowly getting computer savvy. I would greatly appreciate help.

Is it possible to have a unique link after having the tracking links?I mean, what I would like to do is for example to send a last reminder email to let the prospects know that we are already in the event, but I have not managed to do it because each person, depending on which channel they arrived, has a different link, both for registration and access to the webinar. Likewise, I wanted to send an email so that if they have not added the event in their calendar, they can do it, but as there is no general access link, I have not been able to do this either.So how can I get a general login link to the webinar and still be able to track it? I am implementing the inApp Auth flow, after getting the code from "onAuthorized" method when I am trying to get the access token from zoom API, we are getting the "Invalid Authorization code" error.We have verified the challenge and verifier and code in our logs. It seems to be correct on our end. Can someone help us please.Following is the screenshot of error

I recorded a zoom meeting using cloud, but I can't access it. When ever I try to open it, the page shows' IT admin has disabled the access to your recordings page.' What do I do? I can't get a hold of admin.

  Whenever the chat is disabled in webinar mode by the host,  attendees can't see the last message sent in the chat. It will hide under the banner 'Chat is disabled'.  I am currently using  Ubuntu 20.04  and my system is Lenovo Ideapad.Hii @YaBoiB , if you will look into this and can help regarding the issue it will be more useful. I recorded a meeting last month on the 6th, and thought that it downloaded automatically to my windows media player. It turns out that it did not, and I missed the window by a few days and cannot find the recovered file. Is there any possible way to still access this recording?

Is there an auto response setting when receiving SMS thru chat? 

I am hosting a meeting. I get setup and ready to go and while I am waiting for my attendees, I enter a bunch of messages into the Chat. FIrst Good Morning! Then a bunch of instructions for accessing virtual machines etc. About 5 messages in all - all good stuff to help make the session a success. People start entering and asking me questions which I already wrote answer too. I am like don't you see my messages in the chat? NOPE! None of it? Why? This is so stupid. I can't believe my client switch from Adobe Connect to zoom. Oh right to save money. Well, you get what you paid for. Hopefully, Zoom will fix this mess called Chat.

I have a new IMAC but the zoom does not transfer to. it. I've signed in with. my ID but I keep. getting referred to. installer which takes me in a circle.  The zoom icon never appears.  can. someone help. me with. this
