Chat that is captured in the main room is disappearing when I send participants to the break-out rooms. I add instructions in the chat before breakouts - so that they can see them when they are in their breakout groups -- Is there a setting I am missing? This started with the latest update. Help 

I can send a message in chat to the person I have a meeting with and they can see it but I am not seeing their reply and don't know how to solve this?

I have a free Zoom account using my company email address. My company has decided to upgrade their Corporate Zoom account and has added my Company email address for the license. Do I need to delete my free account and go through the install process again or is their a way I can upgrade my existing profile?

Good morning twice now my camera has caused issues when I am in a meeting  a band of squares or color with  is on the top or my picture freezes in colors or black and  white just started when I go  on other meeting apps it does not  do it.  Isabel

Hi. In a recent Zoom webinar I moved the Zoom app tab to the left end of my Windows 10 taskbar so it is nearest to the monitor I was displaying it on, whilst I multi-task. Every time I clicked to focus on the webinar, the Zoom tab moved back to the right end of my taskbar.No other app I use moves itself along the taskbar.How do I stop the Zoom app from repositioning its tab on the Windows 10 taskbar?Thanks.

I really want to push my users to Zoom chat & channels over teams but I'm struggling with adding users.   We have SAML mapping done to add our users to a group based on AD location, but ZOOM limits SAML mapping to only the first claim so everything else is ignored.   I've finally conceded and created 50+ channels and manually added users to those channels, but I have a few channels that need every user in the company added to them.   I really don't see an easy way to do this.   If I create a group and try to add members, I can only add them one at a time and a limit of 10 in a batch.  Same goes for channels.     Does anyone have any tricks on managing members of groups or channels since the AD SAML mapping is limited?    Thanks!

when I join a meeting my display name is my Zoom password!  It is set up correctly in my profile so I do not know why this is happening or how I can fix it.  Please advise.  Thank you.

Hi there!We have deployed Windows client version 5.13.3 in our company. Recently, in Team Chat the unread message badge shows that there are new messages, but there is no message, missed call or alike. Have you experienced this, too? Any ideas how to fix it?Thank you!

Добрый день. При проведении конференции мной, как администратора конференции с несколькими участниками, спустя 5-10 минут после начала начинает хаотично дёргаться мое видео. Камера работает. При чем дёргается и у меня и у других участников мое видео. Может перестать на какой то момент, а потом снова. В чем может быть проблема?

I'm experiencing a very annoying problem. I'm a teacher and in the main room of the class we have information that we put inside the chat box as we go along with the class. The problem is when me and the students go to the breakout rooms, all the previous information from the chat box from the main room is lost. This was never a problem before today, January 17th, 2023. Please help. No information from the chat box is saved when we go to the BORs (breakout rooms), basically.
